Abstract

Sunan Kalijaga was known as a creative da’i in spreading da'wah. One of the media for his da’wah is a literary work entitled Suluk Linglung. In the Suluk Linglung manuscript, two da’wah strategies had been employed by Sunan Kalijaga, both of which were expected to be relevant if applied in Indonesia today, considering the many issues of radicalism. This research is a literature review. Data were collected by using documentation method through a research on Suluk Linglung. Therefore, to dissect the contents of the manuscript, the author uses qualitative research methods and Gadamer's hermeneutic approach. Finally, it suggested that Sunan Kalijaga used two da'wah strategies, Sufistic da'wah strategy and multicultural da’wah strategy. It is expected that the use of the strategies in the current da’wah can dismiss the radicalism movement. Therefore, it brings out the principle of da’wah that is gentle, friendly, and nurturing to people, or da'wah rahmatan li-l 'alamin.Sunan Kalijaga dikenal sebagai seorang da’i yang kreatif dalam menyebarkan dakwah. Salah satu media dakwah beliau adalah melalui karya sastra yang berjudul Suluk Linglung. Dalam manuskrip Suluk Linglung tercermin dua strategi dakwah yang pernah dilakukan oleh Sunan Kalijaga, yang keduanya itu diharapkan akan relevan jika diterapkan di Indonesia pada zaman sekarang meninjau banyak sekali isu radikalisme. Penelitian ini berjenis kajian kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui penelitian manuskrip Suluk Linglung. Oleh karenanya, agar dapat membedah isi manuskrip Suluk Linglung, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutika Gadamer.  Adapun untuk teknik analisa data menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Akhirnya, setelah melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwasanya dalam manuskrip Suluk Linglung, Sunan Kalijaga menggunakan dua strategi dakwah yang meliputi strategi dakwah sufistik dan strategi dakwah multikultural. Jika dua strategi dakwah tersebut diterapkan pada zaman sekarang, maka diharapkan akan berimplikasi terhadap gerakan radikalisme yakni menepis gerakan radikalisme. Sehingga, akan memunculkan prinsip dakwah yang lembut, ramah, dan mengayomi kepada mad’u atau dapat disebut sebagai dakwah rahmatan li-l ‘alamin.

Abstract

The current COVID-19 pandemic forces the educational field to adapt to e-learning to continue teaching and learning. This study aimed to analyze the use of e-learning platforms during the COVID-19 crisis, especially in the biology education program. This study used a quantitative survey design. Through purposive sampling, 100 lecturers from 43 universities in Indonesia participated in this study. Data collection was carried out by using an online questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic content analysis. The findings showed that WhatsApp, Google Classroom, and Zoom remain the most used e-learning platforms in Indonesian universities due to their accessibility and affordability. Participants’ obstacles during online learning centered on the limited network and quota as well as controlling aspects. Suggestions for further online learning are providing internet quota assistance, infrastructure, and network refinement and planning a comprehensive and careful learning design. The findings of this study can be a reference for biology education lecturers as well as universities officials in determining and using e-learning platforms during COVID-19 to improve online learning in Indonesian higher education during the pandemic.

Abstract

The world of education especially in terms of morals and akhlak in educational institutions shows moral degeneracy of students. This is indicated by the existence of actions that are not in accordance with the personality of a student such as brawls, drinking liquor, gambling, smoking and so forth. These deeds are not in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an and as-Sunnah which are manifested in Law Number 20 of 2003 by the National Education System, Article number 3. In achieving the goals of Moral Education, efficient processes and methods are needed so that these objectives can be achieved maximally as desired. Therefore, Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor is one of the Islamic education institutions in Ponorogo that conducts the process of education and teaching and learning by instilling Moral Education values to their students (santri). The purpose of this study was to determine the application of habituation methods in the moral education of fifth-grade students of KMI Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, as well as to know the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in their application. While the method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive study. To collect data, researchers used three methods, namely: interviews, observations, and documentaries, while in analyzing data, researchers used Miles and Huberman's theory which included three steps, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.

Abstract

Penerapan TQM dalam dunia pendidikan menuntut beberapa komponendi dalamnya untuk berubah. Pada level pimpinan, ia harus memiliki komitmenyang kuat terhadap peningkatan mutu. Stakeholder, sebagai pihak yangbersinggungan langsung dengan output pendidikan harus mendapatkan apaapayang ia inginkan. Dalam hal ini tidak berlebihan jika dikatakan stakeholderadalah pelanggan yang harus dipuaskan. Singkatnya, seluruh Sumber DayaManusia di lingkungan pendidikan harus bekerja bersama-sama untuk menjagakualitas/mutu pendidikan itu sendiri.Lebih dari itu, mutu yang menjadi tolok ukur kemajuan dunia pendidikanharus selalu ditingkatkan secara berkesinambungan. Di sinilah sebenarnya peranyang bisa dimainkan oleh Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) sebagai sebuahkonsep yang sukses dilaksanakan dalam dunia industri. CQI akan berjalan denganbaik jika didukung oleh leader, baik itu top leader, middle leader, dan lower leader. Halini tidaklah berlebihan karena untuk mendukung TQM, diperlukan kerja timyang efektif. Wallahu a’lam bi asshawab.

