Abstract

One of the government's main programs is infrastructure development, which has an important role to shorten the time in the process of national and regional development. To realize good road infrastructure and to support the comfort of road infrastructure users, highway pavements are needed, especially flexible pavements that meet the requirements and are suitable for use. One of the feasibility studies of flexible pavement on the asphalt compaction section carried out in the Sidoarjo-Gempol-Pandaan-Malang-Kepanjen Road and Bridge Preservation Project is by testing the core drill in the field. The core drill test is a method that performs asphalt sampling on a road segment. The sample that has been taken (cylindrical shape) is then taken to the laboratory to be tested for its specific gravity and then compared with the specific gravity of solid asphalt, if the ratio of the two specific gravity is above 98%, the compaction on the road section meets the requirements and is suitable for use. In this journal, an analysis of the feasibility of compacting asphalt will be carried out on the Siring Porong Arterial Road Section Km 4+970 to 4+600 on September 7-8, 2022.

Abstract

Chlorophyll-a mapping is widely used in the coastal environment. The mapping results can be utilized as guidance for fishing activities. The presence of chlorophyll-a in phytoplankton is much investigated concerning the existence of fish as a source of livelihood for fishermen around the globe.  One method extensively developed is the use of satellite imagery to map the chlorophyll-content in the coastal region from a small area to a global scale, such as Aqua MODIS image data. This study aims to monitor the distribution of chlorophyll-a on the north coast and south coast of Lombok island.  Analysis of variance and parametric statistical tests with t-distribution was utilized to examine the correlation between the two types of chlorophyll-a distribution of the coast area, Lombok Island. The result shows that the distribution of chlorophyll-a concentrations on the north coast and the south of the coast is not the same abundance; the south coast of Lombok island has smaller variances, with the concentration distribution is relatively the same. It differs from the north part; the distribution shows less diversity. This result indicates that a reasonably wide interval wherein some coordinates has a relatively diffuse chlorophyll-a concentration with a sufficiently high distribution level. Analysis of variance result also shows that both the north and south coasts have different fertility levels for their coastal waters, which are characterized by the growth rate of chlorophyll-a on the surface water along the coastal region examined

Abstract

Kabupaten Malang merupakan Kabupaten terluas kedua di pulau Jawa setelah Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Secara administratif Kabupaten Malang dibagi menjadi 33 Kecamatan, pusat pemerintahan Kabupaten Malang terletak pada Kecamatan Kepanjen yang menjadikannya wilayah dengan lalu lintas terpadat. Salah satu dampak dari lalu lintas yang padat ialah kebisingan, kebisingan dapat menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan manusia dan kenyamanan lingkungan, terlebih lagi Kecamatan Kepanjen mempunyai beberapa rumah sakit yang bersinggungan langsung dengan jalan yang memiliki lalu lintas padat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara volume kendaraan dengan kebisingan akibat pengaruh lalu lintas pada jalan depan RS. Wava Husada, RS. Hasta Husada, dan RSUD Kanjuruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu Sistem Informasi Geografis untuk menampilkan peta tematik dalam hal pemetaan. Pada RS. Wava Husada memperoleh hasil volume lalu lintas tertinggi sebesar 1426 skr/jam, tingkat kebisingan tertinggi sebesar 84,60 dBA di waktu sore hari, perhitungan regresi linier berganda mendapatkan nilai R2 tertinggi sebesar 0,945. Pada RS. Hasta Husada memperoleh hasil volume lalu lintas tertinggi sebesar 395,1 skr/jam, tingkat kebisingan tertinggi sebesar 73,77 dBA di waktu pagi hari, perhitungan regresi linier berganda mendapatkan nilai R2 tertinggi sebesar 0,938. Pada RSUD Kanjuruhan memperoleh hasil volume lalu lintas tertinggi sebesar 1047,8 skr/jam, tingkat kebisingan tertinggi sebesar 84,49 dBA di waktu pagi hari, perhitungan regresi linier berganda mendapatkan nilai R2 tertinggi sebesar 0,929. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berguna bagi studi teknik sipil terutama pada penyedia jasa konstruksi dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan perencanaan jalan.

