Abstract

This research aims to measure the improvement of students’ confidence and improvement of teacher’ teaching skills the fourth grade students at SD 2 Bakalan Krapyak.This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles.The result of this research shown there are significant improvement of Students'confidence in learning realmof attitude at the pre-cycle level was 46% as a not good category, after doing the research in the cycle I it changed into 69% as a good enough category and increased more in thecycle IIto be 84% as a good category. The management of Teams Games Tournament model learning also increased in cycle I 77% as a good category to 87% as a good category in cycle II. It proves that used of Teams Games Tournament model use cards media can improve attitude self confidence in fourth grade students theme 4 at SD 2 Bakalan Krapyak.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1. To find out the factors that cause dysfunctional academic procrastination in class XI Agribusiness Food Crops and Horticulture (ATPH 4) SMKN 1 Maja Academic Year 2020/2021. 2. Overcoming the dysfunctional academic procrastination of class XI (ATPH 4) students of SMKN 1 Maja for the 2020/2021 academic year.The type of research used in this research is case study research. The subjects studied were students of class XI (ATPH 4) VRS and RRS class XI of SMKN 1 Maja for the academic year 2020/2021 who experienced dysfunctional academic procrastination. The analysis used in this research is inductive analysis. The data analysis method in this study was carried out systematically starting from the process of data collection, clarification, description, and interpretation of each part.By using behavioristic counseling, behavioral contracting techniques can result in changes in the counselee's behavior to be able to start working on tasks, be able to complete tasks, be fast in doing assignments, and be able to collect assignments on time and prioritize doing tasks above other activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: 1. To find the factors that cause Class VIII SMP N 3 Bae students to have learning difficulties. 2. To find out whether the application of behavioristic counseling with operant conditioning techniques is effective to overcome learning difficulties in class VIII SMP N 3 Bae. The type of research used is a Case Study. The subjects studied were class VIII SMP N 3 Bae Academic Year 2021/2022 who had learning difficulties. The independent variable in this study was behavioristic counseling using the Operant Conditioning technique, while the dependent variable was learning difficulties. Data collection techniques using Observation, Interview and Documentation techniques. Analysis of the data used is a qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that after being given Behavioristic Counseling with the Operant Conditioning technique, the counselee is able to change his behavior that makes learning difficulties, namely students can pay attention to the teacher while teaching, do not chat alone with friends, collect assignments on time, and study diligently every day.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Menemukan faktor-faktor apa yang menjadi penyebab kejenuhan belajar di Pesantren An Anfal Sarang Rembang.2) Apakah penerapan konseling Behavioristik dengan teknik Self Menegement bisa mengatasi kejenuhan belajar di Pesantren An Anfal Sarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang dirancang dalam bentuk studi kasus. Subyek yang diteliti ada 2 santri pesantren An Anfal sarang yaitu SA dan AMN. Yang mengalami kejenuhan belajar. Metode pengumpulan data mengunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dilakukan secara mendalam sehingga nantinya akan mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dalam penelitian. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah konseli diberikan Konseling Behavioristik teknik self management peneliti mengetahui penyebabnya. Yang masih sering kurangnya motivasi dirinya untuk belajar, tidak adanya dukungan dari orang tua dan tidak nyaman dengan suasan kelas akbibatnya santri sering berbicara dengan temanya, sering telat masuk kelas yang sesuai jadwal yang sudah ditetapkan, sering tidak bertanya jika kurang paham dengan pembelajaran, sering tidak menyelesaikan tugas atau ulangan, sering terlambat megumpulkan tugas.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problem of low learning concentration during online learning in class XI APHP 1 SMK N 3 Kudus which resulted in disruption of the online learning process. The objectives to be achieved in this research are: 1. Finding factors that can affect low learning concentration during online learning in class XI students of SMK N 3 Kudus, 2. Increasing learning concentration during online learning. Trait and Factor Counseling is a trait or trait referring to individual characteristics that can be measured such as the ability, talent, character, traits that cause something to happen. This research uses a case study qualitative research approach. The case study steps are: case data collection, case identification, analysis, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and follow-up. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. Based on the research results, trait and factor counseling can help students improve concentration in online learning.

