Abstract:The aim of this reserch is to know the corelation of emotional intelligence and pedagogical competence of kindergarten teachers sub-district Tenayan Raya. The population in this study were kindergarten teachers with a Bachelor of Education background (S1) in formal and non-formal institutions totaling 78 teachers, the sample of this study was 58 teachers. Method of this research is Pearson product moment correlation to see relationship between variables of work emotional intelligence and pedagogical competence. The technique of collecting data used tests and quistioner in Likert scale form. The technique of analyzing data used scale test and statistic analitical by using SPSS program for Windows Ver.17. Based of this research there is level of emotional intelligence of teachers is in the high category with empirical values of 71,88 and the level of pedagogical competence is in the moderate category with empirical values of 30,45. Based on the hypothesis test, there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and pedagogical competence of kindergarten teachers Tenayan Raya District. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.566 and the significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The level of the relationship between emotional intelligence and pedagogical competencies is included in the medium category with the determinant coefficient value of KD = r² x 100% = 32%, meaning that emotional intelligence has an effect of 32% on pedagogic competence.Key Words : Emotional Intelligence , Pedagogic Competence

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the level of knowledge the headmaster about the supervision education kindergarten in the District Tampan Pekanbaru city.Population and sample in this research is all kindergarten headmaster of 48 people as sub district Pekanbaru. The techniques data collection that use the test in the form of multiple choice questions.The data analysis using the percentage formula. Based on the result obtained on the level of knowledge of the headmaster supervision education kindergarten Tampansub district Pekanbaru in middle category was 85.41% as many as 41people,which is at a height of only category was 6,25% as many as 3 people and that is the lower category was 8.33% as many as 4 people. Based on the analysis of the level of education of the head of school, it also affects the education level of knowledge about the headmaster supervision education. It can be seen from the data analysisis based on the calculation of chi square obtained a figure of 67.866 turns.The figure compared with the chi-square value in the table with dk by 8 is at 5% significance level that is equal to 15.507,The calculation result is greater than the chi square chi square results in the table(67.866>15.507).Based on the analysis of the length of employment as principal, it does not affect the working lives of the principal knowledge of educational supervision.It can be seen from the data analysis is based on the calculation of chi square obtained a figure of 22.223 turns.The figure compared with the chi-square value in the table with dk by 22 at the5% significance level that is equal to 33.924, the calculation result is smaller than the chi square chi square results in the table(22.223 <33.294.Keywords: Knowledge of headmaster, Supervision EducationWisuda Oktober

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out about gardening activities on naturalistic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years old at TK Negeri Pembina 1 Pekanbaru City. The population in this aged 5-6 years old at TK Negeri Pembina 1 Pekanbaru City. The sample in this research is the group b amounted to 19 children, consists of 11 women and 9 men. Data collection used in this study was by pretest and posttest observation. The data analysis technique in this study used the t tset using SPSS version 20. This research was an experimental study using the design of one group pretest posttest design. Based on the analysis of the data and the results of percentages on a significant effect, it can be seen from the results of the pretest (before treatment) abtained a value of 190 with an average 0f 10. Then do the experiment using gardening activities, so that the posstest obtained 301 values with an average of 15,84. The find out how much the effect gerdening activities on naturalistic intelegence of children aged 5-6 years old at TK Negeri Pembina 1 Pekanbaru City was 58,42% and 41,58% was influenced by other factor.Key Words: Gardening activities, naturalistic intelegence

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of the game creative well to the ability to know geometry forms in children aged 5-6 years in the TK Aisyah of Rambah Sub-district Rokan Hulu District. This research aims to know the game of creative wells can improve the ability to recognize geometry in children aged 5-6 years in the TK Aisyah of Rambah Sub-district Rokan Hulu District. The samples in this research are children aged 5-6 years in the TK Aisyah of Rambah Sub-district Rokan Hulu District, which amounted to 17 children. The method used in this research is an experiment to see the influence between freely binding variables. The data collection techniques used are observation and poll. This data analysis technique is done by statistic T-Test technique with the help of SPPS Windows ver. 17.0 Technique statistic T-Test used to test the difference before and after treatment. From the research results before the treatment of creative well games there is the ability to know Geometric forms in children aged 5-6 years with a percentage value 42.22% and after a creative well-being treatment is a value of 77.52%. Based on the hypothesis test showing statistical test scores As of-28.918 the two-party test means absolute price, so the value (-) is not used (Sugiono,2010) so Thinung (28.918) because of the value of Sig. 2-tailed = 9.00 < 0.05. Then researchers can conclude that there is an influence to know the forms of geometry that are very significant after the game of creative wells. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of story telling method with maket towards spatial visual intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in TK Inayah Pekanbaru. The method of this research used experimental method with using one group pre-test post-test design. The samples used in this study were 18 students. The data collection technique used is observation. Technique of data analysis used t-test by using program of SPSS 17. The research hypothesis was to find the influence of story telling method with maket towards spatial visual intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in TK Inayah Pekanbaru. Based on data analysis was known that tcalculated = 26.913>ttable = 2.110 with Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. Because Sig <0.05 it can be concluded that there is difference of spatial visual intelligence that was be done before and after of story telling method with maket. It can be interpreted that there is influence of story telling method with maket activity towards spatial visual intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in TK Inayah Pekanbaru significant that is equal to 62.14%. Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and aggressive behavior of children aged 4-6 years in TK Raudah Park, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. Where lack of knowledge on how to educate children well also occurs in parents who have children behaving aggressively, so that participation and supervision of parents in child development is not optimally stimulated. As for the number of population in this study were 60 children at 4-6 years of age, with samples 60 children used saturated samples. The method used was Person Product Moment correlation to see the relationship between self-esteem variables and aggressive behavior. Data collection techniques are observation sheets using a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique uses a scale trial and statistical method analysis with the SPSS for Windows program ver. 25. Based on the hypothesis test obtained there is a negative and significant relationship between self-esteem and aggressive behavior of children aged 4-6 years in TK Raudah Park, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This can be seen from the value of correlation coefficient of rxy = -0.315 and the significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The level of relationship between self-esteem and aggressive behavior is included in the strong category with a value of determination coefficient of 99%, meaning that self-esteem has an effect of 99% of aggressive behavior.Key Words: Self-Esteem, Aggressive Behavior.

