Abstract

Abstrak –-Setiap manusia mempunyai kecerdasan yang berbeda-beda namun masih banyak orang yang belum mengetahui kecerdasan yang dimilikinya, perlunya mengetahui kecerdasan agar dapat mepermudah memetakan masa depan dengan tepat, sehingga sesuai dengan minatnya. Pengarahan lebih awal dalam peminatan, khususnya dalam penyiapan penempatan dan penyaluran untuk kelanjutan studi yang sesuai dengan potensi dan kondisi yang ada pada diri peserta didik serta lingkungannya perlu segera dilakukan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi Decision Support System menentukan kecerdasan majemuk dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Kecerdasan majemuk (Multiple Intelligence) yang akan digunakan dalam menentukan kecerdasan yang dimiliki oleh seseorang berdasarkan hasil tes. Input dari sistem ini adalah data tes yang disebar, data psikolog dan tes kecerdasan majemuk.Hasil analisis pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa dalam menentukan kecerdasan majemuk faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah keadaan atau kondisi seseorang ketika melakukan tes. Hasil rekomendasi menentukan kecerdasan majemuk yang diperoleh secara manual yang tealah disebar menggunakan cek list. Nilai ketepatan pada perhitungan manual yang dilakukan oleh BK/Konselor memiliki ketepatan 90%. Sedangkan hasil keputusan dengan metode SAW 75%. Kata Kunci –- Kecerdasan Majemuk, Multiple Intelligence, Decision Support System, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).

Abstract

This article contains a local e-government master plan with a case study in a village in Malang district. The master plan referred to the Ministerial regulation regarding the Organizational Structure and Work Procedure of Village Administration. This research method will begin with data gathering (literature study, observation, interview), analysis of SRS (Software Requirement and Specification) documents for synchronization with division of work tasks, creating focus groups, making Master Plan. This article also will present a focus group diagram on the division of labour results based on the 2015 ministerial regulation. Then proceed with a master plan diagram based on the requirement of the actor system in the village office. Namely the village head, village secretary, 3 heads of affairs (administration, finance, planning) and a section head. This article will present 13 names and descriptions of applications needed to support the administrative system at the village office. This article also provides 58 tables needed for a Master Plan of Local E-government for village office information system refer to ministerial regulations on work procedures

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation and effectiveness of virtual laboratories in Internet of Things (IoT) education through microcontroller emulation, specifically with MicroPython support. Physical infrastructure constraints and operational costs have prompted a shift in learning paradigms toward virtual solutions. This paper compares the capabilities of two primary emulator categories—online solutions (Case Study: Wokwi) and offline solutions (Case Study: QEMU/Espressif Fork)—based on accessibility, emulation fidelity, and pedagogical effectiveness. The results indicate that online emulators like Wokwi excel in accessibility and ease of end-to-end integration (Wi-Fi simulation), which has been proven to yield significant improvements in student competency (average N-Gain score of 74.6%) in academic case studies. Functional case study implementation using Wokwi with Thingsboard demonstrates effectiveness in illustrating end-to-end IoT workflows from virtual sensors to the cloud via the MQTT protocol. Conversely, QEMU provides deeper register-level emulation accuracy, establishing it as a vital instrument for advanced firmware development and debugging. A hybrid implementation model and the use of free cloud platforms are recommended for introductory-level education.
