Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style Cooperative Board Member Participation Against Suka Damai Village Fullness Fullness of Rokan Hulu subdistrict . Research methods included in a correlation study . Population cooperative members as many as 485 people The sampling technique used is the technique slovin 83 people . for the dependent variable : the leadership style ( X ) ; independent variables : participation ( Y ) . The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression statistical techniques . From the results , it can be concluded that : ( 1 ) the influence of leadership style on the participation of members of the cooperative ; ( 2 ) the influence of leadership style on the participation of members of 48.9 % .Keywords : influence , leadership style , the participation of members.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the facilities / infrastructure and commitment effect significant on job satisfaction at PT. Arara Abadi Sinarmas Forestry. The population in this research is all employees at PT Arara Abadi part of planting seeds as many as 160 people with 114 people who research sample is determined by simple randong sampling. Data collected in this study used questionnaire about the facilities / infrastructure, commitment, and job satisfaction are distributed to respondents. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. In descriptive, facilities / infrastructure available inside including adequate category (80,7%), commitment to high category (89,5%), and job satisfaction to high category (72,2%). The result showed that facilities / infrastructure and commitment have a significant on the job satisfaction. Judging from the value (Rsquare) abtained a value of 0,096. The results prove that the meaning of the influance of facilities / infrastructure, commitment on job satisfaction is 9,6%. The regression equation Y=27,455+0,222X1+0,209X2.Key Words: Job Satisfaction. Facilities / infrastructure, commitment

Abstract

Abstract : The aim of the research was to explore teaching skills of teachers at senior high school of Cendana, Pekanbaru. Those teaching skills covered (1) opening skills; (2) questioning skills; (3) reinforcement skills; (4) variations skills; (5) explaining skills; (6) the skills to small group discussions; (7) classroom management skills;       (8) individual learning skills; and (9) closing skills.  The population in this study were all teachers of senior high school of Cendana, Pekanbaru, totality 45 people. The primary data was collected using anquote to 39 respondents. The data collected, then, was analysed using descriptive technique. The results of this study showed that the average level of teaching skills of teachers in senior high school of Cendana, Pekanbaru was 86,91% and the average skills level of teachers to teach Economics at senior high school of Cendana, Pekanbaru was 2,99. Keyword : Teaching Skills

Abstract

The goal of achieving student learning outcomes is not entirely only values in numbers or cognitive learning outcomes. But it also attaches great importance to the affective learning outcomes shown in attitudes or behavior. This study aims to analyze the effect of contextual learning approaches and teacher morale on learning motivation and its impact on student affective learning outcomes. The population in this study were 728 grade 8 students of SMP Negeri 20 and SMP Negeri 23 in Tampan. With the cluster random sampling technique a sample of 155 students was obtained. Data collection used a questionnaire then the data were analyzed by path analysis. The results found that contextual learning approaches have an influence on student motivation, the experience of working with friends while learning has an effect on student motivation and learning behavior, a positive effect on behavior is shown in attitudes manifested in affective domain learning outcomes. The work spirit of the teacher contributes to student affective learning outcomes, high teacher enthusiasm and the teacher's ability have an effect on student motivation to positively impact student affective learning outcomes.
