Abstract

This article analyzes how transformational leadership roles reflect the character of the millennial generation in the fourth industrial revolution. As the development of technology advances rapidly, people take advantages of it not only for education and research development but also for need fulfillment. In industry 4.0, technological competition seems to have great impact on company performance. The data obtained from the Ministry of Communication and Information show that the growth of online retail business in Indonesia was relatively high (36%) from year 2010 to 2013. The rate was twice higher than that of The Phillipine’s and Malaysia’s, even 3.5 times higher than Singapore’s. The number of Internet users in 2014 was 83.6 millions, which showed approximately 33% growth rate in Internet penetration. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) reports that 50% of workers in Indonesia are less than 30 years old. In other words, the millennials are mostly active workers who have constant access to information and technology. This is a library research gathering and analyzing information from related references and theories, which have become the basic foundation and sources in analyzing problems in this research. The results revealed that transformational leadership can be improved and optimized by implementing the four primary factors, namely idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational stimulation, and individualized consideration.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and to analyze the effect of compensation and transformational leadership on job satisfaction, either directly or indirectly, mediated with job motivation variable in Muhammadiyah Hospital of Lamongan (thereafter called RSML). This study was an explanatory research; the analysis method employed was Partial Least Square (PLS). The population of research consisted of 364 employees of Muhammadiyah Hospital of Lamongan, while the sample consisted of 79 employees, taken using Slovin technique. The results showed that compensation and transformational leadership are fundamental instruments underlying Muhammadiyah Hospital of Lamongan in improving its employees’ job motivation and satisfaction.

Abstract

The case of the Covid-19 pandemic caused a slowdown in economic growth in Indonesia, which in turn resulted in a decrease in the amount of tax revenue, which eventually led the government to provide tax incentives to taxpayers. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on all countries in the world, including Indonesia. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) announced that the Indonesian economy experienced a slowdown in the first quarter of 2020, which was 2.97%. Compared to the fourth quarter of 2019, Indonesia's economic growth was recorded at minus 2.41%. This study aims to develop a method of tax revenue that has been adapted to the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses an exploratory method with a quantitative approach. The data used are the annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018 and 2019. The sample selection method uses a purposive sampling method and obtained 233 samples for 2018 and 227 samples for 2019. With the results in the form of suggestions given in improving Post-covid-19 tax revenues, namely (1) Optimization of the withholding tax (WHT) mechanism, (2) Imposition of Final PPh for non-SME taxpayers, and (3) Efficiency of tax collection costs. This proposal requires in-depth study before implementation

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide guidance to small, micro and medium enterprises of hijab convection in Candi Mulyo Village, Jombang Regency. The form of coaching is by providing assistance in the form of guidance on how to overcome capital and marketing problems through social capital in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. The evaluation of the success of this activity is to be able to identify social capital in the form of a familial method (sowan) to Islamic boarding schools in Jombang Regency from a marketing perspective. While the capital solution does not involve banking but uses the social capital method, offering it to friends who have capital to get capital by offering a profit-sharing system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation, discipline work and work environment towards employee performance at PT. Bitniaga Copyright Resounding. The type of research used is quantitative research. Method collection of data used in research through disseminated to employees of PT. Bitniaga Cipta Gemilang. Sampling techniques using Total sampling which means that the sample in this study is all population of 87 Respondents. Data analyzed using the SPSS application program for windows version 25. The analysis in this study includes Stastalistic test, validity test, reliability, test classical assumption, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, test regression, t test, as well as f test. The results of this study mean that it can be concluded that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance Employees, so the first hypothesis is accepted, Work Discipline is influential significantly to the performance of Employees. Then it can be concluded that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the second hypothesis is accepted, the Work Environment is influential in significant to Employee performance. Then it can be concluded that Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the third hypothesis is accepted, Work Motivation, Work Discipline and The Work Environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Then it can it is concluded that Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment positive and significant effect on employee performance, so the hypothesis the fourth is accepted

