Abstract

This research aims to determine the inequality of opportunities in the health sector. Researchers identified three primary sources of information in a database search to construct the organizational health index: the permanent continuous household survey, the quarterly provincial household survey, and the administrative records of the Department of Health Statistics system. The study employed a data matching mechanism to merge the two databases but discovered discrepancies in the live birth and death data, leading to a lack of confidence in the data's quality. The results show that the evolution of health opportunities in the last decade is generally positive, although there are still gaps in access to health insurance and health checks during pregnancy. The study found that the gap was primarily due to socioeconomic differences between individuals. An analysis of changes in the organizational health index in the health sector shows that sectoral policies play a significant role in improving access to health services. This increase in access was primarily achieved by the region's health policies, which ensured proportional increases for all individuals. However, there needs to be a greater focus on equal opportunities for access to health services to ensure that all individuals have equal access to quality health services.

Abstract

This research aims to discover how to create and implement an expert system for prenatal disease diagnosis. To prepare this study, the author employed several data collection techniques, including observation, interviews, and a literature review. The system to be designed was developed using an object-oriented paradigm and a Rapid Application Development (RAD) technique. Multiple development stages are involved in creating RAD, including requirement planning, workshop design, and implementation. Based on the study findings, it was discovered that the PHP programming language, MySQL database management system, Apache web server, UML tool, and RAD system development methodology were used to create an expert system for identifying illnesses in expectant mothers. The forward chaining method is used for this expert system, where the first stages are to create an inference tree and set rules. This system likewise computes the consistency test using the Bayes theorem method. With an 80% accuracy rate, SISPADIBU can be used as a diagnostic tool for disorders related to pregnancy. SISPADIBU can use the user-entered symptoms to present the diagnosis results. According to the survey results, 80% of users said that SISPADIBU was highly user-friendly, that the layout display was simple to use, and that it was constructive in educating users about pregnancy disorders.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of incentives, work environment, and career development on job satisfaction through self-efficacy among healthcare personnel in the Nusantara Sehat Program in the Riau Islands Province. The research employed a quantitative approach, surveying 116 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring respondents' perceptions of incentives, work environment, career development, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and path analysis to assess the mediating role of self-efficacy. The results showed that incentives, work environment, career development, and self-efficacy significantly affect job satisfaction. In addition, the work environment and career development affect self-efficacy, while perception is insignificant. Other findings showed that self-efficacy was shown to act as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between the work environment and job satisfaction. At the same time, incentives and self-development had no effect. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that increasing incentives, conducive working conditions, and clear career development opportunities can increase job satisfaction in health workers through increasing self-efficacy.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan masalah yang terjadi pada PT Toyosindo yaitu keluhan karyawan mengenai kompensasi langsung yaitu gaji dan adanya turnover melebihi standar perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi langsung dan stress kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Sebanyak 55 responden yang terlibat pada penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, yang merupakan total populasi karyawan dari PT Toyosindo. Pengukuran variabel untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil riset menyimpulkan bahwa kompensasi langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi langsung dan stress kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Saran bagi manajemen agar selalu memerhatikan dan memberikan kompensasi yang layak kepada karyawan. Selain itu, perusahaan harus mengoptimalkan komitmen organisasi dan mengurangi tingkat turnover agar perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi Langsung, Komitmen Organisasi, Stres Kerja AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation and working stress on organizational commitment. This type of research used in this study is to use quantitative methods. In this study, researchers used quantitative data from the results of distributing questionnaires through Google forms. The sample of this research included 55 employees of PT Toyosindo. Measurement of variables to test the hypothesis using the T test and F test. In testing hypothesis, known t count 4,033 > t tabel 2,006 and the significance value 0,000<0,05 which means financial compensation significantly related organizational commitment, t count 2,555 > t table 2,006 working stress has a significant influence on organizational commitment. For the F-test results obtained in this study calculated F value = 40,866 and the value of F table = 3,180 and a significance value of 0.000<0.05.Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between financial compensation and working stress to commitment organizational.Keywords: Financial Compensation, Organizational Commitment, Working Stress

