Abstract

Group counseling is a helping to individual in a group setting that is both preventive and healing by creating conditions such empathy that enables counselees to reflect itself. Cinematherapy is one form of therapy in addition to medical and mental health problems and life management. Using the film as a catalyst for the psychological process fits in well with the therapeutic effect in group dynamics. Reflection group counseling members about their emotional responses through cinematherapy an additional component that enriches group therapy. By understanding the meaning of a movie scene or a particular character, counselee obtain an effective way to get to know yourself and others. After leaving the group they are able to continue to maintain what they have learned. In this paper using literature study and related research. In addition, part of this paper allows researchers to construct a theoretical framework and methodology

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create a product of the direction of social interaction guidance based on interpersonal intelligence for junior high school students which had been validated according to the experts and practices. This is a research and development research which is adapted from Borg and Gall concept. The result of validation test shows the average score which is got from the experts and practices with the amount 82.1 percent. Based on the validity criteria table, the score could be included to the valid enough criteria, or could be used with small revision. It means, the product of the direction of social interaction guidance based on interpersonal intelligence is proper to be used but with small revision. The revision is done based on the proposition from the experts and the practices. According to this research, it could be concluded that the direction of social interaction guidance based on interpersonal intelligence is valid based on the experts and the practices.

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji penggunaan intervensi play therapy dalammengatasi trauma yang disebabkan oleh kekerasan yang dialami oleh anak usia dini.Berangkat dari kasus kekerasan anak yang semakin lama semakin memprihatinkan, makadibutuhkan sebuah penanganan serius dan cocok untuk mengatasi trauma yang dialamianak. Anak usia dini adalah mereka yang berada di usia 2-3 tahun yang masih dalamtahap perkembangan. Semua aspek baik dari segi fisik, psikis, dan sosial yang belummatang membuat anak renta dengan trauma yang disesbabkan oleh kejadian yang tidakmenyenangkan khususnya kekerasan. Pendekatan play therapy dirasa cocok untukmenangani anak yang mengalami trauma korban kekerasan karena anak memiliki masabermain. Kenangan mereka dengan bermain membuat play therapy dapat dijadikansarana untuk mengungkap kekerasan yang dialami anak secara lebih mendalam sehinggatrauma dapat teratasi.Kata kunci: play therapy, trauma kekerasan, anak usia dini

Abstract

An educational institution will be able to actualize democratic education in its school environment holistically as described by Zamroni (2011)  must at least integrate three important elements in a school. The three elements are the structure, the culture of the school, and the educational process carried out by teachers. Previous literature studies show that the integration of the three elements has not been maximally actualized in educational institutions. This research will explain the actualization of democratic education through the reorientation of the democratic education process through the development of extracurricular activities of modern Islamic boarding school Assalaam Surakarta Indonesia. To achieve the research objectives, this study uses a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques: interviews, documentation, observations. The results of this study show that the actualization of democratic education in the boarding school environment through the development of extracurricular activities can be done by reorienting extracurricular activities. At least the reorientation process can be carried out in the early stages, namely, the use of extracurricular activities proportionately and professionally, to carry out the management of the extracurricular based on democratic values and develop extracurricular activities in a structured and planned manner to develop democratic values gradually and continuously.

Abstract

Keterampilan sosial merupakan kunci bagi setiap individu agar dapat diterima di lingkungan sosialnya. Jika individu tidak memiliki keterampilan sosial maka akan berdampak buruk bagi perkembangan sosialnya dimana akan banyak mendapatkan penolakan sosial. Keterampilan sosial haru dapat dimiliki oleh setiap individu termasuk bagi siswa di sekolah inklusi. Sekolah inklusi berkitan dengan penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang memberikan kesamaan kurikulum dan lingkungan yang diberikan pada siswa baik berkebutuhan khusus maupun normal. Maka dari itu lingkungan siswa sekolah inklui yang bereda dengan sekolah pada umum memiliki tantangan tersendiri dalam mejalin ieterasi sosial dengan rekan-rekannya. Melalui kajian teori, kajian ini ajan meberi gambaran mengenai keterampilan soal yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa normal maupun siswa berkebutuhan khusus.________________________________________________________________Social skills are the key for every individual to be accepted in his or her social environment. If the individual does not have social skills it will adversely affect his social development which will get a lot of social rejection. Social skills must be owned by every individual including for students in inclusive schools. Inclusion schools are related to the provision of education that provides the same curriculum and environment provided to students with special needs and normal. Thus the environment of school students inklui that dieda with schools in general has its own challenge in mejalin ieterasi social with colleagues. Through the study of theory, this study aja meberi description of skills about the problems that must be owned by normal students and students with special needs.

