Abstract

Library website is used as a searching platform of literature information for easier and faster usage. This study aims to evaluate of website services using modified webqual and IPA methods. The library website that will be evaluated are the website of the University of Lampung (Unila) library, Lampung State Islamic University (UIN), Sumatra Institute of Technology (ITERA), Lampung State Polytechnic (Polinela) and Malahayati University (Unmal). Total of analyzed respondents was 219. Data analysis methods used in this study was structural equation models (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The result shows that the interaction quality and empathy gives a great influence to student’s satisfaction. In addition, the results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) test result found user friendly website attributes, password and contact person availability, service satisfaction, administrator's response, hospitality and patience influencing to student’s satisfaction in Unila, UIN, Itera, Polinela and Unmal.

Abstract

Audit of Information security system in the Communication and Information department is needed to determine the extent of information system carried out. This reasearch uses the ISO/ IEC 27001: 2013. Data from this reasearch were obtained based on the result of interview, observation and questionnaire. The respondent conducted a self assessment, then the researcher observe. The results of this study indicate that the average maturity level of the respondent is at level 2 (repeatable) with a value of 2.13 and the average maturity level of the finding is level 2 (repeatable) with a value of 2.40. The difference between the respondent value and the finding value show that in the sub domain information security incident management. This difference occur due to the absence of existing SOP procedure and criteria. Overall, there is no policy in developing the system through a process of security testing.

Abstract

Aplikasi Terampil adalah aplikasi pendidikan keterampilan online dan offline serta sertifikasi profesi berbasis android yang fokus pada bidang non akademik yang mempermudah masyarakat Indonesia untuk menerapkan dan mengembangkan keterampilannya. Aplikasi Terampil merupakan aplikasi prototipe yang akan dikembangkan menjadi aplikasi yang siap pakai. Supaya aplikasi tersebut nyaman dan mudah untuk digunakan sebelum siap pakai, maka perlu dilakukan analisis dan perancangan user interface (UI) dan user experience (UX) serta evaluasi supaya aspek – aspek usability sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan pengguna. Analisis dan perancangan UI dan UX menggunakan metode The Wheel dan usability testing menggunakan metode Heuristic Evaluation. Tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan desain interface dan experience yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna. Aplikasi Terampil memiliki dua modul yaitu peserta kursus dan instruktur keterampilan. Pengumpulan data awal dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara dan kuisioner online untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan fungsional, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan desain tampilan berdasarkan kebutuhan fungsional. Desain tampilan dievaluasi oleh responden melalui pengujian prototyping untuk mendapatkan feedback, sehingga sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan pengguna. Tahap terakhir yaitu pengujian kebergunaan atau usability testing menggunakan 10 elemen heuristic yang dilakukan dengan bantuan evaluator. Berdasarkan evaluasi dari metode The Wheel yang sudah dilakukan, responden mengharapkan desain interface yang mudah dan nyaman digunakan serta informatif sehingga pengguna tidak kesulitan untuk memahami aplikasi yang akan digunakan. Sedangkan berdasarkan pengujian kebergunaan atau usability testing menggunakan heuristic evaluation yang sudah dilakukan, ketiga evaluator memberikan evaluasi untuk memperbaiki pemilihan warna tombol, pemilihin icon, dan konsistensi desain interface supaya pengguna tidak kesulitan dan bingung saat menggunakan aplikasi Terampil.

Abstract

Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian Lampung (eng. Institute for Agricultural Technology Assessment) also known as BPTP Lampung is one of the government agencies that need information systems in the management, selection, storage, and information dissemination. The application of information systems raises several risks that can disrupt activities and disadvantage in material/time for BPTP Lampung. The purpose of this research is to analyze the risk management information system of BPTP Lampung and find out the factors that affect risk occur by using NIST SP 800-30 method. The risk management information system of BPTP Lampung is implemented to anticipate the threat of risk with several stages are risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk evaluation. There are 10 (ten) associated risks from research results, namely less communicative language, no backup of research data, no update data, multiple tasks and obligations, human error, internet access, error system, fires, natural disasters (thunderstorms, floods, earthquakes, etc.) and blackout. At a high level of risk is a less communicative language from research results by the researcher of BPTP Lampung and multiple tasks and obligations from the management of information system BPTP Lampung. The final result from the risk management of information system BPTP Lampung is a recommendation given to reduce the impact of risks that occur.

