Abstract

Pembangkit listrik tenaga air (PLTA) dan tenaga surya (PLTS) merupakan bagian dari Energi Baru dan Terbarukan (EBT) yang potensial untuk dikembangkan di daerah yang memiliki sumber daya alam yang cukup. Desa Pendem, Kecamatan Junrejo, Kota Batu, merupakan salah satu wilayah yang memiliki potensi aliran air dan sinar matahari yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pembangkit listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga pikohidro (PLTPH) yang diintegrasikan dengan PLTS, memanfaatkan aliran air sungai dan sinar matahari untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik sehari-hari. Penerapan EBT akan dilakukan di Sanggar Latar Ssni Winarto dengan pembangunan pembangkit listrik hybrid Pikohidro dan PLTS. Pikohidro sebagai sumber energi utama yang akan memanfaatkan aliran sungai setempat. Debit air, Head atau tinggi jatuh air mempengaruhi penerapan generator, turbin maupun pipa yang digunakan Dengan debit 0,0103m3/s serta Head/Tinggi jatuh air 10,6m maka daya yang dihasilkan yaitu 878 Watt maka generator yang digunakan yaitu 1000 Watt. Kemudian Jenis turbin yang dipakai jenis cross flow , dengan diameter penstok 7,3 cm, tebal penstok 2 mm, dan kecepatan aliran 2,4 m/s. Pengujian pikohidro selama 5 hari didapat hasil rata rata arus dan daya yang dihasilkan oleh Pikohidro dengan kondisi cuaca yang beragam.

Abstract

Kestabilan tegangan berkaitan dengan kemampuan sebuah sistem tenaga listrik dalam mempertahankan tegangan di setiap bus pada kondisi normal setelah terjadinya gangguan . Dalam satu dekade terakhir, sumber daya energi terbarukan telah menjadi isu penting untuk menyediakan pasokan energi yang cukup untuk beban. Di antara berbagai sumber energi terbarukan, angin dan matahari memimpin pertumbuhan energi terbarukan yang terpasang di jaringan sistem tenaga listrik. Pada system kelsitrikan Lombok, dilakukan analisa aliran daya (load flow) dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja dan kondisi aliran daya dalam keadaan tertentu. Sistem kelistrikan Lombok terdiri dari 19 unit pembangkit, yang beroperasi pada tegangan 150 kV, serta terdiri dari 27 bus dan 19 saluran yang terhubung dengan pusat-pusat beban, serta data dinamik generator dan eksitasi generator. pemasangan PLTS Pringgabaya dan PLTS Sengkol, dari gambar dapat dilihat bahwa tegangan pada bus 19 dan bus 21 mengalami undervoltage mengalami peningkatan peofil tegangan setelah adanya pemasangan PLTS Pringgabaya dan Sengkol. Peningkatan tegangan ini tidak terjadi pada bus 19 dan 21 saja, tetapi pada bus yang lain juga mengalami penurnan tegangan.

Abstract

Teknologi ponsel memerlukan charger, yang biasanya membutuhkan energi PLN. Panel surya, sebagai alternatif baru, dapat membantu menyediakan sumber energi listrik.Fungsi alat ini adalah penggunaan pengisian elektromagnetik dalam sistem yang dapat digunakan tanpa kabel. Sebagai alternatif baru, panel surya dapat membantu menyediakan sumber energi listrik. Ini karena teknologi ponsel biasanya membutuhkan charger, yang membutuhkan energi PLN. Penggunaan pengisian elektromagnetik dalam sistem yang dapat digunakan tanpa kabel adalah subjek penelitian ini. Baterai powerbank dapat menerima daya panel surya dengan baik, sehingga dapat terisi selama 460 menit dengan tegangan output 4 volt dan memerlukan waktu 8,5 menit untuk naik setiap 1%. Panel surya 3 WP digunakan dalam sistem pengisian nirkabel ini, yang menggunakan sistem pembangkit sinyal gelombang sinus frekuensi 90 kHz dan dua kumparan untuk transmisi energi berbasis pengisian nirkabel.

Abstract

To obtain renewable energy, there are obtaining electricity supply it can be done by utilizing solar energy radiation power. With using solar cells to convert solar energy into electrical energy, or we call as Solar Power Plants (PLTS). This research will develop previous research, there are the design of output monitoring systems and data recording on Arduino microcontroller-based solar panels where tools designed to monitor current, voltage and light intensity use the NRF24l01 module remotely to facilitate analysis of solar cells using the Arduino Uno microcontroller system. Data processing taken in seconds and minutes is displayed on a PC or smartphone screen using Blynk software and the data is stored on the PLX-DAQ in real time. so that researchers do not need to observe PLTS in place for data collection because the tool can cover it automatically with an error rate of sensor testing used less than 5%.

