Abstract

Nilai dianggap panduan yang lebih stabil dan tahan lama untuk sikap dan pengambilan keputusan dibandingkan perilaku. Oleh karena itu pendidikan nilai adalah upaya memberi bimbingan kepada anak didik agar menyadari secara logika, etika dan estetika melalui proses internalisasi nilai dan pembiasaan bertindak. Pembelajaran dikelas seharusnya menekankan pentingnya proses perjuangan dalam meraih sesuatu sehingga pada pencapaian lebih lanjut blsa mencapai tingkat 'pembelajaran sepanjang hayat'. Model yang sering diterapkan di sekolah Australia yaitu TELSTAR (Tune in, Explore, Look, Sort, Test, Act   Reflect). Dalam langkah-Iangkah model TELSTAR tersebut, anak didik diajak untuk membahas suatu topik, tidak berpijak dari engetahuan guru tapi dengan pemahaman bahwa seorang murid sudah membawa pengetahuan sendiri sebelum pembelajaran dilakukan.

Abstract

Mundiharto dan Victor NoviantoABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kepala sekolah,kinerja, dan kepemimpinan efektif kepala sekolah melalui penyusunanprogram supervisi dengan pendekatan interaktif bagi Kepala Sekolah. Jenispenelitian merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah. Subjek dalam penelitianini kepala sekolah di gugus Balecatur Sleman. Tahapan dalam penelitian inimeliputi empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi danrefleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan pedomanobservasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatifdengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan melakukansupervisi dengan pendekatan interaktif mampu meningkatkan motivasikerja, dari (28,57%) setelah peneliti melakukan supervisi secara interaktifmeningkat menjadi 57,14% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 100%;Kinerja kepala sekolah meningkat melalui kegiatan supervisi denganpendekatan interaktif, dari (28,57%) meningkat 57,14% pada siklus I danpada siklus II meningkat 85,71%); dengan melakukan supervisi denganpendekatan interaktif mampu meningkatkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah,dari 28,57%, meningkat 71.42% pada siklus I dan pada siklus IImeningkat menjadi 100% .Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, kinerja , dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolahThis study aims to improve the motivation of school principals, principals'performance and effective leadership of school principals through thepreparation of supervision programs with an interactive approach forPrincipals. This type of research is a school action research. The subjectsin this study were the school principals in the Balecatur cluster in Sleman.The stages in this study include four stages, namely planning,implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques inthis study used a questionnaire and observation guidelines. Data analysistechniques using quantitative descriptive methods with percentages. Theresults showed that by supervising an interactive approach could increasework motivation, from 28.57% increased 57.14 % and increased to 100%;Principal performance improved through supervision activities with aninteractive approach, from 28.57% increased 57.14% and increased85.71%; by supervising with an interactive approach can improve theleadership of principals, from 28.57% increasing 71.42% and increased to100%.Keywords: work motivation, performance, and leadership of schoolprincipals

