Abstract

The creation of application is very easy for farmers and non-farmers to buy and sell livestock products. Along with the creation of the application and the existence of a business process in it is needed a system that can be a connection between the application and its users. The presence of a dashboard system is expected to help admin performance in handling some business activities in ePakan. In its development the dashboard system was built using the PHP programming language with Laravel Framework. The methods used for system development use Extreme Programming. The features in this ePakan dashboard include, payment confirmation, account verification, balance disbursement, transaction logging. Based on The results of the dashboard testing the ePakan works as needed and based on testing user satisfaction usability, the dashboard system gets an average value of 83% which means it is very good.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by dengue virus infection and is transmitted through the bite of female mosquito species Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus. Environmental factors are one of the causes of the high prevalence of dengue fever, including the layout of buildings, water reservoirs, indentations in the soil, temperature and other things that can help the Aedes mosquito life cycle take place. The purpose of this study is to predict the spread of dengue disease using the SVM (Support Vector Machine) method with rainfall data in Singapore from 2014 to 2018, weather data and pain data, comparing this study with previous research by Adeline Ong in 2014 entitled " Predicting Dengue Cases in Singapore”, as well as knowing the results of predicting the distribution of DHF using the SVM method in the form of variance values (R2) with linear, gaussian and polynomial kernels. The results of the experiment found that the lowest error value was shown by the linear kernel with an error rate of 35.15%, with a variance value of 64.85%.

Abstract

Wisma Ataraxis adalah Institusi Penerima Wajib Lapor (IPWL) Sosial oleh Kementerian Sosial untuk memberikan pelayanan rehabilitasi. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operasionalnya Wisma Ataraxis masih menggunakan cara konvensional untuk mengelola berkas rehabilitan. Banyaknya data yang harus diisi dalam penerimaan rehabilitas dan redundansi data menjadi kekurangan dalam kegiatan ini. Selain itu, pencarian berkas untuk rehabilitan yang akan melakukan rehabilitasi ulang membutuhkan waktu cukup lama karena banyaknya berkas yang ada. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka diusulkan untuk pembangunan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu petugas dalam kegiatan operasionalnya. Dalam rancang bangun sistem informasi rekam medis dan skrining berbasis website untuk Wisma Ataraxis ini menggunakan metode prototyping. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, pihak Wisma Ataraxis telah menerima sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Serta kesimpulan rancang bangun sistem ini dapat memberikan kemudahan pada petugas Wisma Ataraxis dalam proses penerimaan rehabilitan dan skrining.

Abstract

The development of the Sentra Inovasi dan Inkubator Bisnis (SIKUBIS) system is a project of the Institute for Research and Community Service at the University of Lampung. This project aims to provide a platform for businesses to access various resources and support in the form of information, guidance, and networking opportunities. The SIKUBIS system will be designed to be user-friendly and accessible through mobile devices, making it convenient for businesses to access and utilize the resources provided. The development of this system will also aim to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SIKUBIS center in supporting the growth and development of businesses. Based on the results of application development, black-box testing, and usability testing, this research has succeeded in creating the SIKUBIS application which can be used by lecturers, students, and educational staff in the campus environment to develop their business. Overall, the SIKUBIS system will serve as a valuable tool for businesses to access the resources and support they need to succeed and thrive in today's competitive market.

Abstract

SiakadCloud adalah produk utama SEVIMA sebagai solusi manajemen akademik terintegrasi terlengkap, aman dan terbukti efektif dalam memfasilitasi manajemen pendidikan tinggi dan pelaporan PDDIKTI. SiakadCloud saat ini sedang dimigrasikan ke arsitektur microservice. Arsitektur microservice membuat aplikasi SiakadCloud harus dibagi menjadi bagian-bagian kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah layanan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola data master pada aplikasi SiakadCloud. Layanan ini disebut layanan master. Pengembangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Pengembangan layanan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Framework Lumen. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah layanan yang dapat mengelola data master untuk digunakan dan menjadi standar untuk pengembangan layanan lainnya.Keywords: API; Lumen; Microservice; PHPUnit; Swagger.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including an increase in cybersecurity threats, especially phishing attacks. Phishing is a method of cyber fraud that manipulates victims to provide sensitive information by posing as a trusted entity. This research aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of several machine learning algorithms in detecting phishing websites. The methods used in this research include the application of Random Forest, Extra Trees, Multiple Layer Perceptron, Ada Boost, and Decision Tree algorithms on website datasets containing the characteristics of phishing and non-phishing sites. Performance evaluation is performed by measuring the accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 value of each algorithm. In addition, a voting technique is applied to combine the results of the best-performing algorithms with the aim of improving the overall detection accuracy. The results showed that the voting technique was able to provide superior results compared to the use of a single algorithm, with significant improvements in accuracy and recall values. These findings reinforce the importance of ensemble approaches in machine learning to improve phishing detection capabilities, which in turn contributes to improved cybersecurity.

Abstract

The case study was taken from one of trading companies in Lampung. The company sells Muslim fashion products from a large number of suppliers. Suppliers data is recorded in detail manually, as well as products recorded. Manual data collection can result in recording errors, data easily tucked, or not recorded. This research develops an information system to help the company in data collection of suppliers and products automatically based on web using Laravel as a framework. This system is built using extreme programming methods and has features that focus on collecting suppliers, products, and product shipments. The results of system testing using the black box testing method shows that the system has fulfilled functional requirements and user needs. Abstract

In this research, the development of verification systems courses. IT  aims to accelerate the process of checking the existing curriculum in computer science majors. Course verification systems was developed with the search string matching method which has two parts programming methods: exact matching and heuristic matching. Exact matching programming method using a brute force algorithm has shortcomings because it does not have the preprocessing phase. Meanwhile, heuristic matching algorithm using n-gram similarity as it can check the detail . The results shows brute-force  algorithm more quickly in running time results. But n-gram similarity algorithm is more efficient in checking if there some difference in one or more character in kopel and course.Keywords: Systems, Verification, transcripts, curriculum, String Matching, Exact Matching, Heuristic Matching, Brute Force, N-gram Similarity.

Abstract

People need more information about geographical related objects, for example: distance between regions, object locations, facilities, natural resources etc. Geographic Information System (GIS)  is a solution for getting information on geographical related objects. The object of this research is Lampung culinary, because Lampung Province has many typical foods and many culinary places for young people, teenagers, and parents to gather. That culinary places can be categorized as café, restaurant, and many more. This application is developed using Microsoft Visual Basic Express 2010 and MapWinGIS ActiveX Control.  The development of this application implement Water Fall method.  Other supporting softwares  are My GPS Coordinates, Quantum GIS, and Microsoft Access Database.

Tree Structure is used widely to represent problems in daily life, especially in computer science and technology. One method that is used to represent a tree is Blob Code. In this research, we developed an application to Encode and Decode Tree using Blob Code.
