Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial compensation and teaching motivation on the performance of SK Wahid Hasyim Glagah teachers considering the importance of human resource potential in a school operating system. This research was conducted at the Wahid Hasyim Glagah vocational school, the sample used was 100% of the number of teachers and used quantitative methods. The data were obtained statistically with the SPSS for windows 26.0 program. The results of the study simultaneously financial compensation and teaching motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMK Wahid Hasyim Glagah teachers. Partially, financial compensation and teaching motivation have a significant effect on the teacher's performance at SMK Wahid Hasyim Glagah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation, discipline work and work environment towards employee performance at PT. Bitniaga Copyright Resounding. The type of research used is quantitative research. Method collection of data used in research through disseminated to employees of PT. Bitniaga Cipta Gemilang. Sampling techniques using Total sampling which means that the sample in this study is all population of 87 Respondents. Data analyzed using the SPSS application program for windows version 25. The analysis in this study includes Stastalistic test, validity test, reliability, test classical assumption, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, test regression, t test, as well as f test. The results of this study mean that it can be concluded that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance Employees, so the first hypothesis is accepted, Work Discipline is influential significantly to the performance of Employees. Then it can be concluded that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the second hypothesis is accepted, the Work Environment is influential in significant to Employee performance. Then it can be concluded that Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the third hypothesis is accepted, Work Motivation, Work Discipline and The Work Environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Then it can it is concluded that Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment positive and significant effect on employee performance, so the hypothesis the fourth is accepted

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan dan nilai yang diterima terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada pelanggan Telkom di kecamatan Lamongan. Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dan diambil sampel sebanyak 100 pelanggan Telkom sebagai responden dengan menggunakan program SPSS sebagai pengolah data. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket (kuesioner). Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan telkom di Kabupaten Lamongan dengan nilai koefisien 0,368. Sementara nilai yang diterima berpengaruh secara tidak langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan telkom di kabupaten Lamongan dengan nilai koefisien 0,278. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini memberikan sumbangsih bagi dunia pendidikan dan dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan penelitian berikutnya. Serta dapat dipergunakan oleh PT telkom untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products, namely rice, which is able to become a product of economic value. So this Community Service aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the group of mothers in Wonokromo village through the transformation of processing technology, packaging, and marketing management with rice as basic ingredients into savory and delicious processed onion crackers. The target of this program is the formation of a business unit that is developing food products from the basic ingredients of rice/rice. Specifically, this program aims to train Housewives (IRT) in Wonokromo Village to produce onion crackers. This training is given starting from the way of processing, packaging, and marketing. This activity involved members of the Real Work Lecture students who were participated in by housewives (IRT) in Wonokromo village. The results achieved in this activity are the Housewives Group (IRT) in Wonokromo village has understood and has skills in entrepreneurship, and knows how to manage a more structured business, there are onion crackers products with a savory and delicious taste and understand how to market products. with the innovation of packaging and the use of technology. The results of the evaluation that have been carried out can be seen that the knowledge of participants regarding rice-based processing has increased and opened the minds of participants to take advantage of existing opportunities to increase income.

Abstract

Literacy learning has the main goal of providing opportunities or opportunities for the community to develop themselves. The purpose of this service is a form of effort to develop human resources (HR) in Wonorejo Village. The subjects of service in the field of educational literacy are the students of SDN 1 Wonokromo and the subjects of service in the field of religion are the children of the Wonorejo Hamlet TPQ. the implementation of this service, the team uses the cooperative learning method. The participants were very enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in every activity in this learning. They really pay close attention to every explanation given. A pleasant learning atmosphere is able to encourage participants in literacy.

