Abstract

Laksitorini, Indriyati. 2024. Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik, Kompetensi Profesional dan Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran terhadap Mutu Pendidikan SD Negeri Kecamatan Kaloran Kabupaten Temanggung. Semarang: Pascasarjana Universitas PGRI Semarang. Pembimbing I:, Dr. Titik Haryati, M.Si. Pembimbing II: Dr. Widya Kusumaningsih, M.Pd. Latar belakang masalah penelitian ini berkaitan dengan Mutu Pendidikan SD di Kecamatan Kaloran Kabupaten Temanggung yaitu berdasarkan Rapor Pendidikan Kecamatan Kaloran Kabupaten Temanggung Tahun 2022 dari empat dimensi yang mencapai kategori Hijau (Baik) rata-rata baru pada tingkat 24,05%, kategori cukup 53,73%, dan kateogir kurang 22,2%. Hal ini berarti 75,95% masih berada kategori cukup dan kurang. Mutu Pendidikan ditingkatkan dengan berbagai strategi di antaranya dengan Supervisi Akademik, meningkatkan Kompetensi Profesional guru dan Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh Supervisi Akademik, Kompetensi Profesional guru dan Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran sekolah terhadap Mutu Pendidikan sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Kaloran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah semua guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Kaloran Kabupaten Temanggung berjumlah 209 guru dan sampel penelitian 138 guru. Analisis penelitian ini meliputi analisis uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji hipotesis meliputi uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi ganda, uji F (ANOVA) dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Supervisi Akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Mutu Pendidikan, berdasar hasil Uji t, terbukti t hitung 7,966 > t tabel 1,977, dan nilai Sig (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05, besarnya pengaruh 31,5%; (2) Kompetensi Profesional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Mutu Pendidikan, berdasarkan hasil uji t terbukti thitung l yaitu 7,405 ≥ 1,977, dan nilai Sig (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05, besarnya pengaruh adalah 28,9%, (3) Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Mutu Pendidikan. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil uji t terbukti thitung ≥ ttabel 6,341 ≥ 1,977, dan nilai Sig (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran terhadap variabel Mutu Pendidikan adalah 22,9%, (4) Supervisi Akademik, Kompetensi Profesional dan Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Mutu Pendidikan diperoleh lFhitung sebesar 46,799 dengan taraf signifikan 0.000. Hasil penghitungan diperoleh nilai lFhitung > lFtabel (46,799 > l2,67) dan nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,005. Besarnya sumbagan efektif dari ketiga variabel bebas adalah sebesar 50,3%.

Abstract

Urgensi masalah penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya pengaruh motivasi kerja, iklim organisasi, dan peran kepala sekolah terhadap Kompetensi Guru, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, iklim organisasi, dan peran kepala sekolah terhadap Kompetensi Guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Kedungtuban Kabupaten Blora, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Iklim Organisasi dan Peran Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kompetensi Guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Kedungtuban Kabupaten Blora. Motivasi Kerja, Iklim organisasi dan Peran Kepala Sekolah secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kompetensi Guru diperoleh lFhitung sebesar 44,889 dengan taraf signifikan 0.000. lDengan lα = l0,05l sertal derajat kebebasanl (df) lv1 = 147l (n(lk-3)) makal di dapatl Ftabel 2,67. Hasil penghitungan diperoleh nilai lFhitung > lFtabel (44,889 > l2,67) dan nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,005 maka H0 ditolak dan H4 diterima artinya Motivasi Kerja, Iklim organisasi dan Peran Kepala Sekolah secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Guru. Besarnya pengaruh dari ketiga variabel bebas adalah sebesar 47,4%.

