The number of respondents taken in this study was 100 respondents who were members of KSP CU Bina Karya Sejahtera. Data analysis used was partial test, simultaneous test, determination coefficient, regression coefficient, and multiple linear regression. The results of the t test showed that each t value of the service quality variable was greater than t table, meaning that service quality had a significant effect on member satisfaction variables. The product quality variable had a t value greater than t table, meaning that product quality had a significant effect on member satisfaction. The results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables of service quality and product quality together have a significant effect on the member satisfaction variable with the results of the analysis. The results of the determination coefficient test show that the factors of service quality and product quality have a significant effect on member satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence the Work Environment partially has on Employee Performance, to analyze how much influence Work Motivation partially has on Employee Performance and to analyze how much influence the Work Environment and Work Motivation have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance, this study uses a quantitative method because the research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The number of samples in this study used saturated sampling, the sampling technique of which all members of the population were used as samples, this study consisted of 46 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and observations. Based on the results of partial testing of the Work Environment on Employee Performance, the t-value was 1.363 <2.017 (ttable) and had a significant number of 0.180> 0.05. Based on the decision- making criteria, it can be concluded that H1 is rejected, this indicates that there is no positive and significant influence between Work Environment and Employee Performance. And based on the partial test results of Work Motivation on Employee Performance, the calculated t value is 3.531> 2.017 (t table) and has a significant number of 0.01 <0.05. Based on the decision-making criteria, it can be concluded that H2 is accepted, this indicates that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation and Employee Performance. While based on the calculation results in table IV.16, the calculated F test results obtained are 34.246 when compared to the F table (alpha = 0.05 df = 3.21), then the f table value is 3.21 with a significant value of 0.05. So that the calculated F value > F table (34.246 > 3.21) and significance (0.001 < 0.05) then thereĀ is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Work Motivation Simultaneously on Employee Performance

Abstract

Leadership style and work environment are two important factors that influence employee performance, especially in government agencies such as the Maluku Provincial Liaison Agency. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 45 respondents who are all employees of the Maluku Provincial Liaison Agency. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 27 software, with validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and determination coefficient tests. The results of the T test showed that leadership style did not have a significant effect partially (sig. 0.078 > 0.05), while the work environment had a significant effect (sig. 0.001 < 0.05). The F test showed that simultaneously both variables had a significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0.001 < 0.05). These findings imply that improving employee performance can be achieved through the creation of a more conducive work environment, as well as a communicative and supportive leadership style.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The research used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 35 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale. The results indicate that, partially, the work environment variable has no significant effect on job satisfaction, while the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, both independent variables significantly affect job satisfaction with a contribution of 39.1%, while the remaining 60.9% is influenced by other factors beyond this study. These findings reveal that work motivation is the dominant factor influencing employee satisfaction, while the work environment serves as a supporting factor. This research is expected to contribute to the development of human resource management knowledge and serve as a reference for government institutions in formulating motivation and workplace improvement policies.

Data were collected through observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents of HR Directorate employees of the Directorate General of Defense Forces, Ministry of Defense. Data analysis techniques include t-test, f-test, multiple linear regression, and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that partially, the variables of competence and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, evidenced by the calculated t-value being greater than the t-table. Simultaneously, competence and work discipline also significantly influence performance, as indicated by the calculated f-value being greater than the table f-value. The coefficient of determination test indicates that both variables play a significant role in improving employee performance