Abstract

The development of West Sidoarjo especially at Krian city has a major influence on the growth of suburban areas. By increasing the number and activity of the population, transportation is one of the principal parts that cannot be separated from the activity. This leads to quite complex traffic problems, especially traffic density problems. This research was conducted to analyze the Service Level Index (ITP) with linear regression method on Jalan Ponokawan until Jalan Mayjend Bambang Yuwono Krian. The survey was conducted in the morning (07.00-09.00), afternoon (12.00-14.00), and evening (16.00-18.00) to analyze the calculation of traffic volume, road capacity, and the speed of the free flow by using Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. The Geographic Information System (GIS) can help to provide information on road service level index analysis in the form of thematic maps that are easy to understand. From the results of data analysis, a service level index (a) is calculated on each segment using linear regression method and the result of segment I is 0,093, segment II is 0.141, segment III is 0.074, segment IV is 0.210, segment V is 0.130, segment VI is 0.109, and segment VII is 0.113.

Abstract

Kota Pasuruan berada di jalur utama pantai utara yang menghubungkan Pulau Jawa dengan Pulau Madura yang menjadikannya sebagai kota dengan prospek ekonomi yang besar di kawasan Indonesia bagian Timur. Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) mengandung berbagai zat terlarut (baik itu zat organik, anorganik, atau material lainnya) yang terlarut dalam air dan kadar TDS mempengaruhi kekeruhan air sehingga jika terlalu tinggi akan mengganggu biota laut dan dapat menyebabkan sedimentasi. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, diperlukan usaha untuk memantau persebaran Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) di pesisir pantai Pasuruan dengan menggunakan citra satelit Terra Modis dan juga pengambilan sampel di lapangan langsung yaitu di pesisir pantai Kota Pasuruan, Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa citra satelit Terra Modis panjang gelombang 667 nm dengan model Algoritma Logarithmic TDS(mg/l) = -6995ln(x) – 31459 dapat digunakan untuk menghitung kadar TDS dikarenakan hasil dari uji T memenuhi syarat maka dari itu penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam memetakan sebaran Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) dan juga untuk memantau kenaikan maupun penurunan Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) sehingga dapat memberi solusi yang tepat dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Railways in Indonesia still show problems, such as time delays. To make train services in Indonesia better, government efforts are needed, one of which is the development of new infrastructure, such as the construction of a double-track train such as Sepanjang to Mojokerto segment. So it is necessary to analyze the level of service both in existing conditions and after construction. The analysis was carried out in two conditions, namely, full single track and full double track. For full double-track reference, a simulation is carried out with an auxiliary program, namely the Railway Operation Simulator (ROS). By entering data in the form of station layouts, train facilities, and signaling systems and blocks. Based on the analysis results, it shows that the double track in the Sepanjang-Mojokerto segment affects the level of service. The prediction of service levels for the Sepanjang-Mojokerto segment shows that three road plots have LoS A. So, overall, with the construction of the double track, this segment is operating below capacity and has low traffic.

Abstract

Mount Ruang is located in Tagulandang District, Siau Tagulandang Biaro Islands Regency, North Sulawesi, with an elevation of 725 meters or 2,379 feet, at coordinates 2°18' N / 125°22' E. In April 2024, a significant eruption was re-recorded. Ruang Island is the peak of the volcano rising from the Sulawesi Sea. Most of its inhabitants are farmers, and land use in an area is influenced by population growth and activities. The eruption of Mount Ruang has caused changes in land function. In this study, classification was conducted using the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and Soil Adjusted Vegetation Index (SAVI). The data were sourced from Landsat 8 imagery from 2022 to 2024, specifically bands 4 and 5. The results of this study conclude that from 2022 to 2024, the vegetation index calculations were very significant. Classification calculations before and after the eruption showed that the NDVI vegetation index in 2022 and 2023 indicated vegetated land, while in 2024, it indicated non-vegetated land. The SAVI vegetation index identified water bodies such as rivers or seas. It can be concluded that post-eruption, the land around the volcano was non-vegetated and much of the material fell into the sea.
