Abstract

Banyak potensi yang ada di Desa Kalimanggis, yaitu tersedianya bambu yang berlimpah, tenaga swadaya masyarakat, tenaga masyarakat yang produktif belum diberdayakan secara optimal untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Guna mengoptimalkan potensi yang ada mengangkat petani perempuan untuk diberdayakan melalui program pelatihan penggemukan kambing yang didanai PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) mendeskripsikan perencanaan program PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan; (2) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan; (3) mendeskripsikan evaluasi program PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan; (4) mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam penyelenggaraan Program PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan dalam peningkatan ekonomi petani wanita di Desa Kalimanggis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Kalimanggis, Kecamatan Subah, Kabupaten Batang. Subjek penelitian yang penulis gunakan yaitu pengurus dan peserta pelatihan guna mendapatkan data-data yang relevan. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan teknik pengamatan dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari program pelatihan penggemukan kambing, yaitu: 1) perencanaan program terdiri dari identifikasi kebutuhan, tujuan, kurikulum, rekutmen sumber belajar, rekutmen peserta didik, program kerja, penggalian data, sarana dan prasarana, sumber dana program pelatihan penggemukan kambing, 2) pelaksanaan program terdiri dari waktu kegiatan, jangka waktu kegiatan, tempat kegiatan, peserta pelatihan, tutor pelatihan, metode pelatihan, materi pelatihan, media pelatihan yang menunjang pelatihan penggemukan kambing, 3) evaluasi program terdiri dari penilaian dan pendampingan guna memberikan tindak lanjut program, 4) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat untuk peningkatan program penggemukan kambing. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dalam program penggemukan kambing sangat diperlukan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program agar tujuan yang ingin dicapai terlaksana. Program penggemukan kambing adalah program yang diajukan secara bottom-up sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat berjalan dengan baik dan mengalami kemajuanThere are much potential that exists in the village of Kalimanggis. In order to optimize the available potential, women farmers are raised to be empowered through goat fattening training program funded by Rural PNPM Mandiri by utilizing local potential. The purpose of this study are to: (1) describe the PNPM Mandiri planning program done at the village board of Kalimanggis; (2) describe the implementation of the program of Rural PNPM Mandiri in the village of Kalimanggis; (3) describe the program evaluation of Rural PNPM Mandiri to describe the village of Kalimanggis; (4) describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the National Program for Society Empowerment (PNPM) Mandiri in the economic improvement of women farmers in the village of Kalimanggis. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach; the methods of data collection used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The experiment was conducted in the village of Kalimanggis, Subah District, Batang Regency. Research subjects used by the writer were the board and trainees in order to obtain the relevant data. Data validation techniques used by the writer were observation and triangulation techniques. Data Analysis Techniques used were the data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing or verification. The results obtained from goat fattening training program, namely: 1) program planning consists of identifying the needs, goals, curriculum, the recruitment of learning resources, the recruitment of students, desk job, data mining, infrastructure, funding sources of goat fattening training programs, 2) implementation of the program consists of activity time, activity periods, the activity place, the trainees, training tutor, training methods, training materials, training media which supports goat fattening training, 3) evaluation of the program consists of assessment and assistance programs to provide follow-up program, 4) supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the goat fattening program. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the goat fattening program needs planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs to accomplish the goal. Goat fattening program is a program that is proposed in a bottom-up way in accordance with the wishes of the society, runs well and makes progress.

Abstract

Community empowerment and education are closely related to advancing society. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation and transformation of sustainable community empowerment based on Islamic boarding school system. This is due to the assumption that Islamic boarding school, as a sharia economic developer, gives several impacts on training entrepreneurship, independence of santri, and prosperity of the society. This research used a qualitative method with the phenomenological approach from Edmund Husserl. Phenomenology or transcendental phenomenology aims to find the existence of consciousness essence (intentionality) which consists of four awareness activities. The results of this study indicate that the community empowerment in Al-Ittifaw Islamic boarding school refers to environmental use. The school also adopts an experiential learning and learning by doing system. These systems accustomed the students to learn, maintain, and preserve nature. The agribusiness development of Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School is based on INPEKBI (Divine, Domestic, Personal, Economic, Family, Passion, Ilmihi) principle. The conclusion of this paper is, several stages are needed in terms of raising awareness, habituation, and reinforcement to build the entrepreneurial spirit during the transformation of sustainable community empowerment based on Islamic boarding school system.

