Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan metode survei penginderaan jauh geografis secara cepat danterintegrasi untuk pemantauan dan pengambilan keputusan dalam mengatasi bencana banjir. Lokasi penelitiandifokuskan di sepanjang Sungai Bekasi sampai Sungai Cikeas sebagai bagian dari DAS Bekasi. Peta Rupabumi danpeta citra penginderaan jauh tegak multi resolusi digunakan sebagai informasi geospasial utama, dilengkapi dengansurvei lapangan meliputi susur sungai menggunakan perahu karet dan survei darat serta wawancara denganpenduduk di sekitar bantaran sungai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di sepanjang bantaran Sungai Bekasi diDAS Hilir dan Sungai Cikeas di DAS Tengah dan Hulu telah banyak digunakan untuk berbagai penggunaan lahan,yaitu permukiman, kawasan industri, pemakaman, lapangan golf, gedung perkantoran, rumah sakit, dan fasilitasumum lainnya. Dengan semakin berkurangnya lahan bervegetasi di wilayah DAS Hulu dan Tengah, memperbesaraliran permukaan, dan berakibat seringnya terjadi banjir di sepanjang sempadan sungai Bekasi Bagian Hilir.Kata Kunci: Penginderaan Jauh, Multi Resolusi, Banjir, Survei Cepat Terintegrasi, Pengambilan Keputusan.ABSTRACTThis research aims to apply a method of integrated geographic remote sensing rapid survey for flood disastermonitoring and decision making in order to find a solution in the case of flood occurence. The research sites had beenfocused along the Bekasi River to Cikeas River. Topographic maps and remote sensing imagery map at small andlarge scales were used as the primary geospatial information, and supplemented by field surveys along the river usingrubber boats, land cover/ land use surveys and interviews around the riverbanks. The results showed that the floodplains along rivers in the lower watershed of Bekasi and Cikeas in the middle and upper watershed has been widelyused for a variety of land uses, such as settlements, industrial areas, cemeteries, golf courses, office buildings, andother public facilities. The decreasing amount of vegetated land in the upper and middle watershed resulted inincreasing of run off and more frequent flooding along the river banks down stream of Bekasi River.Keywords: Remote Sensing, Multi Resolution, Flood, Rapid Integrated Survey, Decision Making.

Abstract

Bekasi Regency, which is located in the periphery cities of Jakarta and Bekasi, has experienced significant regional development. As an industrial area, Bekasi Regency is very attractive to prospective workers. The population problem that needs attention is the employment issue. As the population increases, the number of workers also increases. The purpose of this study is to geographically identify the area of origin of industrial labor in the Bekasi District which is the most dominant, to find out the characteristics of the industrial sector workforce based on their level of education and competence. This research used a quantitative descriptive method with a survey approach, and also conducted interviews with stakeholders, namely the local government of Bekasi Regency

Abstract

Environmental problems are an important factor in life. One of the efforts to maintain the function of groundwater so that it is well preserved can be done by reforesting it and creating a household catchment area. One of them is by making infiltration holes to serve as temporary storage for rainwater and to maintain soil moisture during the dry season so as to prevent drought as well as during the rainy season to minimize flooding. The purpose of this training activity is to use land as a biopore water absorption system. While the purpose of this activity is to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the form of Community Service. The results of the research that has been conducted by 8 members who will provide a way to make infiltration holes at SMPN 1 Setu and this service is carried out well.

Abstract

The varied natural potential makes Bogor Regency has a lot of natural tourism potential. Its location in the highlands adds to the attraction of tourists to visit. One of the natural tourist destinations in Bogor Regency is Cipamingkis waterfall, the location of this waterfall is in Wargajaya Village, Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency. Sukamakmur district actually has several tourist attractions, such as the Kahyangan villa and the Ciherang waterfall. However, the existence of this tourist attraction has not had a significant impact on the villagers, most of the villagers still rely on agricultural fields as their livelihood. In addition, the village youth have not played a role in the management of tourism objects. They prefer to work outside the village rather than develop their village. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide training in managing and developing tourism objects in Sukamakmur district, the concept of community-based tourism management or better known as Community Based Tourism (CBT). The training was carried out in three stages, including program socialization, group discussions, and the last stage was tourism management planning. The results of these activities, in the socialization stage, the youth of Sukamakmur district actually have the motivation to manage and develop tourism objects in Sukamakmur district. However, it is constrained by limited knowledge about the management of tourism objects. The second stage of activity tries to dig up information on the existence of the tourist attraction, so that several alternative tourism development plans are obtained. In the last stage, it is activated to try alternative tourism objects that can be developed in Sukamakmur district with the hope that Sukamakmur district becomes a Tourism Village and residents get a positive impact.