Abstract

Academic procrastination is related to the tendency to procrastinate and waste time before collection limits associated with school academic activities. Based on the cognitive theory of procrastination behavior caused by cognitive distortions, it is necessary to make efforts to reconstruct the procrastinator's cognitive behavior. It is believed that a behavioral cognitive approach can be applied to manage procrastination and produce substantial improvements. In particular, the technique used is bibliotherapy. The aim of the study was to examine the effectiveness of bibliotherapy techniques in reducing academic procrastination. Implementation of the intervention using the group counseling setting. This study used a pretest-posttest randomized experimental design. Involving the subject as many as 7 class VIII students who were selected purposively. The main instrument used is the Academic Procrastination Scale (APS). Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test statistical test. The results showed that bibliotherapy techniques were effective in reducing academic procrastination of students at Al Abidin Islamic Junior High School, Surakarta.

Abstract

The discussion about IKN is generally dominated by government infrastructure planning. There has been no more detailed discourse on how to build the educational infrastructure. Whereas in its history, the capital has played an important role in developing education. This paper uses a literature approach, with the method of description and analysis. The results of the discussion are that 1) moving the capital is a common thing in history, but there are differences in social context between the past and the present, 2) Infrastructure development usually follows the needs of the community, 3) The need for educational infrastructure must be provided at the age of compulsory education at the location IKN, 4) Educational infrastructure is not only carried out by the Government, but must cooperate with private educational institutions, both public and religious.

Abstract

Self boundaries are important for students to apply in everyday life in order to have clear boundaries. The impact of individuals who do not have clear and firm self-boundaries causes people pleaser behavior. Self boundaries play a role in helping efforts to deal with mental and emotional well-being. This study aims to determine the relationship between self boundaries and people pleaser behavior in Islamic Guidance and Counseling students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a correlational approach. The sample technique uses systematic random sampling, the sample of this study is Islamic Guidance and Counseling students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta which is obtained by 112 students. The results of the data analysis of this study using Pearson product moment correlation hypothesis test produced a value with a significance value of 0.000. These results indicate that there is a significant relationship between self boundaries and people pleaser behavior in Islamic Guidance and Counseling students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta with a significant and positive direction.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) adalah masalah umum bagi guru pesantren. Meskipun PTK adalah salah satu metode penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, implementasinya di pesantren sering menjadi hambatan oleh beberapa faktor. Pertama, banyak pesantren memiliki keterbatasan sumber daya dan akses terhadap literatur dan teknologi, yang menghambat proses penelitian. Kedua, ada kekhawatiran tentang intervensi terhadap metode pengajaran tradisional yang sudah ada di lingkungan pesantren. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Pesantren Ta'mirul Islam Surakarta, dimaksimalkan dengan beberapa poin penting. Pertama, memberikan motivasi kepada guru muda tentang pentingnya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan contoh kasus inspiratif dari lingkungan pesantren. Kedua, mengundang seorang guru senior atau alumni pesantren yang telah sukses melaksanakan PTK untuk berbagi pengalaman, menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi dan strategi yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan PTK. Ketiga, menyajikan praktik baik terkait PTK melalui contoh kasus atau studi literatur, dengan langkah-langkah praktis dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi PTK, serta membagikan sumber daya online atau cetak untuk informasi lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Psychological first Aid (PFA) is first aid for someone who experiences mild mental health disorders. Through mastery of PFA skills, students are expected to be able to provide support to peers who are experiencing mental health disorders. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the PFA Module to improve soft skills related to providing psychological support to peers in UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta students. The design used in this study was Pre-experiment with 30 students consisting of various study programs at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. After the analysis was carried out with the T-test, the results obtained were p < 0.05, meaning that the hypothesis was accepted. In conclusion, the PFA module is effective in improving soft skills in UIN Raden Mas Said students, especially in providing psychological support to peers.
