Abstract

Character education is pivotal in enhancing the quality of national education implementation. Amidst a backdrop of dwindling moral integrity, characterized by a pervasive character crisis, the very essence of the nation's ethos and cultural integrity is under perpetual threat, particularly in the era of globalization. Recognizing the unstoppable tide of globalization, nations are compelled to formulate strategic policies to mitigate the infiltration of values detrimental to national unity and cohesion while upholding the principle of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, advocating for complete unity. Indonesia, with its diverse tapestry of ethnicities, religions, races, and tribes, embodies a divine essence deserving of reverence. Nevertheless, the imperative of a unifying symbol remains paramount to fortify against potential fragmentation. Proactive interventions in character education are indispensable to address conflicts that imperil national unity and integrity. As an inherently preventative measure, character education is instrumental in nurturing and enlightening future generations, countering societal schisms. This study adopts a literature review methodology to explore pertinent references and address contemporary challenges. Character education, contextualized within the framework of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, resonates deeply with Indonesia's heterogeneous society, underscoring its significance in cultivating national character in harmony with the nation's motto. In conclusion, character education serves as a bulwark against the erosion of moral values amidst globalization, promoting unity and integrity within the diverse fabric of Indonesian society. This research contributes to the discourse on character education's role in fostering national cohesion, offering insights for policymakers and educators alike.

Abstract

Coffee is one of Indonesia’s strategic plantation commodities with high economic value and a significant role in supporting the national economy. This study aims to formulate a business development strategy for the coffee commodity at the Mandalagiri Coffee Producers Cooperative, located in Garut Regency, West Java. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method and strategic analysis, with data analyzed using the Business Model Canvas (BMC), SWOT, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The SWOT analysis based on the BMC indicates that Mandalagiri Cooperative possesses strengths in product quality and customer loyalty but remains weak in diversification and digitalization, presenting significant opportunities in niche markets while facing challenges from digital competitors. The IFE score (2.80) and EFE score (3.13) suggest the cooperative is in a strategic position to grow through product development and market expansion. Priority strategies include B2B/B2C expansion, brand strengthening, derivative product development, and the formation of a digital marketing team. These strategies were validated using the SAW method and formulated into a new business model emphasizing digital distribution, customer education, and brand image enhancement. Therefore, business development strategies can be implemented through strengthening distribution channels, improving customer relationships, and undergoing digital transformation toward a more adaptive and sustainable business model.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi jagung di Kecamatan Arjasa Kabupaten Situbondo. Responden sebanyak 30 petani jagung yang ditentukan dengan teknis stratified random sampling di Desa Jatisari Kecamatan Arjasa Kabupaten Situbondo. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan 30 petani di Arjasa dan kuisioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan fungsi produksi Cobb Douglas. Faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi jagung secara parsial dipengaruhi oleh variabel luas lahan, pupuk, benih dan tenaga kerja. Sementara secara simultan semua variabel berpengaruh sigfnifikan terhadap jagung. Penggunaan faktor produksi untuk luas lahan, benih dan pupuk sudah efesien, sedangkan untuk tenaga kerja tidak efisien

Abstract

Tahu merupakan produk hasil dari pengolahan kedelai dengan metode fermentasi menggunakan asam asetat atau cuka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: (1) Untuk menghitung besar tingkat keuntungan agroindustri tahu di Kecamatan panji Kabupaten Situbondo, (2) Untuk menganalisis efisiensi agroindustri tahu di Kecamatan panji Kabupaten Situbondo, (3) Untuk menghitung besar nilai tambah agroindustri tahu di Kecamatan Panji Kabupaten Situbondo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analitik serta menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dengan lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan panji Kabupaten Situbondo. Analisis data menggunakan analisis keuntungan, analisis efisiensi dan metode hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan baha baku kedelai yaitu 600 kg/proses produksi. Dan penggunaan bahan terdiri dari tongkol jagung 15 karung, cuka 0,5 liter dan total biaya produksi sebesar 2.232.666 dan harga jual perpapan sebesar 30.000 pendapatan yang diterimah per proses produksi sebesar Rp 8.567.334.
