Abstract

The objectives of the study are to analyze the amount of transaction cost on cassava agribusiness system and analyze the effect of transaction cost to the income of cassava farming in Central Lampung Regency. The research was held in the district of Rumbia, Central Lampung Regency. The reasearch used survey method to 141 cassava farmers in the district of Rumbia, Central Lampung Regency, taken purposively. The analysis used quantitative analysis method on Transaction cost (TrC); income analysis, and double linear regression. The results showed (1) transaction cost on cassava agribusiness system is Rp. 732.725,17/ha/farmer/season (2) the income of cassava farming is Rp. 10.666.036,03/ha means that cassava farming is worthed to be continuesly developed in Central Lampung Regency and transaction cost gave the real impact to the income of cassava farming

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of business partnership coaching onincreasing productivity of small industry companies and other factors that affect productivity. Themethod used in this research is survey method and kuisoner with linear regression analysis usingSPSS. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that 46.7% increase in businessproductivity is influenced by business coaching while the remaining 53.3% is influenced by otherfactors..

Abstract

Peranan sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi suatu organisasi. Seiring dengan perkembangan dalam era reformasi dewasa ini, semua organisasi publik dan aparatur negara dituntut untuk dapat melaksanakan tugas dengan penuh tanggung jawab untuk mencapai kinerja yang baik. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja tersebut adalah disiplin kerja. Namun fenomena yang terjadi dalam hal disiplin kerja adalah dapat dilihat dari kesadaran pegawai yang belum maksimal dalam menaati peraturan yang ada dalam instansi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kegagalan disiplin kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai kantor Kecamatan Gunung Labuhan Kabupaten Way Kanan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Kecamatan Gunung Labuhan Kabupaten Way Kanan.  Dibuktikan oleh nilai Rsquare sebesar  36.4%, sedangkan sisanya 63.6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research is entitled Brand Image and Television Ads on Purchasing Decisions of Pepsodent Toothpaste. The purpose of this research is whether Brand Image and Television Advertising influence people's interest, how big is the influence of advertising and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions in Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression with views. The results obtained in this study are that the overall/simultaneous television and brand image ads affect the decision to purchase Pepsodent toothpaste and the influence of the remaining 42.8% is 57.2% influenced by other factors not examined and partially only influential television ads. on the purchase decision of Pepsodent Toothpaste, while Brand Image had no effect on Pepsodent Toothpaste Purchasing Decisions. Television advertising is able to reinforce the attitude towards Pepsodent toothpaste products, while respondents assume that brand image does not affect the purchasing decision of Pepsodent toothpaste because consumers buy it just to meet the needs, brand image has not been embedded in the minds of consumers, because respondents in this study are teenagers young) who only use products and consider brand image not important.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah memporakporandakan mendekati seluruh lingkup kehidupan, selain sektor ekonomi yang menyebabkan turunnya daya beli masayarakat karena banyak perusahaan mengalami kerugian bahkan mengalami kebangkrutan sehingga terpaksa merumahkan karyawannya.  Kondisi ini memaksa sebagian masyarakat menjual atau menggadaikan asetnya untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan selama masa pandemi.       Penelitian ini betujuan menginvestigasi dampak pandemi Covid-19 pada salah satu pegadaian elektronik swasta di Bandar Lampung.Pada riset ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan sekunder yang didapat dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Responden terdiri dari pimpinan, staff administrasi, dan beberapa nasabah perusahaan tersebut.Hasil analisa diperoleh  bahwa pada masa pandemi Covid-19 pendapatan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pegadaian elektronik ini terjadi penurunan drastis.  Perusahaan menerapkan beberapa strategi agar dapat bertahan, dengan melakukan promosi diberbagai flatpon media sosial, memberikan keringanan bunga, memberikan keringanan tempo gadai, melakukan berbagai efisiensi untuk menekan biaya operasional dan pengeluaran lainnya, dan menjaga hubungan relasi yang baik dengan para nasabah, serta segera menjual barang gadai yang tidak dapat ditebus nasabah secara online