Abstract

One of the most important elements in education is teacher. Teachers have an important role in formulating, developing, and implementing the curriculum. When the teacher makes mistake in formulating a curriculum, student learning will not be effective. In addition, teachers also have a huge task in the process of learning both in the classroom and outside the classroom. Thus the knowledge of a teacher will determine the quality of the learning. It enable teacher to implement creative and innovative process of education. To do so, teacher needs to have capability in developing the design of curriculum, in order to enhance the quality of instruction and education process.

Abstract

Evaluation is the most important component in improving the qualityof education. In its implementation, the evaluation should include threeaspects: cognitive, affective and psychomotor However, most educationalinstitutions in Indonesia, only carry out an evaluation of cognitive aspects.Yet evaluation of another aspect is also important, especially in IslamicEducation, affective aspect is the most important aspect that must beevaluated and developed. Because the teachings of Islam is not enough onlyto be understood, but also must be practiced and become a way of life forevery Muslim. Muhammadiyah 3 Junior High School Jetis Ponorogo hasa various activities aimed at developing the affective aspect evaluation ofIslamic Education such as: tadarus Quran, Dhuha prayer together and Dhuhurprayer in congregation. The results this paper showed that the efforts ofteacher in developing the affective aspect of Islamic Education in 7th Gradeof Muhammadiyah 3 Junior High School Jetis are already quite good, byusing several approaches, such as the Experience Approach, the HabituationApproach, and the Exemplary Approach.

Abstract

Sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki komitmen untuk membangun masyarakat, pesantren dituntut untuk dikelola secara modern. Hal ini menjadi sebuah keharusan karena tantangan yang dihadapi dunia pendidikan dewasa ini semakin berat. Alumni pesantren dihadapkan pada sebuah kenyataan bahwa persaingan hidup di era global semakin keras sehingga dibutuhkan soft skill dan hard skill yang mumpuni agar bisa tetap survive. Jiwa entrepreneurship menjadi salah satu soft skill yang harus ditanamkan pesantren kepada para santrinya. Penanaman jiwa ini akan bisa dilaksanakan dengan baik jika pesantren menjalin kerjasama dengan dunia usaha. Makalah ini akan membahas dasar hukum kemitraan pesantren dengan dunia usaha dan analisa terhadap manajemen kerjasama tersebut.

Abstract

Supervisi sebagai salah satu pilar penting dalam sistem pendidikanmengalami perkembangan seiring dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehinggamuncullah beberapa model dengan karakternya masing-masing. Hal iniharus diperhatikan oleh supervisor, selain tentunya mereka harusmemahami konsep supervisi itu sendiri. Sebagai bagian dari sistempendidikan, supervisi juga mengikuti perubahan kondisi sosial masyarakat.Keterkaitan supervisi dengan lingkungan sosial masyarakat, bahkan jugadengan kondisi politik yang sedang berkembang, memunculkan model dancorak supervisi dengan karakteristiknya masing-masing. Denganmencermati perkembangan karakteristik supervisi pendidikan dan melihatkondisi kekinian dan kedisinian, supervisi yang diperkenalkan Glickmandkk. kelihatannya akan terus menjadi trend di Indonesia. Hal ini seiringdengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang meniscayakan kemandiri-an para guru dan murid dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Scepticism, in a socio-historical study of philosophy in the West, appeared to have large considerable portion compared with the theories. Scepticism, here means is making a the point of view caution, suspicion, and not directly justify the theory of truth. With all sorts of implementations it generates in the philosophy discourse, Scepticism has become one of the methods to reach the truth. But in terms of theology, it gives a different effect. Scepticism has made the standard of truth of the religions is not based on the ‘truth claim’ that is essentially owned by each religion anymore. Truth is human subjectivity. ‘World Theology’ concept presented by Wilfred Cantwell Smith, the concept of Global Theology presented by John Hick is two discourses of religious pluralism doctrine which affected by scepticism.

Abstract

Penilaian adalah bagian yang sangat penting dalam pembelajaran dan pengajaran. Jika pembelajaran mempunyai peran yang penting dalam mengembangakan spiritual siswa, maka fungsi evaluasi sebagai penyedia informasi untuk menialai kesuksesan belajar sangat dibutuhkan. Tanpa adanya kegiatan evaluasi, tidak akan ditemukan informasi tentang baik buruknya kegiatan belajar mengajar yang sudah diterapkan. Dalam beberapa aturan, etika dan perbuatan tidak bisa diabaikan dalam evaluasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan (1) Rencana evaluasi belajar dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP 2 Ponorogo. (2) Penerapan evaluasi belajar pada materi Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas Sembilan SMP 2 Ponorogo. (3)  Hasil dari evaluasi pembelajaran materi Pendidikan Agama Islam pada kelas Sembilan SMP 2 Ponorogo dan feedback yang didapat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis menggunakan metode induktif. Data akan dianalisa menggunakan metode desktiptif kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan interview. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya tahap perencanaan telah dirumuskan dalah tahapan evaluasi.  Secara umum pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran mata pelajaran PAI di SMP N 2 Ponorogo bisa dinyatakan tidak baik walaupun pelaksanannya sudah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip evaluasi pendidikan, seperti: prinsip berkesinambungan, menyeluruh dan objektif dan alat ukur yang dipergunakan valid dan reliabel yakni dapat mengukur sesuai dengan apa yang mau diukur dan hasil yang diperoleh dapat dipercaya. akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaanya tidak sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan.
