Abstract

Monotonous teaching methods often create a negative perception of education, leading students to feel stressed, demotivated, and impacting their academic performance. The implementation of the Joyful Learning method in schools aims to enhance students' skills, creativity, enthusiasm, interest, and engagement in learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey questionnaires, observations, and documentation techniques, and analyzes the data using product moment correlation. The sample consists of 43 students from SMK Negeri 7 East Jakarta, selected through random sampling. The research instruments included 20 items for variables X (Joyful Learning) and Y (student learning achievement). The analysis results show a correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.530, which is greater than the rt value at the 5% significance level (0.304) and the 1% significance level (0.393). Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. These findings confirm that the Joyful Learning method has a significant effect on improving students' academic performance. The implications of this study provide positive impacts not only on individual students but also on the overall quality of education. With a more enjoyable learning method, education is expected to become a more meaningful and fulfilling experience for all parties involved.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Kahoot learning media on student learning outcomes at SMK Pelita Tiga Jakarta. The use of Kahoot as a learning media was chosen due to its efficiency, innovativeness, and ability to help achieve learning objectives at a lower cost. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a correlation method. This study involved 24 students selected using the Cluster Sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis was performed using the product moment correlation technique. Based on calculations, the product moment correlation value for 24 degrees of freedom (df) at a 5% significance level is 0.404, and at a 1% significance level is 0.515. The analysis results show that the observed correlation value (ro) of 0.617 is greater than the table value (rt) at both significance levels. Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, indicating a positive effect of Kahoot learning media on student learning outcomes at SMK Pelita Tiga Jakarta. The implication of this study is that Kahoot can be an effective alternative learning media to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Educators have a very close relationship with students in the learning process in class. In learning in the classroom the educator is the party who can supervise all student activities, thus the character of students can be formed with the participation of educators in learning. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of educator participation in shaping the character of students in MA Sejahtera Pare. The method used in this study is correlation with a quantitative approach, sampling is done with the slovin formula using the Accidental Sampling method, with a total of 35 students as respondents. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study show that there is an influence of educator participation in shaping the character of students, seen from the Product Moment coefficient test it produces "????????????" or "????????" with a value of 0.441, this is greater than "????????" at a significant level of 5% = 0.344 and significant 1% = 0.442. Thus it can be seen that "????????" > "????????" either at the 5% or 1% level. Then the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted or approved, while the Null Hypothesis (Ho) is rejected or not approved. Based on the numbers that the author put forward, there is an influence of educator participation in shaping the character of students. If educators can guide and model good and correct behavior and are supported by other factors, then this can help students in the process of forming the right character.

Abstract

Kawasan Asia menyumbang plastik terbanyak ke laut setiap tahunnya, dengan Indonesia berada di posisi kedua menghasilkan 1,29 juta ton plastik per tahun. Pada 2022, total sampah di Indonesia mencapai 34,46 juta ton, di mana 17,8% berupa plastik. Penggunaan plastik yang tidak sesuai dapat berisiko pada kesehatan, seperti kanker hati dan gangguan ginjal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi penggunaan wadah plastik terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap responden melalui platform digital. Jenis penelitian adalah pre-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Data dikumpulkan secara daring melalui Google Form kepada 30 responden dari grup WhatsApp alumni SMA. Teknik total sampling digunakan dengan kriteria tertentu, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan responden dari 7,20 ± 1,750 (sebelum edukasi) menjadi 8,58 ± 0,776 (setelah edukasi) dengan selisih 1,38 (p = 0,001). Rata-rata skor sikap juga meningkat dari 5,93 ± 1,893 menjadi 7,73 ± 0,980 dengan selisih 1,8 (p = 0,001). Karakteristik responden didominasi oleh perempuan (66,67%), berusia 29 tahun (50%), berpendidikan sarjana (66,67%), bekerja di sektor swasta (80%), dan berpendapatan di atas UMR NTT (56,67%). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi berbasis digital efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap responden terhadap penggunaan wadah plastik. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada pengembangan metode edukasi untuk mengurangi dampak negatif plastik bagi kesehatan dan lingkungan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara mengurangi Bullying melalui MPLS di Sekolah, dan mendapatkan model pelaksanaan program MPLS yang tepat sasaran dan tepat guna. Judul penelitian ini adalah hubungan MPLS dalam mengurangi kasus Bullying di sekolah wilayah Jakarta Timur Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Seberapa besar pengaruh MPLS terhadap mengurangi terjadinya Bullying  di sekolah wilayah Jakarta Timur Provinsi DKI Jakarta ?, 2) Bagaimana mengurangi Bullying  melalui program MPLS untuk sekolah di wilayah Jakarta Timur Provinsi DKI Jakarta? Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian korelasi atau korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah : 1) Dari 10 (Sepuluh) sekolah yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini dapat disampaikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara MPLS terhadap Bullying di sekolah, pengaruhnya sebesar 43 %. Pengaruh ini dikategorikan cukup berpengaruh. 2) Cara mengurangi Bullying disekolah melalui program MPLS untuk sekolah wilayah Jakarta Timur Provinsi DKI Jakarta adalah dengan mengurangi keterlibatan peserta didik senior dalam pelaksanaan MPLS di sekolah. Karena keterlibatan peserta didik senior dalam pelaksanaan MPLS rentan terjadinya kekerasan baik itu Verbal ataupun Non Verbal
