Abstract

This article analyzes how transformational leadership roles reflect the character of the millennial generation in the fourth industrial revolution. As the development of technology advances rapidly, people take advantages of it not only for education and research development but also for need fulfillment. In industry 4.0, technological competition seems to have great impact on company performance. The data obtained from the Ministry of Communication and Information show that the growth of online retail business in Indonesia was relatively high (36%) from year 2010 to 2013. The rate was twice higher than that of The Phillipine?s and Malaysia?s, even 3.5 times higher than Singapore?s. The number of Internet users in 2014 was 83.6 millions, which showed approximately 33% growth rate in Internet penetration. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) reports that 50% of workers in Indonesia are less than 30 years old. In other words, the millennials are mostly active workers who have constant access to information and technology. This is a library research gathering and analyzing information from related references and theories, which have become the basic foundation and sources in analyzing problems in this research. The results revealed that transformational leadership can be improved and optimized by implementing the four primary factors, namely idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational stimulation, and individualized consideration.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of intangible asset on financial performance with competitive advantage as a mediation at Tenun Ikat SMEs Lamongan. The research development is done by by studying and analyzing both the direct effect of intangible asset on financial performance, and indirect effect through competitive advantage. The research sample is 35 business units selected using saturated sampling method, that is all the members of the population sampled. Data is analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that intangible asset has significant effect on competitive advantage, but has no significant effect on financial performance. Competitive advantage is related to financial performance. The mediation test indicates that competitive advantage gives the role as a complete mediation on the effect of intangible asset on financial performance. This research implies that in order to enhance SME’s financial performance, the manager should ensure that the firm has a competitive advantage. A well managed intangible asset will lead SMEs to win the completion and at the end it will enhance SME’s financial performance.

Abstract

The development of education in Indonesia is inseparable from the role of the library, because the library is an information center or information center. So to increase the visit to the library required facilities and infrastructure in accordance with its development. This study aims to analyze the factors that can affect the increase of student visits to the library. This study aims to explain whether the convenience variables, collections, facilities and interests can increase the number of visits students read. Population in this research is all visitor of student of Public Library and Archive of Lamongan Regency. The entire population and sample were 80 students who used total sampling or whole population were sampled because the population was less than 100. The instrument used in this study was questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the indicators used in this study Interest in Student Visits and Quality Library showed significant results with the value of t count of convenience 41,630, collection 7, 003 and 7,849 facilities. This value is greater than 1.96. In addition, a significance level of 0.000 (P <0.05) was obtained. Therefore to increase Interest in student visits significantly influenced by the quality of the library including convenience, facilities, and collections. Students' perceptions of strategies to increase traffic applied by Lamongan Public Library and Archives are getting better (positive), so student visits to the General Archives and Regional Archives of Lamongan District will increase. With the addition of convenience, facilities and collections so as to provide excellent service to students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation, discipline work and work environment towards employee performance at PT. Bitniaga Copyright Resounding. The type of research used is quantitative research. Method collection of data used in research through disseminated to employees of PT. Bitniaga Cipta Gemilang. Sampling techniques using Total sampling which means that the sample in this study is all population of 87 Respondents. Data analyzed using the SPSS application program for windows version 25. The analysis in this study includes Stastalistic test, validity test, reliability, test classical assumption, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, test regression, t test, as well as f test. The results of this study mean that it can be concluded that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance Employees, so the first hypothesis is accepted, Work Discipline is influential significantly to the performance of Employees. Then it can be concluded that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the second hypothesis is accepted, the Work Environment is influential in significant to Employee performance. Then it can be concluded that Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the third hypothesis is accepted, Work Motivation, Work Discipline and The Work Environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Then it can it is concluded that Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment positive and significant effect on employee performance, so the hypothesis the fourth is accepted