Abstract

Family is the primary social institution, the first place where the process of education and learning for children occurs. Studies with various social and cultural backgrounds show that family factors have a significant contribution to children's learning achievement in school and their social-personal development. Sociologically, family has dimensions of structure and process. The research focuses on family process factors that significantly influence children's learning achievement in school. The study was involving 121 families who have 5th-grade elementary school children from two selected elementary schools to represent the characteristics of urban and suburban families. The data analysis was performed by Pearson Product moment correlation analysis. The results showed that the process factors which consist of intimacy in family life, the ability to adapt families to changes and aspirations of parents in children's education, are factors that significantly correlated with children's learning achievement in school.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract: Penelitian ini menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin (UIN SMH) Banten terhadap prosedur penegakan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Kota Serang Nomor 2 Tahun 2010, khususnya Pasal 10 ayat (1), (2), dan (3) yang melarang operasional warung makan pada siang hari selama bulan Ramadan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan survei daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya dilema antara pelaksanaan perda berbasis kearifan lokal dan perlindungan hak konstitusional warga negara. Sebagian besar mahasiswa menilai bahwa penegakan perda sering kali tidak memenuhi prinsip hukum acara pidana nasional, seperti asas legalitas, due process of law, dan perlindungan hak asasi manusia, terutama dalam tindakan represif Satpol PP yang kerap tanpa prosedur hukum yang sah. Selain itu, mayoritas responden menyadari dampak negatif perda terhadap hak ekonomi pedagang kecil dan potensi diskriminasi terhadap kelompok non-Muslim. Meski demikian, nilai religiusitas lokal tetap dianggap penting, namun mahasiswa mendorong reformasi penegakan perda melalui pendekatan partisipatif, restorative justice, dan revisi kebijakan agar lebih inklusif dan adil. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan harmonisasi antara kearifan lokal, nilai agama, dan perlindungan hak konstitusional dalam penegakan hukum daerah, guna mewujudkan keadilan substantif dan penghormatan terhadap hak asasi manusia.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan metode bermain peran terhadap perkembangan kemampuan bahsa anak usia 3-4 tahun di KB PKK AL-HUDA NGADIRESO. Metode bermain peran merupakan strategi pembelajaran yang memungkinkan anak untuk mengekspresikan diri melalui dialog dan interaksi sosial dalam konteks permainan yang menyenangkan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan PTK kualitatif dengan tekhnik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi terhadap 13 anak didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan bermain peran secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara, mendengar dan memahami kosakata anak. Anak-anak menunjukkan peningkatan dalam keberanian berkomunikasi, ekspresi verbal yang lebih jelas, dan kemampuan berinteraksi sosial yang lebih baik. Metod ini terbukti efektif karena menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang alami dan menyenangkan, sehingga anak tidak merasa tertekan dalam proses pembeajaran bahasa. Disimpulkan bahwa bermain peran dapat menjadi alternatif metode pembelajaran yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan kemampuan bahasa pada anak usia dini. Bahasa pada anak usia dini merupakan aspek frunda mental yang mempengaruhi keseluruhan proses pembelajaran dan sosial anak. Anak usia 3-4 tahun berada pada periode kritis perkembangan bahsa dimana mereka mulai mengembangkan kosakata, struktur kalimat, dan kemampuan komunikasi yang kompleks. Pada tahap ini anak emngalami ledakan bahasa (langue exsplosion) dengan penambahan kosa kata hingga 1000-2000 kata dan mulai mampu Menyusun kalimat sederhana. Namun, masih banyak ditemukan anak yang mengalami keterlambatan dalam perkembangan bahasa, terutama dalam aspek eskpresi dan pemahaman kontekstual. Bermain peran (role play) diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu metode pembelajaran yang efektif dalam merangsang perkembangan bahasa anak karena memberikan konteks nyata dan meaningful untuk praktik berbahasa, sekaligus mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif, dan emosional dalam proses pembelajaran. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ROLE PLAY ON LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT OF 3-4 YEARS OLD CHILDREN AT KB PKK AL-HUDA NGADIRESO  This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing role play methods on the language development of 3-4 years old children at KB PKK AL-HUDA NGADIRESO. Role play methods is a learning strategy that allows children to ekspress themselves through dialogue and social interaction in the context of enjoyable games. The research used a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques on 20 students. The results showed that the implementation of role play significantly improved children’s speaking, listening, and vocabulary comprehension abilities. Children demonstrated improvements in communication courage, clearer verbal expression, and better social interaction skills. This method proved effective as it created a natural and enjoyable learning environment, so children did not feel pressured in the language learning process. It is concluded that role play can serve as an appropriate alternative learning method to optimize language development in early childhood. Language in early childhood is a fundamental aspect that influences the overall learning and social processes of children. Children aged 3-4 years are in a critical period of language development where they begin to develop vocabulary, sentence structure, and complex communication abilities. At this stage, children experience a language explosion with vocabulary additions of up to 1000-2000 words and begin to be able to construct simple sentences. However, many children are still found to experience delays in language development, especially in aspects of expression and contextual understanding. Role play is identified as one of the effective learning methods in stimulating children's language development because it provides real and meaningful contexts for language practice, while integrating

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Transformasi digital merupakan kebutuhan esensial dalam penguatan UMKM perempuan, khususnya dalam pemasaran dan pengelolaan usaha. Namun, pelaku UMKM di bawah naungan Aisyiyah Kota Yogyakarta masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan seperti rendahnya kemampuan membuat konten iklan digital, minimnya pemanfaatan smartphone, serta keterbatasan pemahaman terhadap ekosistem digital. Tujuan: Meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku usaha perempuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) untuk strategi pemasaran digital. Metode: Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan berbasis project based learning. Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu membuat konten promosi secara mandiri dengan bantuan AI, termasuk desain visual dan penulisan caption. Temuan penting dari kegiatan ini meliputi: meningkatnya kemampuan teknis peserta, tumbuhnya rasa percaya diri dalam penggunaan media digital, dan peran strategis Aisyiyah dalam membangun jejaring pemberdayaan perempuan. Pendekatan kontekstual dan praktik langsung terbukti efektif dalam menjembatani kesenjangan literasi digital. Kesimpulan: program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapabilitas UMKM perempuan dalam pemasaran digital berbasis AI, serta menunjukkan pentingnya kolaborasi komunitas perempuan dalam mendorong transformasi digital yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