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi manajemen pada unit kesehatan yang mengakibatkan ketidakpuasan pasien dan berdampak terhadap keselamatan pasien. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survei dan observasi. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang. Hasil dari studi menunjukkan bahwa tenaga kesehatan dengan latar pendidikan memadai dapat mengurangi kelalaian kerja, tenaga kesehatan harus meningkatkan motivasi untuk terus belajar. Kondisi kerja yang baik, seperti persentase pekerjaan sampingan yang rendah dan rasio perawat-pasien yang memadai dapat meminimumkan kesalahan pengobatan dan stres kerja. Penerapan sistem yang mendukung pelaporan sangat penting untuk mengidentifikasi dan mencegah kelalaian kerja. Selain itu, rendahnya motivasi dapat mengakibatkan berkurangnya kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Infeksi pada anak, khususnya diare dan infeksi saluran pernapasan akut (ISPA), masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia dan berkontribusi terhadap kejadian gizi buruk serta stunting. Rendahnya praktik higiene dan sanitasi di tingkat rumah tangga, terutama pada ibu sebagai pengasuh utama anak, memperburuk kondisi tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu dalam pencegahan infeksi melalui edukasi Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kota Batam dengan melibatkan 30 peserta ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki anak balita. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test, post-test, dan observasi keterampilan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan, khususnya pada aspek pentingnya cuci tangan (+40,0%), kebersihan makanan dan minuman (+43,3%), serta pemahaman hubungan infeksi dengan stunting (+56,7%). Evaluasi keterampilan memperlihatkan sebagian besar peserta mampu melakukan cuci tangan enam langkah sesuai standar WHO (86,7%) dan praktik penyajian makanan higienis (80,0%). Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan ibu terkait pencegahan infeksi, dan untuk menjamin keberlanjutannya diperlukan pemantauan rutin oleh kader kesehatan serta integrasi materi PHBS dalam kegiatan Posyandu.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Jumlah kasus demam berdarah dengue di kota Bandung masih tinggi yaitu 2.790 kasus. Upaya untuk mengatasi jumlah kasus dan kematian yang terus meningkat, salah satu program pencegahan adalah memutus rantai penularan dengan pemberantasan sarang nyamuk. Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan pengalaman sakit demam berdarah dengue, pengetahuan dan sikap dengan praktik pemberantasan sarang nyamuk. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh keluarga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ujung Berung Indah. Sampel diambil secara simple random sampling sebanyak 116 ibu rumah tangga. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ibu rumah tangga. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah chi square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar responden ada pengalaman sakit demam berdarah dengue (61,2%) dan memiliki sikap kurang mendukung terhadap pencegahan demam berdarah (73,3%). Lebih dari setengah responden melakukan praktik pemberantasan sarang nyamuk kurang baik (56%) dan berpengetahuan rendah (54,3%). Variabel yang berhubungan dengan praktik pemberantasan sarang nyamuk adalah pengalaman sakit demam berdarah dengue (p=0,003, POR=3,4), pengetahuan (p=0,007, POR=3,0), dan sikap (p=0,013, POR=3,1). Kesimpulan: Pencegahan demam berdarah dengue dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu rumah tangga, serta pengalaman sakit dapat mengubah perilaku ibu rumah tangga untuk melakukan pemberantasan sarang nyamuk.

Abstract

The major consideration of the investigation is to find out the interaction of the competencies of clinical staff, the change agent, and the new technology together with the performance of a healthcare unit in the contemporary innovation-oriented clinical network. The study originates from the perception of the need for innovations and changes in the healthcare industry which is a very much the case for the modern clinical organizations that are to provide soon, excellent, and technology-based services. For the research, a quantitative explanatory strategy was used, along with a sample of 150 respondents made up of clinical and administrative staff, as well as operational managers from the modern clinical network. Deliberate or purpose sampling was the technique employed to select respondents based on their work experience, involvement in operations, and familiarity with digital service systems. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicated that each of the three independent variables had a positive and significant impact on the innovation performance of the healthcare units. The coefficient of determination value indicates that the blend of clinical staff competency, change management, and service digitalization has a great impact on innovation performance. The research advocates the clinical staff training as an important tactic, in addition to establishing change management infrastructures, and speeding up the digitalization of services, for boosting the innovation in modern clinic networks.