Abstract

Ahmad Hutama Adhi Nugraha dan Victor NoviantoABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan kondisi dan proses penerapannilai kearifan lokal untuk melestarikan lingkungan serta menentukanfaktor pendukung dan penghambat proses penerapan nilai kearifan lokalpada pelestarian lingkungan di Telaga Ranjeng Kabupaten Brebes.Metode penelitian adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik analisis dataadalah analisis data kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri atasreduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa: 1) kondisi kearifan lokal sekitar Telaga RanjengDesa Pandansari berupa: (a) pengetahuan masyarakat yang berupa ilmutiten; (b) nilai yang berkembang adalah nilai kebersamaan, kepatuhan,kemufakatan, dan kepeduliaan antarsesama dan lingkugan alam; (c) etikadan moral yang mewujud dalam sikap perilkau arif lingkungan; (d) normatentang larangan mengambil ikan yang ada di Telaga Ranjeng; (e) tradisiratiban yang dimaknai sebagai kesadaran masyarakat Pandansari agarjangan meninggalkan musyawarah untuk mencapai mufakat dan jugasebagai media silaturahmi. 2) Proses penerapan kearifan lokal padapelestarian lingkungan Telaga Ranjeng: (a) mitos ikan keramat yangmasih dipercaya sampai sekarang dan berfungsi untuk melestarikan ikanyang ada di Telaga Ranjeng; (b) mitos tentang air Telaga Ranjeng yangdipercaya oleh masyarakat luar desa memiliki tuah untuk pertanian.Masyarakat adat memiliki ilmu titen air telaga, jika airnya surut makamasyarakat mengalami kesulitan dalam usaha, seperti pertanian dansebaliknya; (c) tradisi ratiban yang dilakukan dengan tujuan meminta agarselamat dari musibah yang mengancam lewat perantara tempat yangdianggap keramat. 3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat prosespenerapan nilai kearifan lokal pada pelestarian lingkungan TelagaRanjeng terdiri dari faktor internal (kondisi lingkungan yang memadai)dan faktor eksternal (partisipasi masyarakat dan pemangku kebijakan).Kata kunci: Nilai kearifan lokal, pelestarian lingkungan, dan TelagaRanjeng.The aims of this research are to explain conditions and the process ofapplying local wisdom values to environmental preservation then todetermine the supporting and inhibiting factors for applying local wisdomvalues to environmental preservation in Telaga Ranjeng Regency Brebes.The research method is a qualitative research method. The technique ofanalysis data is qualitative data analysis of Miles and Huberman modelswhich consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusiondrawing. The indigenous peoples has titenknowledge by the outsiders about Telaga Ranjeng water, if the waterreceded so the community has difficulties in business, such as agricultureand vise versa; (c) the tradition the of ratiban is carried out for requestingthe safe conditions through the intermediary of a place the consideredsacred place. 3) The supporting and inhibiting factors of the process ofapplying local wisdom values to preserve Telaga Ranjeng environmentconsist of internal (adeguately enviromental condition) and externalfactors (commuities and goverment participation).Keywords: Local wisdom value, environmental preservation, and TelagaRanjeng.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) To describe the implementation of Deep Learning in the management of Eco Pesantren. (2) To describe and analyse the potential of Eco Pesantren program at PPM Baitussalam Prambnanan. (3) To describe the development of Eco Pesantren at PPM Baitussalam. This research method uses qualitative methods. The research object was carried out at PPM Baitussalam. The target subjects of the research were the head of the Pondok, the principal, the person in charge of the Pondok Kerumahtanggan section, and the students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was qualitative data analysis of the Miles and Huberman model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that first, Eco Pesantren is an environment-based pesantren education programme that is in line with the concept of deep learning in involving students in pesantren activities. Second, PPM Baitussalam has potentials that can be developed for the Eco Pesantren program, including the pesantren's business charities (minimarket, canteen, student organisation, catfish farm, vegetable and fruit farm). Third, the potential for developing school culture at PPM Baitussalam can be in the form of integrated waste management. Organic waste in the form of leftover consumption and restaurant waste can be reprocessed into organic catfish feed so as not to produce disturbing waste. Non-organic waste can be utilised as a means for students' economic literacy by creating a system like a waste bank. The use of Smart Cards in the financial transaction activities of students can function like an ATM that will be directly integrated with the Smartsystem at the financial centre of the boarding school. Abstract

research aims to determine the influence of teacher perceptions on academic supervision by school principals at Inpres State Elementary Schools in Kei Kecil District, Southeast Maluku Regency. The research approach uses a quantitative type of research. The population in this study were all teachers at SD Negeri Inpres Ohoijang and SD Negeri Inpres Vatwahan with a total of 46 people. Based on the research results, it shows that the teacher perception variable at Inpres State Elementary Schools in Kei Kecil sub-district, Southeast Maluku district has a sig value < ????, namely 0.001 < 0.05. Then the coefficient of determination value is known to have an R square value of 0.691, namely the influence of teachers' perceptions of academic supervision by school principals at Inpres State Elementary Schools in Kei Kecil sub-district, Southeast Maluku Regency is 69.1%. This means that the influence of teacher perceptions on academic supervision by principals of SD Negeri Inpres in Kei Kecil sub-district, Southeast Maluku district is in the high category out of a total of 100%. This is shown by indicators of teacher perception in terms of knowledge, trust and confidence, as well as having a good attitude. The implementation of academic supervision by school principals is carried out through planning, implementation and follow-up indicators, while the remaining 30.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this research. The implication of this research is that academic supervision by the principal is achieved through teacher perceptions, although there is a strong influence, but it still needs to be improved optimally. Other researchers are advised to add learning innovation variables as the key to educational success in the future. Abstract

Hadroh group Padhang Ati (Enlightened Heart) was a musical group formed by household-wives who lived around Bener Village, District of Tegalrejo, Municipality of Yogyakarta. They worked in informal sector, as building-craftsperson and housemaid, and sang with traditional instruments, such as rebana in this group. In order to fill in their spare time with profitable activity, Science for Society Team (IbM Team) proposed trash recycle as an activity for these women. IbM Team delivered training in three stages as the method, firstly, plastic trash recycle training, secondly, organizational training, and thirdly, human resource training for the women. In result the women from Hadroh group Padhang Ati had enough knowledge, skill, and attitude to recycle plastic trash and organize the marketing by themselves. They accomplished the training goals, i.e. 1) Able to recycle plastic trash into shredded-plastic; 2) Able to organize this activity through modern organization, which was credit union; 3) Able to manage this organization, from administration, organization, entrepreneurship, and marketing sustainably. For example, they sold hotel slippers made of recycled materials to local hotel in Yogyakarta. They also benefitted from the credit unions by lending money and returned it with either money or shredded-plastic. Keyword: coop, women empowerment, trash recycle, entrepreneurship

