Abstract

Basically, in Islam, commerce is allowed unless there is a dalil (religious argument) that bans it. In Islamic perspective, commerce is one of central lives to achieve a piety. Therefore, in Islam, commerce is ethically  regulated  to avoid unfairness from those who involve in it. The purpose is that whoever involves in a commerce must be able to achieve a benefit from it. Even, Islam regulates not only the procedures of commerce transaction  but also the objects of the commerce. This article deals with  commerce banned in Islam based on maqashid al-syaria’h.   Kata Kunci: Perdagangan, tadlis, spekulasi, maqashid al-syari’ah

Abstract

Science and technology emerge not without any reason. They emerge as the result of deep thought of human beings due to their life needs. Besides, science and technology are highly influenced by norms living in a society. In this context, the Qur’an serves as a norm for Muslims elucidating the implementation of the two. The elucidation is closely related to sunnatullah (natural law). It is here that the Islamic teachings and sunnatullah (natural law) are integrated in Islam.Kata Kunci: Iptek, Alquran, sunnatullah

Abstract

Pelaksanaan sistem administrasi pendidikan di PAUD Alkhairaat Kecamatan Lore Selatan Kabupaten Poso berjalan dengan lancar. Hal ini dibuktikan antara lain dengan adanya prosedur yang jelas bagi seluruh tenaga kependidikan di sekolah dalam melaksanakan tugasnya masing-masing, yang berpedoman pada prinsip-prinsip dasar administrasi seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi. Indikator lainnya adalah tenaga kependidikan di sekolah. Kepala PAUD Alkhairaat Kecamatan Lore Selatan Kabupaten Poso telah melakukan berbagai upaya pembenahan tata kelola administrasi. Upaya tersebut meliputi pengawasan dan profesionalisasi tenaga kependidikan. Upaya penting lainnya adalah penyediaan mobiler sekolah berdasarkan kebutuhan dan kemampuan dana sekolah. Apa yang telah dilakukan adalah untuk mendapatkan dukungan dari para guru, staf, karyawan, dan pengurus yayasan. Kata Kunci: Manajemen dan Administrasi Pendidikan

Abstract

Legal reform is an effort to improve the existing legal system with the aim of realizing better justice for society. In the context of applying the values ​​of Pancasila and utilitarianism, there is an interesting approach that can provide a comprehensive view of legal reform efforts. First of all, Pancasila values ​​as the basis of the Indonesian state have moral principles that can be used as a basis for forming laws. Principles such as social justice, democracy and fair humanity can be a basis for formulating legal policies that prioritize the interests of society as a whole. Meanwhile, the utilitarianism approach which emphasizes the concept of as much happiness or well-being as possible for as many people as possible can also be an important consideration. in legal reform. By taking into account the impact of a legal policy on the welfare of society at large, the application of utilitarianism can help assess the effectiveness and justice of a legal regulation. This can be reflected in efforts to create legal policies that are not only based on moral values, but also take into account positive consequences for society as a whole. Thus, the application of Pancasila values ​​and utilitarianism in legal reform can be a strong foundation in realizing better justice for all Indonesian society.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of research investigating the linkages between Islamic ethics and economic practices from 2015 to 2024, utilizing data from the Scopus database. The analysis examined 241 documents to identify publication patterns, influential authors, geographic distribution, and thematic evolution in the field. The results revealed a steady increase in the study results, with peak publications occurring in 2022-2023 (30 documents annually). Malaysia and Indonesia emerged as leading research contributors, collectively accounting for 35% of publications. Journal articles dominated the type of publication (73.9%), followed by book contributions (16.6%). Network analysis identifies different research groups centered around Islamic banking, sustainable finance, and ethical business practices. The study found that while traditional Islamic principles remain fundamental, research has evolved to address contemporary challenges such as digital transformation, sustainability, and post-pandemic economic recovery. Analysis of citations reveals that the practical application of Islamic ethics in the modern financial system has received significant attention, with authors such as Alserhan, B.A. (50 quotes) and Ali, A.J. (42 quotes) emerging as influential contributors. These findings demonstrate a growing academic interest in integrating Islamic ethical principles with contemporary economic practices while highlighting research gaps in areas such as financial technology and standard ethical frameworks. This analysis contributes to understanding the current state of Islamic economic ethics research and suggests directions for future investigations

Abstract

In the current era of globalization and digitalization, economic development does not only focus on the industrial and agricultural sectors, but also leads to the development of the creative economy sector. The creative economy, which is based on ideas, creativity and innovation, has become a new driving force in encouraging inclusive and sustainable economic growth. The aim of this research is to determine the role of the creative economy in increasing the social empowerment of local communities. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The analysis process includes coding data, identifying themes, and interpreting findings in the context of community empowerment through local skills. Triangulation of data sources and member check techniques are used to increase the credibility of research results. The results of this research found that the creative economy has a broad scope and a significant contribution to various aspects of the economy in Indonesia, especially in terms of increasing Gross Domestic Product (GDP), creating jobs, increasing tourism, and empowering local communities. In this section, we will discuss in more depth the role of creative economics in increasing the empowerment of local communities, its impact on job creation, its relationship with the tourism sector, as well as the opportunities and challenges faced by this sector in Indonesia.
