Abstract

Abstrak Kemajuan teknologi informasi terus berkembang diikuti dengan penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis web dalam berbagai bidang. Kemampuan untuk diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja merupakan salah satu alasan sistem ini berkembang dengan pesat. Koperasi merupakan salah satu unit usaha pelayanan yang dimiliki oleh Universitas Diponegoro yang memiliki banyak sekali anggota yang sering menggunakan jasanya, salah satu jasa yang paling banyak penggunanya adalah pelayanan simpan pinjam. Banyaknya anggota koperasi menyebabkan semakin banyak pula data simpan pinjam yang diolah. Dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah dalampengelolaan data simpan pinjam hingga menjadi informasi yang bisa digunkaan anggota tersebut maka dibutuhkanlah sistem informasi berbasis web yang akan mewujudkan tujuan tersebut. Tugas akhir ini mencakup perancangan dan pengembangan sistem informasi simpan pinjam KPRI Universitas Diponegoro yang berbasis web. Perancangan perangkat lunak dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Digram), kamus data,dan tabel normalisasi. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan senarai dari bahasa pemrograman PHP yang berjalan pada layanan XAMPP serta menggunakan basis data MySQL.Tampilan pada halaman pengguna diatur dengan menggunakan CMS Joomla 1.5. Hasil pengujian aplikasi yang dirancang bekerja dengan sesuai dengan mekanisme perancangan sistem di awal. Aplikasi ini memiliki 4 level pengguna yaitu user, admin koperasi, manager dan bagian keuangan fakultas. Aplikasi ini dapat menangani dengan baik proses menampilkan informasi simpan pinjam koperasi, fasilitas pengajuan pinjaman dan simpanan, pengolahan data simpan pinjam, dan cetak bukti simpan pinjam. The ability to be accessed at anytime and anywhere is one of the reasons the system is growing rapidly. Cooperation is a business unit of service that is owned by the Diponegoro University who has a lot of members who frequently use their services, one service that most users are savings and loan servicing. The number of cooperation members causing more and more data on the savings and loans are processed. In order to simplify the data management of savings and loans to be the information that can used by the member is required web-based information system that would achieve those objectives. The final project includes the design and development of information systems savings and loan KPRI web-based Diponegoro University. Software design in this thesis use DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship diagram), data dictionary and table normalization. The system is made by using a list of the PHP programming language that runs on XAMPP and use database MySQL.Tthe user page is set to use the Joomla 1.5 CMS. The test results are designed to work with the application in accordance with the mechanism in the early system design. This application has 4 levels of users, namely user, admin cooperatives, managers and finance faculty. This application can deal with both process information display cooperation, loan application and deposit facilities, data processing savings and loans, and print proof of savings and loans. Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada kondisi sekarang ini telah menjadi bagian yang penting dalam keberhasilan sebuah sistem terutama dalam pencapaian suatu informasi. Salah satu bagian dari teknologi informasi adalah sistem penjadwalan sidang tugas akhir. Sistem ini berisi tentang informasi penjadwalan sidang tugas akhir menggunakan web. Di Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Diponegoro masih menggunakan sistem penjadwalan menggunakan kertas yang ditempelkan pada papan pengumuman. Ketika pengumuman sudah dikeluarkan, maka mahasiswa harus datang ke kampus untuk melihat hasil penjadwalan sidang tugas akhir, selanjutnya jika ada perubahan jadwal, administrator harus menyusun ulang dan menempelkan kembali jadwal yang baru, sedangkan kemampuan mahasiswa, terus menerus mengawasi hasil penjadwalan tersebut sangatlah terbatas oleh waktu dan jarak. Sistem Penjadwalan Sidang Tugas Akhir ini terdapat lima bagian inti yang dapat menghubungkan antara petugas pembuat jadwal, pengguna (mahasiswa dan dosen) dengan sistem penjadwalan sidang Tugas Akhir, yaitu peramban website, aplikasi pada perangkat Android (Java dan XML) yang dibangun menggunakan Eclipse Helios dan Android SDK, dan server yang terdiri dari file-file penghubung dan antarmuka web yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, basisdata untuk jadwal maupun untuk SMS Gateway yang menggunakan MySQL, aplikasi SMS Gateway yang menggunakan Gammu 1.25.0. Kata Kunci: sistem penjadwalan, web penjadwalan, pesan pengingat melalui SMS, aplikasi android  Abstract The development of the current state of information technology has become an important part in the success of a system, especially in the achievement of information. One part of the information technology system is the final task exam scheduling. This system contains information about scheduling the final task ezam using the web. In the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Diponegoro still uses the scheduling system using paper pasted on the notice board. When the announcement has been issued, the student must come to campus to see the results of the final task exam scheduling, then if there is a change in schedule, the administrator had to reorder and re- attach the new schedule, while the ability of students, continue to supervise the scheduling results is limited by the time and distance.This research exam system has five core parts that can connect between scheduller officer, users with final project exam system, website browser, apps on Android device is built using Eclipse Helios and Android SDK, and server that consist of connector files and web interface created using the PHP programming language, database for schedulle and SMS Gateway which uses MySQL, SMS Gateway application that uses Gammu 1.25.0. Keywords: scheduling systems, web scheduling, reminder messages via SMS, android application