Abstract

This study aims to determine how stoicism overcome the aggressive behavior of students of SMA Negeri 1 Bandongan and how the Harmony of stoicism with the teachings of Islam in overcoming the aggressive behavior of students of SMA Negeri 1 Bandongan. This research uses descriptive-analysis method with qualitative approach and literature review as the main reference source. The results and discussion in this study found there are four (4) main ideas of Stoicism whose values in life are very close to the reality of life and can be used to overcome aggressive behavior in students at SMA Negeri 1 Bandongan, namely (1) dichotomy of control, (2) premeditatio malorum, (3) amor fati, and (4) memento mori. In addition, based on searches in various literatures, several stoicism philosophical teachings were obtained that have similar concepts to Islamic religious teachings, especially those related to the term happiness of life, namely amor fati and gratitude, qona'ah and a sense of sufficiency. patience and emotional control, sunnatullah and live in nature as well as apatheia and asceticism.

Abstract

The management of plastic waste has become a significant challenge amidst the rising consumption of single-use plastic products. The community partner, the mosque environment at Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta, faces the issue of increasing plastic gallon waste. This community service project aims to reduce this waste by innovatively repurposing used plastic gallon containers into Eco Laundry Bins (environmentally friendly laundry bins). The project involves 50 students and 30 mosque youth in a creative training program based on community collaboration. The implementation method includes environmental needs observation, product design for recycling, participatory training, and evaluation of the implementation results. This project aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and Goal 13 (Climate Action), by employing upcycling as a sustainable solution. The outcomes of the project show increased environmental awareness, waste management skills, and the creation of functional products that can be directly used in public facilities. The activity also strengthens the role of students as change agents who are capable of integrating sustainability values into daily life.Eco Laundry Bin Dari Galon Bekas: Inovasi Pengolahan Limbah Plastik Ramah Lingkungan Di KampusABSTRAKPengelolaan limbah plastik menjadi salah satu tantangan besar di tengah meningkatnya konsumsi produk berbahan plastik sekali pakai. Mitra pengabdian, yaitu lingkungan Masjid Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta, mengalami permasalahan dalam pengelolaan limbah plastik galon bekas yang semakin banyak. Proyek pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi limbah plastik tersebut melalui inovasi pemanfaatannya menjadi Eco Laundry Bin (tempat baju kotor ramah lingkungan). Kegiatan ini melibatkan 50 mahasiswa dan 30 remaja masjid Sela dalam sebuah pelatihan kreatif berbasis kolaborasi komunitas. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi kebutuhan lingkungan, desain produk daur ulang, pelatihan partisipatif, dan evaluasi hasil implementasi. Proyek ini selaras dengan prinsip Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya tujuan ke-12 (Konsumsi dan Produksi yang Bertanggung Jawab) dan tujuan ke-13 (Penanganan Perubahan Iklim), melalui pendekatan daur ulang (upcycling) sebagai solusi berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan, keterampilan pengolahan limbah, serta terciptanya produk fungsional yang dapat digunakan secara langsung di fasilitas publik. Kegiatan ini juga memperkuat peran mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan yang mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keberlanjutan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Kata Kunci :Daur ulang; galon plastic; SDGs; eco laundry bin; pengabdian Masyarakat; berkelanjutan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai karakter, hasil implementasi pendidikan karakter, dan faktor pendorong dan penghambat implementasi pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk implementasi pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran IPS adalah siswa membantu teman, guru memberikan tugas, siswa membaca asmaul khusna, siswa hadir ke kelas tepat waktu, guru dan siswa melakukan tanya jawab. Hasil implementasi pendidikan karakter adalah siswa senang membantu teman, siswa dapat mengerjakan tugas mandiri, siswa rajin beribadah, siswa tidak terlambat datang ke kelas, dan siswa dapat menjawab pertanyaan. Faktor pendorong implementasi pendidikan karakter adalah siswa merupakan seorang santri dan faktor penghambatnya adalah guru belum memahami tentang bagaimana pendidikan karakter di jenjang Mts.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a self-assessment of the pedagogical competence of prospective teacher students in the school field introduction program. The research method used is research and development with the Plomp model, which consists of five stages: initial investigation, product design, realization/construction, testing, evaluation and revision, and implementation. The sample was determined purposively, totaling 58 students. At the testing stage, experts judge the instruments based on the Content Validity Index. The instrument measured instrument's reliability was measured, and data collected from student teachers was analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The research results show 1) The Content Validity Index content of the self-assessment instrument is 0.91, which is in the almost perfect category; 2) The reliability inmost more than 0.70, which 2 means it meets the recommended criteria; 3) The Self-assessment showed that 87.08% of study; 3 mastered pedagogic compe which consisted of five aspects.
