Abstract

In this study, researchers used respondents' data, such as gender, age and duration of work of respondents to be able to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. Where from the questionnaire distributed questionnaire as many as 40 respondents using census techniques. Data analysis with parametric and non parametric statistics using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) regarding research variables, instrument test, normality test, hypothesis test, and discussion of the results of hypothesis testing and Path Path Analysis. This study uses path analysis (path analysis) to test the pattern of relationships that reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables on other variables, both direct influence and indirect influence. The results of the study are as follows: The effect of the X3 variable on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.009 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 and X4 is significant. The effect of the X3 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0.021> 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 and Y is significant. The effect of the X4 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0.008> 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X4 on Y is significant. The effect of X1 on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.033 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X1 to X4 is significant. The effect of X1 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.006> 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X1 and Y is significant. The effect of the X2 variable on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.011 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X2 on X4 is significant. The influence of X2 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.012 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X2 on Y is significant.

Abstract

In this study, researchers used data respondents, such as gender, age and long working respondents to provide information on the characteristics of respondents. The questionnaire was spread over 52. The discussion in this chapter is the result of a field study to obtain a questionnaire response data that measures the five key variables in the study, namely the spirit of work, workload, work environment, organizational commitment and employee performance. Analysis of data with parametric and non parametrics statistics using SEM-PLS (structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) on the research variables, instrument test, normality test, hypothesis test, as well as discussion of the hypothesis test results and path analysis Path. This research uses path analysis to test relationship patterns that reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables against other variables, both direct influences and indirect influences. Calculation of line coefficient in this study assisted with Smart PLS Ver 3.0. To find out the direct and indirect influences between variables then be seen from the calculation result of the line coefficient and to know the significance. The effect of the X3 variable against X4 has a P-Values value of 0.032 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X3 against X4 is significant. The effect of the variable X3 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.011 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 to Y is significant. The effect of X4 to Y variables has a P-Values value of 0.044 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X4 to Y is significant. The effect of the X1 variable against X4 has a P-Values value of 0.034 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 against X4 is significant. The effect of a X1 variable against Y has a P-Values value of 0.006 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 to Y is significant. The effect of a variable X2 against X4 has a P-Values value of 0.015 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X2 against X4 is significant. The effect of a variable X2 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.007 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of the X2 against Y is significant.

Abstract

Each country basically has the right to sail in its territorial sea, exclusive economic zone, open sea, and territorial sea belonging to other countries. But in this case relating to the right to sail at sea or territorial waters belonging to other countries, Subject to the provisions of the 1982 Sea Law Convention II, ships of all countries, both coastal and non-coastal countries, enjoy the right of peaceful crossing through territorial seas. The problem in this study is how the legal arrangement of the authority of the sea and coast guard unit in the enforcement of violations of the right to cross the peace in Indonesian waters ,. The conclusion of this study Law enforcement at sea is still sectoral because many government agencies are authorized at sea with various legal bases at their disposal and have the potential to cause many legal problems, including overlapping authority between law enforcement agencies which causes conflicts between law enforcement agencies so optimize the interagency sector that exists in the supervision and protection of jurisdictions in the waters, and strict sanctions must be held against violations of the right to peace in the path of the rights to peace in Indonesia Keywords: Authority, Sea and Coast Guard Unit, Right of Peace ABSTRAK Setiap negara pada dasarnya memiliki hak untuk berlayar di laut teritorialnya, Zona ekonomi eksklusif, laut lepas, dan laut territorial milik negara lain.

Abstract

In this study, researchers used respondent data, such as gender, age and duration of work of respondents to be able to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. The study population was employees in the Hj. Bunda Halimah hospital, which consists of doctors and health workers such as nurses, midwives and administrative staff. The sample is determined by the number of sample members (sample size) 55 people with proportional random sampling technique. 15 doctors and 40 health employees. This research is the result of a field study to obtain questionnaire answer data that measures five main variables in this study, namely Transformational Leadership, Work Culture, Work Facilities, Job Satisfaction towards Performance in The Hj Bunda Halimah Hospital. The instrument was developed based on theoretical studies, then defined in conceptual definitions, operational definitions, and developed through lattice instruments and technical techniques. Knitted data analysis uses descriptive statistics and statistical analysis to test the significance of path coefficients, descriptive statistics to present data in the form of frequency distribution tables, histograms, and the number of statistics such as media, modes, averages, variants, and foreign standards. exchange. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path coefficients using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the second generation using structural equation modeling (SEM). PLS can be used for a small number of samples, and of course with a large number of samples will be better able to improve the accuracy of estimates. PLS does not require the assumption that data distribution must be normal or not. The construct form can use a reflective or formative model in which from the results of statistical analysis, the relationship between variables formulated in the formulation of a problem as many as 7 pieces obtained significant results.