Abstract

The sand sieving system is generally still done manually which requires full human power for the sieving process. This is quite time consuming and the resulting fine sand mass is far from what is required for a construction project. Therefore the author made the idea of ​​​​designing a sand sieving machine that can be applied anywhere. This machine uses a driving system of a Brushless Direct Current electric motor with a capacity of 350W as the driving motor. Brushless Direct Current Motor is used because it has the advantage of a large starting torque, higher speed because it does not use a brush. As a source of electricity, new renewable energy solar panels with a capacity of 400Wp are used which are more environmentally friendly and efficient. This machine works when the solar panels supply a power source to the driving motor and then transmitted by the chain and gear to the sieve tube for the sieving process. This machine has a faster sand sieving process than manual sieving and the type of motor used is more efficient.

Abstract

Based on the BPOM RI report in 2019, there were 373 cases of food poisoning in Bali, with 43 cases of processed food poisoning. One of the processed snacks that are often found in tourism areas is spring rolls. Lumpia is served together with the seasoning which is made from peanuts with high protein and water content so that if it is not processed properly it can facilitate the growth of bacteria, one of which isEscherichia coli. The purpose of this study was to determine the food safety of spring roll seasoning sold by traders in the Pantai area of Sanur Kaja Village, South Denpasar. Observational analytic research type with designcross sectional and sampling techniquesPurposive Sampling with 16 samples of spring roll traders. Assessment of food safety scores, TPC, MPN and TPC testing was carried out Escherichia Coli so as to get the results, namely, 11 samples (68.7%) with the vulnerable category, but safe for consumption. The total microbial contamination was above the maximum limit, namely 3 samples (18.8%), bacterial contaminationcoliform above the maximum of 11 samples (68.8%) and there was 1 sample (6.2%) positive for bacteria Escherichia Coli. Based on the results of the Kruskal Wallis test, it was concluded that there was a difference between total microbial contamination and contamination Escherichia Coli bacteria with a value-based food safety scoreAsymp. sig 0.05. So it can be concluded that the food safety of spring roll seasoning sold in the Pantai Desa Sanur Kaja area is categorized as vulnerable, but safe for consumption.Keywords: Spring Roll Seasoning, Food Safety Score, Total Microbial Contamination, Coliform Bacteria Contamination, Escherichia Coli.

Abstract

Siomai is a minced meat product wrapped in a thin skin made from wheat flour and cooked through a steaming process. In this study there was the addition of composite flour of moringa leaves and chicken liver. This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of moringa leaves and chicken liver composite flour on organoleptic quality, iron (Fe) content and antioxidant capacity in dumplings.This type of research is experimental with a randomized block design (RBD). The treatment given was 5 types of treatment with 3 repetitions. Data analysis used aims to determine the effect of treatment on organoleptic quality, levels of iron (Fe) and antioxidant capacity using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed that there was an influence on organoleptic quality including aroma quality, taste quality, texture quality, overall acceptability, iron (Fe) content, and antioxidant capacity in dumplings. The addition of moringa leaf and chicken liver composite flour as much as 16% per weight of ground chicken meat resulted in the most widely accepted quality with characteristics of a non-pleasant aroma, savory taste, chewy texture, overall acceptance of likes, iron (Fe) content of 2.23 mg/ 100 g and antioxidant capacity of 0.0107%.Keywords : Dumplings, Composite Flour, Moringa Leaves, Chicken Liver, Iron, Antioxidant Capacity

Abstract

The knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in anthropometric measurements are very important, because they will affect the quality of the data produced. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of training on changes in the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in anthropometric measurements carried out using the Quasi-experimental method involving 31 samples in the Nelle Health Center area, Sikka Regency. The training materials include toddler anthropometric parameters and measurement steps. The results of this study showed that the average knowledge before training was 74.4 after training 90.3 and the Wilcoxon test results were 0.000 Asymp.Sig (2-talled). The average skills before training were 51.7 after training 85.0 and the Wilcoxon test results were 0.000 Asymp.Sig (2-talled). On the one hand, the knowledge and skills of the cadres are still lacking. Cadres do not understand the name and function of the tools and the basic principles of measurement, especially in measuring the length infants. Errors also occur during weighing, where the Unit Hold button is not pressed so that the results are not locked. In addition, the measurement of toddler height has not ensured the body position according to the five reference points on the measuring instrument. The measurement LILA is also not accurate because the determination of the midpoint of the arm has not been done correctly. The results of the analysis showed that there were changes in the knowledge and skills of cadres after training. Anthropometric training is quite effective in improving the knowledge and skills of cadres.