Abstract

Abstract

Abstrak Permintaan basis data akan meningkat drastis sesuai kebutuhan musiman atau popularitas suatu aplikasi informasi. Permintaan yang besar dalam waktu hampir atau bersamaan akan membuat server MySQL tunggal mengalami overload hingga kegagalan. Penelitian ini melakukan perancangan sistem dan pengujian sistem Load Balancing sebagai solusi mengatasi permintaan MySQL beban berat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sistem Linux Virtual Server sebagai Load Balancer. Penjadwalan pembagian beban menggunakan  algoritma round robin.  Linux Virtual Server juga dirancang sebagai antarmuka MySQL Cluster. Sistem Load Balancing yang dibentuk dibandingkan unjuk kerjanya dengan sistem MySQL tunggal. Hasil pengujian menunjukan Linux Virtual Server mampu menjadi antarmuka MySQL Cluster dan mengatasi kemungkinan kegagalan satu titik. Pengujian unjuk kerja menunjukan Linux Virtual Server memiliki waktu tanggap lebih besar daripada sistem MySQL tunggal. Pengujian unjuk kerja menunjukan Linux Virtual Server mampu menangani beban berat karena permintaan multiuser. Kata Kunci : MySQL, Load Balancing, Linux Virtual Server  Abstract Database request will increase drastically as seasonal needs or popularity of an information application. High request on the same time will make single MySQL server experience overload then system failure. This research perform system design and system testing of  Load Balancing system as a solution to overcome MySQL heavy request. This research use Linux Virtual Server system aproach as Load Balancer. Load Balancing scheduling use round robin algorithm. Linux Virtual Server also designed to become interface for MySQL Cluster. Load Balancing system performance will be compared with single MySQL system. The the tests result show Linux Virtual Server capable of being MySQL Cluster interface and overcome the probability of single point of failure. Performance test shows Linux Virtual Server has higher response time than the single MySQL system’s. Performance test shows Linux Virtual Server capable to handle heavy load from multiuser request.  Keywords : MySQL, Load Balancing, Linux Virtual Server

Abstract

Library at PT Badak LNG Bontang East Kalimantan, store various types of collections such as contract documents, agreements, plant & equipment manuals, reference books, textbooks, technical brochures, documents and data supporting the project, certification documents, images refinery engineering techniques & equipment, magazines, journals and other collections. At this time the library management is still done manually, although some have been made in electronic information systems.Besides the libraries, archives and document management systems need to be improved to support the needs of the organization. From the results of auditing the International Safety Rating System (ISRs) conducted by Det Norske Veritas (DNV), the management of archives and documents need to be improved, especially for the storing and retrieval system for archives and documents can be done quickly and accurately.Utilization of information technology has also been applied, but need to be evaluated in order to meet the needs of each user. The document has been categorized as non-active documents, removed from their respective departments to the Records Center at the Department of Services to follow rules archive retention policy. While the document is still classified as active are still kept by each department. Creation, storing, organization and management of existing documents need to be thoroughly evaluated to facilitate storing and retrieval document fast and accurate.

Abstract

The development of computer and network technologies lead many organizations to expand its network. The intranet network is used initially to connect clients with geographically dispersed enterprise networks, but when it is need a more extensive and huge network intranets are not possible anymore, it is necessary development of a secure private network that uses Internet network. Methodology of research for this final  task include the study of literature, design systems, and testing of the system. In the literature study used research methods from the literature study reference books that are related. The design of this final task using OpenVPN and Glype Proxy to access the local network from the Internet. Last is the testing of this network system, where in this stage the network system will be tested in order to create a reliable network and secure. The result obtained is a network system that allows users from outside the network can access some or all services available on the local network as still in a network, from anywhere via the Internet. Abstract

Nowadays, the programmable logiccontroller/PLC has been a key device in industrial automation. This device has a function to monitor production process and to control its operation automatically. This paper presents a framework to develop this product service-system PLC using opensource softwares. It includes software for PLC hardware development, firmware development and IDE system.

Abstract

The development of internet technology has many organizations that expanded service website. Initially used single web server that is accessible to everyone through the Internet, but when the number of users that access the web server is very much the traffic load to the web server and the web server anyway. It is necessary for the optimization of web servers to cope with the overload received by the web server when traffic is high. Methodology of this final project research include the study of literature, system design, and testing of the system. Methods from the literature reference books related as well as from several sources the internet. The design of this thesis uses Haproxy and Pound Links as a load balancing web server. The end of this reaserch is testing the network system, where the system will be tested this stage so as to create a web server system that is reliable and safe. The result is a web server system that can be accessed by many user simultaneously rapidly as load balancing Haproxy and Pound Links system which is set up as front-end web server performance so as to create a web server that has performance and high availability.

Abstract

Golden Age is the time when a child's brain's ability to absorb information is very high. All information supplied will influence the child in later. Technology gives an effect on the progress of children. Computer technology can be a fun learning media and interseted for kid. Therefore, Fruvenimal application is developed as a learning media for introducing fruits, vegetables, and animals from the name, shape, sound, and vitamin via multimedia applications. Fruvenimal application is built using Construct 2. Multimedia aplication development used Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which consists of six stages: concept, design, collection of material, manufacture, testing, and distribution /evaluation. For application testing method using the black box Test. Results from this study in the form of a multimedia application named Fruvenimal that can run on HTML5 browser. The application can be a learning media to introduce of fruits, vegetables, and animals for people, especially aged <8 so that kid from an early age is able to recognize the diversity of fruits, vegetables, and animals on earth.