Abstract

Self-assessment system is a tax collection system that gives confidence to taxpayers to calculate/calculate, pay, and report the amount of tax that should be owed based on tax laws and regulations. Notification Letter (SPT) is a means used by taxpayers to account for the calculation of taxes owed. Understanding for filling out Annual Tax Returns for both individual and corporate taxpayers is needed, including the use of online systems used to deposit and report taxes. LPPM also plays a role in providing tax training through Community Service activities. The purpose of this community service activity is to be able to provide an understanding of how to fill out Annual Tax Returns for individuals and entities as well as the use of e-billing and e-filing for to make deposits and tax reporting. The result achieved in this training is that participants can understand the process of calculating and filling out the Annual Tax Return of individuals and entities as well as how to use e-billing and e-filing. The output target to be achieved from this training is to be able to provide an understanding of taxation to Educators of SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Lamongan in terms of filling out Annual Income Tax Returns for Individuals and Entities, including procedures for depositing and reporting taxes online.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus has caused many health problems. Covid-19 has infected many humans ranging from small children to adults and has also caused many deaths. The clean and healthy lifestyle program is a form of embodiment to provide learning experiences and create a conducive condition for society and behavior so that they can apply healthy ways of lifein order to maintain, maintain and improve health. Actions taken are preparation, implementation and evaluation. The purpose of this counseling is to increase public awareness of the importance of implementing a healthy and clean lifestyle (PHBS) in order to reduce the spread of Covid-19. The results of this counseling activity are the creation of harmony between communities through mutual cooperation for the sake of cleanliness of the village environment, activities for making places washing hands and distribution of masks accompanied by conducting educational outreach on the importance of carrying out clean and healthy lifestyles, and the formation of cleaner flower gardens. Thus, public awareness arises from these activities so that they can suppress the increase in the spread of Covid-19 and the environment is also kept clean.

Abstract

Parking fees are a potential source of local revenue (PAD). Revenue from parking fees is a potential source of local revenue, given the fact that there has been an increase in the number of motorized vehicles in Lamongan Regency, both cars and motorbikes. The problem with parking fees that is often faced is a lack of understanding about parking fees and law enforcement related to parking fees. Based on these problems, the community service team of Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan in collaboration with the Lamongan Regency Government held a socialization of parking fees for parking attendants in Lamongan Regency with the hope that there would be an increase in understanding of parking fees and their laws, followed by an increase in Regional Original Revenue (PAD) so as to create development growth in Lamongan Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh service quality terhadap kepuasan anggota Pada KPPS Tegal Ijo Madiun . Adapun rumusan masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini ialah apakah ada pengaruh service quality terhadap kepuasan anggota Pada KPPS Tegal Ijo Madiun . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh service quality terhadap kepuasan anggota Pada KPPS Tegal Ijo Madiun. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan quisioner . Adapun sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang anggota koperasi Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dan Pembiayaan Syariah Tegal Ijo Madiun. Adapun variabel dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua varibel yaitu variabel dependent yaitu customer satisfaction (Y) dan variabel independent yaitu service quality (X). Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian Terdapat Pengaruh Service quality Terhadap Kepuasan Anggota melalui pengujian hipotesis yaitu thitung 9,47 > ttabel 0,67657 dengan tingkat signifkan 0,000 < 0,05 maka artinya terdapat pengaruh postif yang signifikan antara Service quality terhadap Kepuasan anggota Pada Pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dan Pembiayaan Syariah Tegal Ijo Madiun

Abstract

Minat memiliki peran yang vital pada individu  mulai dari kecil hingga dewasa serta memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap perilaku, terutama yaitu ketika remaja Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh minat terhadap keputusan kuliah mahasiswa di stikes Muhammadiyah bpojonegoro. Pada penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM (structured Equation Modelling) dengan jumlah populasi sejumlah 112 dan sampel berjumlah 88 responden. Alat statistic yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Smart PLS 3.0.  Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis pengaruh minat terhadap keputusan kuliah mahasiswa di stikes Muhammadiyah bojonegoro. hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Minat memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan kuliah mahasiswa  ditunjukan dengan nilai P values 0.000 dan nilai path coefficient 0.578.
