Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been declared by President Joko Widodo to be a National Disaster with Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2020 concerning the Determination of Non-Natural Disasters for the Spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) as a National Disaster, where this is the reason for delays or cancellations. In a contract related to force majeure. This study aims to analyze whether the Covid-19 pandemic cannot be said to be a force majeure that can cancel an engagement. This research contains a diagnostic form with a sociolegal or socio-legal research approach. The result of the discussion is that the Covid-19 pandemic, which has been designated as a national disaster by the Government, does not necessarily become the basis for changing or even canceling an engagement because the event is casuistic, which requires a comprehensive study and approach as well as evidence regarding the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This results in the parties being hindered in carrying out or fulfilling their achievements. Then, the Covid-19 pandemic, which is said to be force majeure, can only be used as the basis for a relative force majeure reason because the situation or event is only temporary, meaning that the Covid-19 pandemic as force majeure can only delay the implementation of achievements without canceling the engagement.

Guiding the younger generation in understanding Islam from the family informing the piety of the millennial generation is essential even though the government and society have established Islamic religious schools. To ascertain the extent to which Muslim families have carried out such guidance, we have obtained supporting data from various literature sources, including findings published in international journals that we have searched electronically on the Google Scholar application from the 2010 issue to the most recent 2021. Furthermore, our analysis process involves evaluating, coding, and critical interpretation under a phenomenological approach. During the reporting, we choose a descriptive analysis system. All of our data depend on secondary, considering that this study was carried out when Indonesia was implementing PPKM, namely the period of the national public movement restriction policy. After the process of discussing the results, we can summarize that the task of guidance and family responsibilities in children's education lies with parents in the family, including things such as the motivation or encouragement of love that animates the relationship between parents and children and the provision of motivation for moral obligations as the consequences of the position of parents to their offspring so that the hope that someday the children will become pious and pious children. Thus, these findings should be part of efforts to educate children in the millennial era.

Given the aftereffects of the information and conversation, we can close the outcomes, among others, by fusing innovation into research work; the danger of human errors was diminished while the exploration interaction was sped up. Cloud-based advances started to change the way scholastics gather information numerous many years after the fact. Our development mirrors the developing requirement for fast admittance to great information. Ideally, these discoveries add to the improvement of science and innovation.

This religious law paper discusses the understanding of Islamic law enforcement in several countries or Islamic empires through analysis and review of hundreds of articles published in high-impact factor journals. Our data collection is carried out with a Google search engine on many scientific data-based publications such as Sagepub, Elsevier, Taylor and France, Academic Paper, and Google Books. Furthermore, the study involved the coding system, evaluation, and in-depth interpretation so that we get an understanding to answer the problems of this study. We design this study as a descriptive qualitative study on secondary data. Based on the results and discussion, we summarize the results; among others, several Islamic countries have made it mandatory for Islamic law to be applied as a whole. However, if it is not an Islamic state, the application is on agreed matters, and Muslims are obliged to fight for it gradually through a constitutional route. These findings should be input for the development of Islamic studies and law in the future.
