Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Analisis Pencapaian Kompetensi Peserta Didik Smk Kelas X Keahlian Bisnis Dan Manajemen Dalam Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Di Smk N 1 Tondano. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa kelas X program keahlian Akuntansi, Administrasi Perkantoran, dan Pemasaran di SKM N 1 Tondano. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan model analisis interaktif. Keabsahan data melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Karakteristik kompetensi peserta didik belum berjalan sesuai dengan harapan, Pencapaian kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan peserta didik belum tercapai, keseimbangan soft skills dan hard skills masih bersifat konvensional dan sistem pengembangan kompetensi belum mengarah sesuai kurikulum 2013 sehingga diperlukan penguatan melalui pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pencapaian karakteristik kompetensi Kata Kunci: Analisis Pencapaian Kompetensi Peserta Didik, Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of Competency Achievement of Class X Vocational High School Students in Business and Management Expertise in the Independent Learning Curriculum at Smk N 1 Tondano. The subjects in this study were the principal, teachers and class X students of the Accounting, Office Administration, and Marketing expertise programs at SKM N 1 Tondano. Data collection through interviews, observations and documentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model. Data validity through triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the Characteristics of student competencies have not run according to expectations, the achievement of student attitude, knowledge, and skills competencies has not been achieved, the balance of soft skills and hard skills is still conventional and the competency development system has not been directed according to the 2013 curriculum so that strengthening is needed through the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in achieving competency characteristics Keywords: Analysis of Student Competency Achievement, Independent Learning Curriculum

Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR SISWA DI SMA NEGERI 1 PINELENG Theresia Putri Tuilan(1), Agnes R. Rooroh(2), Devyano V.F Ranti(3) Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Manado Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Pineleng. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada siswa di kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Pineleng. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda Ŷ = 17,789 + 0,677 X₁ + 0,599X₂. Dari hasil uji t membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu (5,696 >2,010), kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu (4,802 > 2,010). Kemudian dari hasil uji F membuktikan bahwa lingkungan sekolah dan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Pineleng dengan nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel yaitu (241,42 > 3,18) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut maka dapat diambil suatu kesimpulan bahwa lingkungan sekolah dan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Pineleng Kata kunci : Lingkungan Sekolah, Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah Minat Belajar