Abstract

The health services is a place that provides health services which include inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. Inpatient is a service provided to patients, where the patient has to undergo a treatment process which is handled directly by a doctor in accordance with the complaint of the disease. Easy service and fast handling from the health care unit both in terms of rooms and from the patient side are of course very much needed by inpatients. The problem that occurs is that it is difficult for inpatients to know the availability of rooms, making it difficult for patients to undergo treatment. Apart from the availability of rooms, the inpatient registration system is still being used in paper format. This results in piles of patient files making it difficult to find patient data and causes errors to be encountered when making reports due to loss of patient files. In this research, an Inpatient Information System will be built that can be used by various health services so that all inpatient data in health services can be integrated into this system. The research method used in this research uses the waterfall method, which starts from the specification of user requirements, planning, modeling, construction and software implementation. This system is built using the Laravel Framework using the PHP language which is used to build web-based applications in a more structured way. This information system was built with the aim of helping and facilitating the services provided to patients in the health care unit. Both in terms of inpatient registration, making patient reports, managing patient data and the availability of inpatient rooms.

Abstract

The medical record is a patient's medical record during the examination. Information on medical records is needed as a reference for further action. Medical records consist of conventional medical records and electronic medical records. Medical records in several health facilities are still stored on paper media. Manually storing medical record data has a disadvantage, namely that it is very difficult to find previous patient medical record data, even though it has been separated according to category, the data search process still takes a long time. The use of databases in information systems makes it easy to exchange data and search for medical records. This information system is expected to provide benefits in use, fast in service, and safe in data storage. The research methodology uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The R&D stage consists of concept, analysis and architecture, development, leverage and validation. Medical Record Health Service Information System was built to assist and facilitate medical record services in health facilities. The Medical Record Health Service Information System provides access rights to four users, namely: superadmin, admin, medical personnel, and patients. Each user has a different function. Types of medical records are emergency medical records, inpatient medical records, outpatient medical records, and laboratory medical records.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important and strategic role in national economic development. In the era of globalization, advances in science and technology have brought changes in the business world. Marketplace is an application that bridges sellers and customers to transact virtually. By applying the concept of business to cunsomer (B2C), marketplace facilitates business activities in the network with hundreds of stores available and selling each product to customers. Customers can also have a membership in the store. In addition, stores or MSME units can open branches of business in the marketplace, and utilize universal product data to minimize data differences in the descriptions between products sold by one store and similar products sold by other stores.The marketplace application for MSMEs is built on web based using Laravel framework. The method applied in developing applications is using the waterfall model. The marketplace application for MSMEs has been successfully built by testing functionality using black box testing and showing the results that the application can function according to expectations and user needs.

Abstract

On March 18, 1964, the Province of Lampung was established. In order to carry out efforts to develop Lampung Province, a development framework with a legal foundation and justice in each development process is required. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a replacement for the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), which were established as a result of an agreement amongst 189 leaders of UN member states with the primary goal of improving welfare and community development. As a result of this research, a dashboard was established to track the progress of the SDG indicators. The dashboard produced can analyze, manage, and display the progress of the SDG indicators in a way that all parties can simply read and understand. As a result, everyone at every level of society can understand and guarantee that development is carried out in accordance with the law in order to promote community welfare.

Abstract

Multi-cooperative information systems have been developed in 2018 by providing several services, one of which is GIS (geographic information system). GIS on this system displays the locations of existing cooperatives in the form of digital maps. This study develops the GIS service on a multi-cooperative information system into a cooperative warehouse location search using the K-means clustering method. Multi-cooperative information systems with cooperative warehouse location search features were developed using the Laravel 5.5 framework with the waterfall method. Searching the location of cooperative warehouses using the K-means method is useful to assist users in determining the location of warehouses to supply adjacent cooperatives. This system has also been tested using the Blackbox Testing method.

Abstract

Material waste is unwanted residue after the end of a process. Waste reduction activities aim to make all levels of society, including the government, the business world and the wider community able to carry out activities to reduce, reuse, recycle (3R) through smart, efficient and programmatic efforts. The best solution to this problem is a waste bank. Waste Bank is a place for sorting and collecting waste that can be recycled and reused which has economic value. Waste bank work mechanisms such as sorting waste, submitting waste to waste banks, weighing waste, recording, selling the delivered waste are entered into a savings book and revenue sharing for the sale of waste between savers and implementers.The multi waste bank information system can help the waste bank work.The multi waste bank information system can be used by the waste bank for the publication of the location of the waste bank, data collection of waste bank customers, recording and archiving customer transaction data and helping the waste bank to find customers with the online customer registration feature. The multi waste bank information system is built on a web basis using the laravel framework. The method applied in the development of a multi bank waste information system uses the waterfall model. The multi waste bank information system has been successfully built by testing the system's functionality using black box testing and expert judgement. The results that the system can function according to user expectations and needs.
