Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara kinerja karyawan dengan disiplin, gaya kepemimpinan, dan kompensasi pada studi empiris di Kokapura Ahmad Yani Kokapura Semarang. Dalam studi empiris penelitian ini mengimplementasikam pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan total keseluruhan dari populasi seluruh karyawan sebesar 84 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pendekatan sampel jenuh, yang didefinisikan jika sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi secara keseluruhan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 84 responden yang merupakan perwakilan dari populasi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda atau OLS dalam SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa disiplin kerja meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan juga dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan. Dari ketiga unsur tersebut, variabel disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, kinerja karyawan, perusahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara kinerja karyawan dengan kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja di Perumda Air Minum Tirta Moedal Kotas Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan dengan jumlah 376 responden. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 100 orang dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data pada penelitian ini kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 16.0 dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel disiplin kerja dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari ketiga variabel tersebut, yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah variabel disiplin kerja. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara menyeluruh fenomena pagu minus belanja pegawai pada Pengadilan Negeri Semarang Kelas IA Khusus, dengan fokus pada faktor penyebab, cara mengatasi, dan dampak, karena pengelolaan belanja pegawai menjadi komponen penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan keuangan Pengadilan Negeri Semarang Kelas IA Khusus. Metode riset yang dipakai ialah deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi empiris pada Pengadilan Negeri Semarang Kelas IA Khusus. Data dihimpun lewat interview mendalam dengan bagian perencanaan dan keuangan, analisis dokumen RKA-KL (Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran) dan LRA (Laporan Realisasi Anggaran). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan pagu minus belanja pegawai meliputi mutasi pegawai dan hakim, kenaikan pangkat dan kenaikan gaji berkala, jumlah pegawai dan hakim menikah meningkat, jumlah anggota keluarga pegawai dan hakim meningkat. Cara mengatasi pagu minus belanja pegawai dengan permohonan Revisi Daftar Isi Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DIPA). Pagu minus belanja pegawai tidak memberikan dampak, namun dapat mengakibatkan nilai Indikator Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran (IKPA) menurun.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Pan Putra Samudra Rembang. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a survey research design. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 100 employees of PT Pan Putra Samudra Rembang. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis to determine the extent of the influence of each variable on employee performance. The results of the study showed that leadership had no significant statistical effect on employee performance, while motivation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect. These findings indicate that improving employee motivation and maintaining work discipline are crucial factors in enhancing employee performance at PT Pan Putra Samudra Rembang. On the other hand, the lack of influence from leadership suggests that other factors, such as leadership style or organizational culture, may need to be further examined. This research provides practical insights for the company to focus on strategies that strengthen employee motivation and discipline, while also reconsidering the role of leadership in driving performance. The implications of this study can serve as a reference for human resource management practices in similar organizational contexts.

Abstract

The rapid transformation of the banking industry, driven by advancements in digital technology, has reshaped how banks deliver services and interact with customers. This study investigates the impact of system quality, information quality, and service quality on online customer experience and customer loyalty in the digital banking context. Using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, data was collected from 95 respondents who have actively used mobile banking services for over three years. The findings reveal that system quality and information quality significantly influence customer loyalty and online customer experience, while service quality does not have a direct effect on customer loyalty. Similarly, system quality does not significantly affect online customer experience unless paired with other quality dimensions. These results highlight the evolving priorities of digital banking customers, who value efficient, secure, and intuitive platforms over traditional service interactions. The study emphasizes the importance of integrating high system and information quality with personalized and responsive service to enhance the overall customer experience. This research provides theoretical and practical insights for banking institutions aiming to strengthen their digital strategies and foster sustainable customer loyalty in the competitive landscape of digital banking. Abstract

The global economy in 2021-2022 tends to slow down due to the Covid-19 pandemic, followed by the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which further weakens global economic conditions. This study aims to determine alternative predictive models for the JKSE and five developed country stock price indices (Singapore's FTSE, China's SSEC, Japan's Nikkei225, England's FTSE, and America's DowJones) during a time of slowing world economy (January 2021 – September 2022). The results of the study show that the JKSE shows lower volatility than the other five developed countries with a stock price index that tends to increase. The stock price indices for the five developed countries have high volatility and tend to decrease for China and Japan, while the stock price indices for Singapore, England and America tend to increase. An alternative predictive volatility model for JKSE stock returns is GARCH (1.1), Singapore's FTSE is ARCH (1), China's SSEC is ARCH (1), Japan's Nikkei 225 is GARCH (1.2) while the UK's FTSE100 and America's DowJones are EGARCH (1,1). These results indicate that FTSE and DowJones stock returns have a leverage effect where good news causes less volatility than bad news. When there is volatility in stock returns, especially FTSE100 and DowJones, business risk increases. This can cause stock investors to move their funds to countries with low investment risk

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon of increasing gold transactions in the early 2020 pandemic as an alternative investment. This study aims to answer whether gold acts more as an alternative investment tool or as a diversifier, or is it still relevant as a hedging tool or a safe haven. This study will explore a number of main variables, namely: gold prices, investment interest rates, liquid stock prices, exchange rates and consumer price levels. The data analysis is time-series data with a time span of January 2018 to October 2020. The analytical method used is pairwise correlation and cross-correlation. The results showed, through pairwise correlation analysis, it can be concluded that the gold price variable is more worthy of being called a good store of value or safe haven than its role as an alternative investment or diversification. On the other hand, based on a cross-correlation analysis involving time-lag, the gold price expectation variable for next year has a strong complementarity with the expected investment interest rate variable as well as the expected exchange rate variable. Meanwhile, the relationship between the expected gold price variable and the expected liquid stock price variable, which is often used as an investment tool indicator, has a very strong substitution or diversification relationship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk – Semarang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 114 responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik sampel kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert. Variabel independen yang dipilih adalah kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwasannya kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel yang paling mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah variable kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir using employees from several departments as samples, with a total sample of 101 employees. The research results show that work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, compensation has a negative effect on employee performance. In this research, the most influential variable is the work motivation variable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the excess realization of operational and office maintenance at the Special Class IA Semarang District Court, with a focus on the causal factors, and how to overcome budget excesses. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with empirical studies at the Special Class IA Semarang District Court. The data collected was RKA-KL (Work Plan and Budget) and LRA (Budget Realization Report) then conducted in-depth interviews after which analysis was carried out to draw conclusions. The results of the research show that several factors that cause excess operational and office maintenance budgets are unrealistic or non-comprehensive budget planning, changes in economic conditions, inefficiencies in project or operational management, lack of control and supervision of expenditure and non-compliance in the implementation of budget policies or lack of coordination. . How to overcome operational budget excesses at the Special Class IA Semarang District Court by strengthening the budget planning process, implementing a strict budget monitoring and control system and increasing the capacity and competence of human resources involved in budget management.