Abstract this research is motivated by the low reading ability of children in the beginning. The high number of starters who can not read will result in the child having difficulty in participating in learning activities. So can result in a child's difficult to capture and understand information presented in a variety of textbooks, books and materials supporting learning resources written another. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the influence of multisensory method on beginning reading skills in children at the kindergarten. This study used a quantitative approach and the type of research is quasi-experimental. The subjects were children aged 4-5 years, amounting to 23 children consisting of 9 boys and 14 girls, with as many details of the treatment group and a control group of 12 people 11 people from the research and discussion is known that the value ttabel 2.07 and the value of t is 14.22. Thus the value of t is greater than t table, it indicates that there are significant multisensory method on beginning reading skills of children. This means that the hypothesis Ha is accepted, ie there is a significant effect of multisensory method to beginning reading skills in children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Baitul Hikmah Pekanbaru. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of applying the method of the ability to speak sociodramas children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Sandhy Putra Telkom Pekanbaru. The population and sample of this research is the age of 4-5 years amounted to 15 children. Data collection techniques were used that observation. Technical Data analysis was performed using t-test statistics with SPSS for Windows Ver 17. Statistical techniques t-test was used to test the difference before and after the action. Criteria for decision making in hypothesis testing based on the probability value of t statistic (sig.t) obtained based on the level of significance (α) = 0.05. When the value of p <0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence. Pre test results obtained from a total value of 141 and a value of 44.76%. After carrying out the experiment with the use of Implementation Method Sociodramas, then carry out the next stage in the form of charging sheet Post test observations of the Children's Speech. From the results of the test after the Post obtained a total value of 264 and an average of 83.81%. So the value of Pre test Post test 44.76- 83.81 = value amounted to 39.05%. Abstract: based on the resut of observation on fine motoric ability of young learners has not developed optimally. So it is necessary to implement the activity make artwork in two dimensional form. The objective of the research is to find out the effect of the activity of making atwork in two dimensional form on fine motoric ability on children age 5-6 years at RA Maui’zah Hasanah Tampan subdistrict Pekanbaru. The sample used in this research are 15 young learners. The data collection technique used are observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used t-test and SPSS 20 program. The hyphothesis of the research is there an effect of the ctivity of making artwork in two dimensional form on fine motoric ability on chidren age 5-6 years at RA Maui’zah Hasanah Tampan subdistict Pekanbaru. It can be seen by the data nalysis result thitung= 34.682 and sig (2 tailed)= 0.000, because sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect on fine motoric ability before and after conducted an experiment by applying activity of making artwork in two dimensional form in the lesson. It means that Ho is rejected and ha is accepted and there is a significant effect of activity of making artwork in two dimensional form on fine motoric ability. The effecct of the activity of making artwork in two dimensional form on fine motoric ability on children age 5-6 years at RA Maui’zah Hasanah Tampan Subdistrict Pekanbaru are 49%.Key words: fine motoric ability, the activity of making artwork in two dimensional form

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of abuse that is done by the old age of the behavior of 5-6 years in TK Negeri Pembina 1 Pekanbaru. The samples in this study numbered 31 parents and children. The method used in this study is a quantitative correlation to see the relationship between the free variables by binding. The data collection techniques used are by observation and poll. Data analysis techniques using the Pearson Product moment correlation test with the IBM SPSS for Windows Ver. 25.0 program. From the research results known social behavior levels of children are in a category suffi with a percentage value of 63.87% and the verbal rate of abuse of parents is in medium category with a percentage value of 68.28%. Based on the hypothesis test results obtained there is a negative and significant relationship between verbal abuse of parents with the behavior of the children aged 5-6 years in TK Negeri Pembina 1Pekanbaru. This can be noted from the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.547 and the value of the coefficient of determination resulting from 29.9% has the meaning that verbal abuse 29.9 affects the social behavior of the child.