Abstract

Behavior counseling is creating a new, better condition through the learning process so that negative behavior can be eliminated and changing adaptive behavior by strengthening expected behavior and eliminating unexpected behavior and trying to find new ways of behaving. The subjects students of MA Abadiyah Gabus year 2021/2022. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and in-depth documentation so that later accurate data will be obtained on the problems studied, namely the problem of improving students in doing school online assignments.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors that cause undisciplined in doing online learning assignments are two factors, internal and external.After counseling with SDI and AMR shaping techniques were able to eliminate unfavorable behaviors such as being able to control oneself for the spirit of learning and reduce playing games and open applications that are not so important.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1. To describe behavioristic counseling with shaping techniques in improving students' learning discipline at SMP N 2 Nalumsari, 2. To find out the factors that hinder students' learning discipline at SMP N 2 Nalumsari. Learning discipline is a form of obedience, obedience, regularity of students in learning. In this study, the shaping technique is used to form new behavior that has never been carried out before by giving reinforcement. The type of research used is a case study of guidance and counseling. And 2 subjects who have a lack of discipline in studying at SMP N 2 Nalumsari. The results of this study indicate that the counseling process at SMP N 2 Nalumsari has been able to form new behavior for the counselee so that the counselee tries to maintain and continue to make changes that are formed, namely obeying existing rules or regulations, having a spirit of respecting time, being able to manage study time at home, being diligent and regularly in learning, paying attention when lessons take place in the classroom, carrying out the tasks and obligations they receive in a timely manner. The conclusion is that the application of Behavioristic counseling with the Shaping technique at SMP N 2 Nalumsari is positive, can improve student learning discipline and get a good response from students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model in online learning at SD Gemiring Lor 01.This study uses a qualitative research type that will be carried out at SD N 01 Gemiring Lor, Nalumsari District, Jepara Regency. The subjects of this study were class teachers and several third grade students at SD N 01 Gemiring Lor. The data in this study were obtained from the results of interviews conducted with research informants. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data. The data collection method used is observation, interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results show that the PjBL model can be implemented in online learning in groups. Students who do not have cell phones can be together with friends who have cellphones when working on assignments in groups. In addition, students who do not understand the material can ask their friends when group learning takes place.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa ultabgklek yang ditinjau dari respon siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Gondoharum dan materi. Media Ultangklek dirasa cocok untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas IV, media ultangklek sebagai perantara dalam bermain sambil belajar, media ultangklek sangat dibutuhkan untuk siswa sekolah dasar dikarenakan media ini penerapanya siswa bermain langsung, siswa tidak hanya melihat medianya saja namun siswa ikut menikmati media ular tangga engklek, didalam permainan media ultangklek ini siswa juga disuguhkan kedalam permasalahan yang berupa kartu soal jadi siswa tidak hanya bermain saja namun juga belajar, belajar mengenai materi yang diajarkan. Focus dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah Hasil belajar, penerapan media pembelajaran ultangklek. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Gondoharum, teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik uji validitas data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah expert Judgment. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 19 siswa yang berlangsung selama 2 siklus. penerapan media ultangklek dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Gondoharum.Abstrack. This study aims to produce learning media in the from of ultangklek in terms of the responses of fourth grade students of SDN 2 Gondoharum and material. Ultangklek media is considered suitable to improve student learning outcomes in class IV, ultangklek media as an intermediary in playing while learning ultangklek media is needed for elementary school students because this media is the application of students playing directly, students not only see the media but students also enjoy snake media cricret stairs, in this ultangklek media game students are also  presented into problems in the from of question cards so students not only play but also learn, learn about the material being taught. The focus in this class action research is learning outcomes, the application of ultangklek learning media. The subjects of this study were students in grade IV SDN 2 Gondoharum, data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, tests and documentation. The data validity test technique used in this study is expert judgment. The research subjects were 19 students which lasted for 2 cycles. The application of ultangklek media can improve student learning outcomes in grade IV SDN 2 Gondoharum.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1. Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik simulasi dapat meningkatkan sikap optimisme pada anak panti asuhan Nurul Jannah Kudus, 2. Diperoleh peningkatan sikap optimisme terhadap anak panti asuhan Nurul Jannah Kudus melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik simulasi. Penelitian ini didesain dengan menggunakan penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling (PTBK) dengan subyek penelitian adalah 8 anak panti asuhan Nurul Jannah Kudus yang memiliki permasalahan sikap optimisme. Variabel penelitian ini adalah layanan bimbingan kelompok dan teknik simulasi (Variabel Bebas) dan sikap optimisme anak panti asuhan (Variabel Terikat). Hasil penelitian diketahui sikap optimisme anak panti asuhan Nurul Jannah Kudus pada periode pra siklus memperoleh skor 16,1 (32%) kategori sangat kurang (SK). Pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan dengan memperoleh skor 26 (52%) kategori cukup (C). Kemudian pada siklus II juga mengalami peningkatan dengan memperoleh skor 39 (78%) kategori baik (B). Simpulan peneliti ini sebagai berikut: 1. Aktivitas peneliti dalam memimpin kegiatan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik simulasi pada siklus I pertemuan pertama memperoleh skor 45 (45%) kategori kurang (K), pertemuan kedua memperoleh skor 54 (54%) kategori cukup (C), dan pertemuan ketiga memperoleh skor 65 (65%) kategori cukup (C). Kemudian pada siklus II pertemuan pertama memperoleh skor 69 (69%) kategori baik (B), lalu pada pertemuan kedua memperoleh skor 76 (76%) kategori baik (B), dan pada pertemuan ketiga memperoleh skor 86 (86%) kategori sangat baik (SB).