Abstract

Mutu sekolah melalui program pembangunan pendidikan menjadi diskusi yang panjang di antara para akademisi dan pemerintah daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap mutu sekolah, (2) untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap mutu sekolah, (3) untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin guru terhadap mutu sekolah, dan (4) untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik, budaya kerja dan disiplin guru secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu sekolah. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian 221 guru dan sampel penelitian 142 guru. Pengumpulan data dengan angket. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis data diskriptif, uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji linieritas dan uji hipotesis meliputi regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Supervisi akademik berpengaruh terhadap mutu sekolah sebesar 72,0%, dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 13.979 + 0,836X1 dengan nilai koeficient korelasi sebesar 0,720. 2) budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap mutu sekolah sebesar 76,4%, dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 0,919 + 0,598X2 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,877. 3) disiplin guru terhadap mutu sekolah sebesar 77,3%, dengan persamaan Ŷ = 0,287 + 1,072X3. Kemudian nilai koefisien korelasi r adalah sebesar 0,773. 4) supervisi akademik, budaya kerja dan disiplin guru berpengaruh terhadap mutu sekolah sebesar 78,9%, dengan persamaan Ŷ = 1,951 + 0,249 X1 + 0,388 X2 + 0,707 X3. Kemudian nilai koefisien korelasi r adalah sebesar 0,888. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah supervisi akademik, budaya kerja dan disiplin guru berpengaruh terhadap mutu sekolah sebesar 78,9%.

Abstract

The quality of educational services reflects efforts to meet customer needs and expectations through accurate and effective service delivery. This study aims to: (1) determine the influence of principals' managerial skills on the quality of educational services, (2) assess the impact of customer relations on service quality, and (3) examine the combined effect of managerial skills and customer relations on educational service quality. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed. The population consisted of 128 teachers, with a sample of 97 selected through random sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, linearity), and hypothesis testing through simple and multiple linear regressionThe results show: (1) a strong correlation (r = 0.823) between principals’ managerial skills and service quality, with a significant partial effect of 77.7%; (2) a strong correlation (r = 0.857) between customer relations and service quality, with a significant partial effect of 73.4%; and (3) a significant combined effect of managerial skills and customer relations on service quality, with a regression equation of Ŷ = 21.632 + 0.345X1 + 0.771X2, and a determination coefficient of 75.0%. In conclusion, both managerial skills and customer relations significantly influence the quality of educational services. It is recommended that principals enhance supervision, motivation, and coaching to improve teacher performance and service outcomes.

Abstract

The context of this research is the Role of the School Committee in Improving the Quality of Education at SDN Sidamulya 02, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency. The school committee has a role as an advisory, supporting, and controlling body. The School Committee of SDN Sidamulya 02 plays an active role as an advisor, supporter and controller in improving the quality of education at SDN Sidamulya 02, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency. This study aims to describe the role of the school committee in improving the quality of education at SDN Sidamulya 02.The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study through interviews, observations and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the principal, head of the school committee, teachers and parents. Data analysis used through three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the role of the school committee at SD Negeri Sidamulya 02 in improving the quality of education includes sub-focus 1) the role of the committee as a provider of consideration in improving the quality of education has provided consideration in the preparation of the school's vision, mission and goals, preparation of RKS, creation of mini class programs, consideration in school management and development such as extracurricular, class competitions, parent associations, and others. 2) The role of the school committee as a supporter in improving the quality of education that the SD Negeri Sidamulya 02 committee in its role has provided support to the school both financially, manpower, ideas, thoughts and the need to fulfill other school facilities and infrastructure. The school committee also actively participates in class development activities, participation in mentoring competition activities, and provision of other class cleaning facilities. 3) The role of the school committee as a controller in improving the quality of education that the SD Negeri Sidamulya 02 committee has not carried out direct control of the implementation of learning in the classroom and assessed the performance of individual schools such as the principal and teachers, but the committee only carries out supervision and evaluation through communication and discussion activities with the school community. The suggestion of this research is that the committee is expected to be able to improve the shortcomings of the committee, especially in its role as a controller, namely the committee can carry out direct control in the implementation of learning in the classroom even though it is only limited to the interests of controlling the eligibility of teachers in implementing learning in the classroom.