Abstract

Based on observations that have been made while there, that many people there do not use used clothes that are not used anymore and even they throw them away and burn them. From this statement, the community service team this time held a training on making used doormats to reduce waste from used clothes that are no longer used. Making doormats from used clothing waste aims to reduce waste and add new skills and knowledge for PKK mothers. This activity lasts for 2 days on Monday and Tuesday, December 19 – 20, 2022. Located in Banjarejo village hall. And followed by 23 PKK mothers. The training succeeded in making PKK mothers get solutions as well as benefits and new knowledge related to the processing of used clothing waste.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze marketing strategies using SWOT analysis to create a competitive advantage in the folding mat home industry. This study was carried out at CV. Excellent Group in Kemendung Hamlet, Jatirejo Village, Tikung District, Lamongan Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods include interviews, observation, and a review of the literature. Interviews were conducted with company leaders and mat distributors. Analyze the data using IFAS, EFAS, and SWOT matrices. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the strength gets a score of 2.23 while the weakness gets a score of 0.54. Strength gets a higher score than weakness, with a difference of 1.69. Furthermore, opportunities get a score of 1.71 while threats get a score of 1.09. Opportunities get a higher score than threats, with a difference of 0.62. Based on the results of the internal and external matrix analyses, it is clear that a suitable strategy for the CV folding mat industry exists. Excellent is a Strengths-Opportunities (S-O) strategy, namely a strategy using strengths to take advantage of the opportunities owned by the company. improving the quality of products and services will increase the company's capacity by utilizing the ability of teamwork and company experience to reach potential markets.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of brand awareness, promotion on purchasing decisions with consumer satisfaction as a moderation variable (study on shopee users at SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng). The research sample was 125 students using non-probability sampling techniques. This type of research is quantitative research. The data was processed statistically using the SPSS for windows version 26 program. The results of the study based on respondents' responses show that brand awareness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that shopee e-commerce brand awareness can improve consumer purchase decisions. Promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that shopee promotions can improve purchase decisions. Persial Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchasing decisions This means that shopee consumer satisfaction can improve purchase decisions. Consumer satisfaction does not moderate brand awareness of purchasing decisions. Consumer satisfaction does not moderate promotions against purchase decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengembangan strategi distribusi inovatif. Distribusi inovatif merupakan salah satu elemen krusial dalam rantai pasok agribisnis, khususnya untuk komoditas buah mangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel kunci yang mempengaruhi strategi distribusi inovatif guna meningkatkan nilai jual dan memperluas jangkauan pasar buah mangga, baik di tingkat lokal maupun internasional. Dalam konteks ini, distribusi yang kurang optimal dapat menyebabkan kerugian pasca-panen, penurunan kualitas produk, serta keterbatasan akses pasar yang lebih luas. Oleh karena itu, strategi distribusi yang efektif dan berbasis inovasi, seperti pemanfaatan teknologi digital dan logistik berbasis data, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kecepatan distribusi. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan memberikan panduan kepada pelaku agribisnis dalam mengembangkan strategi distribusi yang lebih berkelanjutan dan kompetitif, dengan fokus pada sektor mangga yang menghadapi tantangan unik. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pelaku usaha agribisnis lainnya dalam mengembangkan strategi distribusi yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, memperkuat kerja sama dengan mitra bisnis, serta mengembangkan jalur distribusi yang efisien, GM Lamongan berpotensi menjadi pionir dalam distribusi buah mangga berbasis inovasi di Indonesia. Hal ini selaras dengan visi pengembangan agribisnis berbasis nilai tambah yang berkelanjutan, sekaligus mendorong peningkatan kesejahteraan petani dan penguatan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat internasional di Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan, pengelolaan keuangan, dan penggunaan platform digital. Kota Ho Chi Minh,  sebagai kota terbesar dan pusat ekonomi di Vietnam, memiliki potensi besar dalam pertumbuhan UMKM, namun masih menghadapi tantangan seperti dominasi transaksi tunai, rendahnya pengetahuan pembukuan, inovasi bisnis yang terbatas, dan kemampuan pemasaran yang kurang efektif. Metode pengabdian meliputi ceramah, pelatihan keuangan, pelatihan media sosial, dan diskusi partisipatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam penjualan dan ekspansi pasar UMKM, serta kesadaran merek yang lebih baik. Disarankan agar pedagang Vietnam terus meningkatkan kemampuan teknologi dan bisnis digital melalui pelatihan lanjutan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dan daya saing yang lebih kuat di pasar global