Abstract

Masa pandemi Covid-19 pemerintah melakukan kebijakan jaga jarak atau physical distancing, adanya kebijakan tersebut Kementrian Pendidikan mengeluarkan kebijakan dengan mengubah sistem pembelajaran tidak tatap muka melainkan secara daring atau online. Salah satu media pembelajaran online yaitu aplikasi zoom dan google classroom. Kendala yang diakibatkan dari perubahan tersebut yaitu pertama siswa kurang memahami tata cara pengoperasian aplikasi zoom dan google classroom dan kedua siswa kurang memadai dalam memiliki perangkat pembelajaran terutama pada anak-anak sekolah dasar (SD). Kami mahasiswa KKN ITB AD ingin mengadakan sosialisasi tata cara penggunaan zoom dan google classroom, yang dimana bertujuan untuk siswa lebih paham apa yang dimaksud pembelajaran online dan penggunakan aplikasi zoom dan gooogle classroom. Sosialisasi ini diadakan di salah satu pekarangan rumah warga di jalan Jalan Kusuma Negara RT 003 RW 006 Tumenggungbaru RT 003 RW 006 Kelurahan Tumenggungan Kecamatan Lamongan Kabupaten Lamongan.

Abstract

The teacher is an agent of change who is the key to the success of education, so the success or failure of educational goals depends on the teacher's performance. Factors that influence teacher performance include work motivation and work discipline. Some teachers at Public Junior High School 1 Lamongan have less motivation and discipline, which needs improvement, impacting performance. This is reflected in late arrivals, fewer hours to work, and inappropriate use of uniforms. From these problems, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on teacher performance and the combined effect of work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at Public Junior High School 1 Lamongan. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population of this study was all teachers at Public Junior High School 1 Lamongan with a total of 59 teachers, and the sampling technique used the entire population (Census). Data analysis techniques using regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate work motivation and discipline have a significant effect on teacher performance, and work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at Public Junior High School 1 Lamongan.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu komponen yang berada dalam organisasi, dimana faktor yang berpengaruh dalam sumber daya manusia adalah disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis baik pengaruh langsung kualitas sumber daya manusia dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, maupun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pengadilan Negeri Lamongan. Sampel penelitian ditentukan sebanyak 35 pegawai dan dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling total sampling, yaitu semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengadilan Negeri Lamongan, serta menempatkan para aparatur sipil negara sebagai responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan baik terhadap motivasi kerja maupun kinerja pegawai secara langsung. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara langsung. Hasil pengujian intervensi menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak dapat memberikan peran intervensi pada kualitas sumber daya manusia dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan memberikan implikasi bahwa jika kualitas sumber daya manusia dan disiplin kerja yang dimiliki oleh aparatur sipil negara lebih baik lagi maka akan memiliki pengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Serta diharapkan pimpinan instansi terkait dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja para aparatur sipil negara sehingga dapat menjadikan kinerja pegawai tersebut lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important component in an organization. The success or failure of an organization depends on the human resources in an organization. This study aims to examine and analyze the quality of human resources and work discipline on the motivation and performance of employees at the Lamongan High Court. This research was conducted at the Lamongan District Court with a total of 35 employees, all of whom were used as samples (total sampling). Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the quality of human resources and work discipline had a significant effect on both work motivation and employee performance at the Lamongan District Court employees. Work motivation has no significant impact on employee performance. The results of the study as a whole provide implications that if the quality of human resources and work discipline possessed by the state civil apparatus is even better, it will have an influence on improving employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh service quality terhadap kepuasan anggota Pada KPPS Tegal Ijo Madiun . Adapun rumusan masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini ialah apakah ada pengaruh service quality terhadap kepuasan anggota Pada KPPS Tegal Ijo Madiun . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh service quality terhadap kepuasan anggota Pada KPPS Tegal Ijo Madiun. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan quisioner . Adapun sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang anggota koperasi Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dan Pembiayaan Syariah Tegal Ijo Madiun. Adapun variabel dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua varibel yaitu variabel dependent yaitu customer satisfaction (Y) dan variabel independent yaitu service quality (X). Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian Terdapat Pengaruh Service quality Terhadap Kepuasan Anggota melalui pengujian hipotesis yaitu thitung 9,47 > ttabel 0,67657 dengan tingkat signifkan 0,000 < 0,05 maka artinya terdapat pengaruh postif yang signifikan antara Service quality terhadap Kepuasan anggota Pada Pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dan Pembiayaan Syariah Tegal Ijo Madiun
