Abstract

Objective: This study aims to investigate the implementation of Hybrid Lesson Study as a professional learning model to enhance pre-service teachers’ Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) within Indonesia’s Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program. Method: A qualitative case study design was employed to explore the complex, real-life implementation of HLS within the PPG’s Teaching Practicum (PPL). Ten pre-service teachers and two supervising lecturers from two Indonesian universities participated in this study. Data were collected through classroom observations, analysis of teaching artifacts (lesson plans, digital learning materials, and reflective reports), and semi-structured interviews. Data triangulation was used to ensure validity, while thematic analysis identified recurring patterns related to TPACK development, collaboration, and hybrid learning practices. This design enabled an in-depth understanding of how HLS supported professional learning in an authentic educational context. Results: The findings reveal that Hybrid Lesson Study, combining face-to-face meetings with online collaboration, provided a flexible and sustainable framework for lesson planning, peer observation, and reflective dialogue. Participants showed notable improvement in lesson design and technology integration, moving from basic tool use to interactive, context-based, and pedagogically sound digital practices. Reflection sessions via digital platforms further enhanced critical evaluation skills and effective technology use, supported by collaboration, feedback, and institutional infrastructure. Novelty: Despite challenges such as internet instability and time constraints, the study highlights the novelty of Hybrid Lesson Study in the PPG context, offering a practical and innovative model that fosters reflective, adaptive, and technologically competent teachers for 21st-century classrooms.

Abstract

Background: A crucial issue in teacher education today is ensuring that PTs are well prepared to integrate technology into their future classrooms. This study examines the implementation of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) among preservice English teachers in planning and implementing learning, as well as the barriers they face and their solutions.Methodology: This study used a case study research design to explore in depth how PTs apply the TPACK framework in real classroom situations. The participants in this study consisted of five PTs from teacher education programs at four universities in Indonesia.Findings: PTs generally show good alignment between technology use, pedagogical strategies, and content in their lesson plans, but are often not optimally integrated during implementation. The main barriers identified include limited access to and technology resources, differences in technology skill levels between students and teachers, students' difficulties in adapting to technology-based learning, and time management issues. The solutions are to provide device assistance to students in need, provide basic technology training and plan carefully and provide realistic time for students to adapt to technology and complete assignmentsConclusion: To enhance technology integration in education, universities must prioritize providing device assistance and basic tech training for PTs. By addressing these barriers, educators can better support effective technology use in the classroom, ultimately improving student learning outcomes.Originality: How pre-service teachers, who are the next generation of educators, develop and implement TPACK during their preparation and learning phases. In particular, there is very little research that specifically explores the implementation of TPACK in the classroom by PTs, as well as a lack of exploration of the challenges faced by them and the strategies used in the TPACK integration process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja guru memediasi pada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan parallel multiple mediator models. Dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 232 guru di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Kuningan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru. Artinya semakin efektif kepemimpinan kepala sekolah maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja guru; Lingkungan kerja memediasi sebagian pada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupeten Kuningan. Artinya, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui lingkungan kerja; Motivasi kerja memediasi sebagian pada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Kuningan. Artinya, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja guru.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low ability of teachers to integrate technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge (TPACK) in the digital era. The research is grounded in the theoretical framework of TPACK, digital literacy, and work motivation as a psychological factor influencing teacher performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy on TPACK with work motivation as a mediating variable among SMP/MTs teachers in Hantara District. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The findings reveal that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ TPACK. In addition, digital literacy also influences work motivation, which in turn significantly mediates the relationship between digital literacy and TPACK. These results indicate that improving digital literacy not only directly enhances teachers’ technical competencies but also strengthens work motivation, which encourages innovation in teaching practices. Therefore, strengthening digital literacy and work motivation is essential to improve teacher professionalism and the quality of learning in the digital era.

Abstract

The findings from the preliminary study conducted at Bank BWS KC Bogor showed that employee work results were still declining, achievement of work targets was still hampered, work standards were still not in accordance with expectations, and problem solving at work was still less than optimal. The problems that occurred were suspected to be caused by leadership factors and low work motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine whether leadership had an effect on employee performance; and whether work motivation mediated the influence of leadership on employee performance at Bank BWS KC Bogor. The method used in this study was a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all employees at Bank BWS KC Bogor, totaling 56 people. The instrument used in this study was a type of questionnaire that measured the Likert attitude scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. The data analysis technique used was mediation analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that leadership had a positive effect on employee performance. This means that the more effective the leadership, the more employee performance will increase; Work motivation partially mediates the influence of leadership on employee performance. This means that leadership affects employee performance both directly and indirectly, namely through work motivation.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the level of understanding of the importance of financial management among students majoring in Social Sciences (IPS) at SMA Negeri 1 Garawangi and to help develop awareness of the relationship between economic knowledge and self-control. The method used in this study was a survey. The data analysis technique used was moderated regression analysis. A sample of 168 respondents was taken using a saturated sampling method. Based on the results, it can be concluded that: Economic literacy influences the financial behavior of students at SMA Negeri 1 Garawangi. This means that the higher the level of economic literacy, the better the financial behavior. Self-control moderates the effect of economic literacy on financial behavior at SMA Negeri 1 Garawangi. This means that with self-control, the influence of economic literacy on financial behavior is greater or stronger.   Keywords: Economic Literacy, Financial Behavior, Self-Control