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan orang tua petani padi terhadap kelanjutan pendidikan anak di Desa Touliang Kecamatan Kakas Barat Kabupaten Minahasa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 kepala keluarga sebagai petani padi. Total sampling dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 47 kepala keluarga petani padi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket atau kuisioner. Sumber data yakni sumber data primer yang telah diolah. Kemudian data dengan hasil angket atau kuisioner dianalisis dengan rumus chi square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan petani padi sangat berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan pendidikan anak yang berada di Desa Touliang Kecamatan Kakas Barat Kabupaten Minahasa karena rendahnya tingkat pendidikan anak sangat dipengaruhi pendapatan ekonomi orang tua, karena orang tualah yang bertanggung jawab membiayai pendidikan anak. Pendapatan petani padi yang ada di Desa Touliang Kecamatan Kakas Barat Kabupaten Minahasa sangatlah berbeda-beda, hal ini disebabkan karena luas lahan dan status kepemilikan lahan yang berbeda-beda. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Keluarga Petani Padi, Kelanjutan Pendidikan Anak ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the income of rice farmer parents on the continuation of children's education in Touliang Village, West Kakas District, Minahasa Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 53 heads of families as rice farmers. The total sampling in this study was 47 heads of rice farmer families. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data source is the primary data source that has been processed. Then the data with the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the chi square formula. The results of this study indicate that the income of rice farmers greatly influences the continuity of children's education in Touliang Village, West Kakas District, Minahasa Regency because the low level of children's education is greatly influenced by the economic income of parents, because parents are responsible for financing children's education. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Online Customer Review danKualitas Produk Shopee Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Maahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomidan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei denganpendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah 271mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Manado, dengan sampelyang diambil sebanyak 73 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui kuesioneryang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data digunakan regresi linierberganda, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis (uji t dan f) dan koefisien determinasi.. Hasildari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Online Customer Review tidakberpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara Kualitas Produk secara parsialberpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, baik OnlineCustomer Review maupun Kualitas Produk memberikan pengaruh yang signifikanterhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 31% menunjukkankontribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 69%dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Online Customer Review, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to determine the influence of online customer review andproduct quality on purchasing decisions of students at the Faculty of Economics andBusiness, Manado State University. This research uses a quantitative approach. Thepopulation that was the focus of this research was 271 students from Faculty of Economicsand Business, Manado State University, with a sample of 73 respondents. The datacollection technique is through a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have beentested. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, classical asumption tests,as well as hypothesis testing (t and f tests) and coefficient of determination. This results ofthis research show that partially online customer review have no influence on purchasingdecisions, while partial product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.Simultaneously, both online customer review and product quality have a significantinfluence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of the determination value of 31% showsthe contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable, while the remaining69% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.Keywords: Online Customer review, Product Quality, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Pedagogical Competence and School Learning Facilities on Student Learning Achievement at SMK Negeri 1 Motoling Timur. This study uses three variables, namely (X1) Pedagogical Competence variable, Learning Facilities (X2) and Student Learning Achievement (Y). Where (X1) and (X2) Using a questionnaire given to 50 students who are members of the class XI student population of SMK Negeri 1 Motoling Timur. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale with 15 questions, each alternative answer choice has a different score. While (Y) is measured using the report card results. The results of the Regression Equation are: Y = 56.76 + 0.28X1 + 0.16X2, this shows that there is an influence between pedagogical competence and learning facilities on student learning achievement, meaning that every 1 unit increase in the pedagogical competence and learning facilities variables will increase student learning achievement by. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personality type and learning environment as a whole on students' learning interest in SMA Negeri 1 Motoling Barat. The research method used is the survey method, which is sourced from data and information obtained from respondents as research samples. The population in this study were all students of class XI at Sma Negeri 1 Motoling Barat totaling 50 students. The data collection technique used was random sampling with a level of 5% so that the sample obtained was 44 students. The results of the study showed that the personality type variable had a positive or significant influence on students' learning interest in SMA Negeri 1 Motoling, the learning environment variable had a positive or significant influence on students' learning interest in SMA Negeri 1 Motoling Barat, and the personality type variable, the learning environment variable together had a positive or significant influence on students' learning interest in SMA Negeri 1 Motoling Barat. Abstract

  Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan melakukan analisis kebutuhan model pemberdayaan ekonomi petani salak. Pada tahap awal pengembangan model Four D yaitu Define diawali dengan mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan menganalisis kebutuhan petani yang dilakukan peneliti untuk menilai kebutuhan Petani Salak yang menjadi subjek penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hal tersebut. Model pemberdayaan ekonomi Petani Salak sangat dibutuhkan. Definisi yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemetaan kebutuhan petani. Dalam hal ini peneliti akan melakukan studi pendahuluan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil dari identifikasi masalah dan analisis kebutuhan adalah untuk memahami kebutuhan petani untuk meningkatkan pendapatan Petani Salak di Desa Pangu Kecamatan Ratahan Timur. Peneliti membagikan produk akhir berupa Modul Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Perani Salak di Desa Pangu Kecamatan Ratahan Timur kepada Petani yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Ekonomi, Model Pemberdayaan Ekonomi, Petani Salak.           Abstract This research aims to identify problems and conduct a needs analysis for a model of economic empowerment for salak farmers. In the initial stage of developing the Four D model, namely Define, it began with identifying problems and analyzing farmers' needs, which was carried out by researchers to assess the needs of Salak Farmers who were the research subjects with the aim of finding out this. A model of economic empowerment for Salak Farmers is really needed. The definition that will be used in this research is mapping farmers' needs. In this case the researcher will conduct a preliminary study through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The result of problem identification and needs analysis is to understand the needs of farmers to increase the income of Salak Farmers in Pangu Village, East Ratahan District. Researchers distributed the final product in the form of the Perani Salak Economic Empowerment Module in Pangu Village, East Ratahan District to Farmers who were research subjects.