Abstract

Abstract Varied physical conditions make Bogor Regency have a high disaster potential. Its hilly morphology makes it an area prone to landslides. Indonesia's Disaster Data and Information in the last 10 years (2008-2018) recorded that there had been 189 landslides in Bogor Regency. The local BPBD has mapped areas prone to landslides and found that areas on the east side of Bogor Regency are more vulnerable than those on the west side. Sukamakmur District, which is located on the east side of Bogor Regency, is also a landslide-prone area. Sukamakmur, Pabuaran and Wargajaya villages are the most prone to landslides in Sukamakmur District. Meanwhile, Sukawangi Village is the area with the most frequent landslide records in the last 4 years. The activity of strengthening the capacity of youth organizations in dealing with disasters is considered a pioneer in disaster-prone areas designed to become disaster-resistant areas. The results of the data collection state that most youth organizations in Sukamakmur Regency have not focused on disasters. This is caused by several obstacles, considering that the area is an area with a high level of disaster vulnerability, a strategy for strengthening the capacity of youth organizations is needed in dealing with disasters. Abstract Kondisi alam fisik yang bervariasi menjadikan Kabupaten Bogor memiliki potensi kebencanaan yang tinggi. Morfologinya yang merupakan perbukitan membuatnya menjadi daerah rawan longsor. Data dan Informasi Bencana Indonesia dalam 10 tahun terakhir (2008-2018) mencatat telah terjadi 189 kejadian bencana tanah longsor di Kabupaten Bogor. BPBD setempat telah melakukan pemetaan daerah-daerah yang rawan akan bencana longsor dan menemukan bahwa wilayah yang berada di sisi timur Kabupaten Bogor lebih luas kerentanannya dibandingkan yang berada di sisi barat. Kecamatan Sukamakmur yang letaknya di sisi timur Kabupaten Bogor tidak luput menjadi daerah rentan longsor. Desa Sukamakmur, Pabuaran dan Wargajaya merupakan yang paling rawan longsor di Kecamatan Sukamakmur. Sementara itu Desa Sukawangi merupakan daerah dengan catatan bencana longsor tersering selama 4 tahun terakhir. Kegiatan penguatan kapasitas karang taruna dalam menghadapi bencana dinilai bisa menjadi pioner untuk sebuah wilayah yang rawan bencana di design menjadi daerah tangguh bencana. Hasil perolehan data menyebutkan bahwa mayoritas karang taruna di Kecamatan Sukamakmur belum terfokus pada kebencanaan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa kendala, mengingat wilayah tersebut merupakan daerah dengan tingkat rawan bencana yang tinggi maka diperlukan sedangkan strategi terhadap penguatan kapasitas karang taruna dalam menghadapi bencana

Abstract

The occurrence of flooding in the Upper Cimanuk Watershed has increased in recent years as a result of the decline in watershed quality due to changes in land use. A flood is the work accumulation of various environmental factors in a watershed. This study aims to identify the level of flood-prone and its determinants in the Cimanuk Hulu watershed. The method used in this study is the overlay method using GIS accompanied by weighting and scores determined by the Composite Mapping Analysis (CMA) model of 6 parameters, consist of Topographic Wetness Index (TWI), Land Use, Rainfall, Slope, Elevation, and Soil type. Flood event points as comparison parameters in determining scores and weights. The results showed that the variable land use was the variable with the highest weight of 27.01, respectively, affecting the level of flood-prone in the study area. The very high prone area includes an area of 1.57%, high prone area of 3.15%, moderate prone area of 5.85%, low prone area of 7.75%, and 81.68% are very low prone areas.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the availability of state junior high schools (SMP) and state senior high schools (SMA) based on the school zoning system. So that the ideal number of junior and senior high schools in each district will be obtained. To achieve the research objectives using the carrying capacity formula of service facilities. The results of this study indicate the calculation of carrying capacity obtained a value of> 1, which means that the sub-district has been able to meet the needs of the population for public high school facilities. Meanwhile, the sub-districts that have fulfilled the carrying capacity of the facilities of State Junior High Schools with a carrying capacity of> 1 are Jatiasih and East Bekasi districts, which means that these districts can meet the needs of educational service facilities. The Bekasi Selatan sub-district received a score equal to 1, which means that it is balanced between the service needs and the available educational facilities (SMPN). Whereas in the application of the zoning system for the New Student Admissions in Bekasi City, for the State Senior High School level with an area of ​​7 Km from schools and State Junior High Schools, it can reach 1 Km from the school.

Abstract

Abstract Cisaat Village is one of the villages located in Ciater District, Subang Regency. Located at an altitude of 0-1,500 meters above sea level northeast of Mount Tangkuban Parahu with an area of 2,051.76 km2. Cisaat Village has a lot of natural beauty that has the potential to be used as a tourism object. Not only suitable for the development of natural tourism, the location of Cisaat Village is also suitable to be used as a place for artificial tourism development and also cultural tourism based on local wisdom as one of the livelihoods of the population which of course this not only benefits the population but is also very interesting to invite tourists to visit the region as one of the references to the area rich in tourism objects. However, with a location located in the highlands, of course, Cisaat Village has a potential disaster that must be considered and anticipated by both locals and tourists who want to visit Cisaat Village. The problems obtained based on the results of interviews with the Tourism Awareness Group and Cisaat Village government officials, they do not yet have an understanding of the potential disasters contained in Cisaat Village. In addition, they also do not have a coordination flow in the form of a Disaster Risk Reduction Forum formed by the Village government. Therefore, this activity is carried out to increase the capacity of the Tourism Awareness Group to disaster risks in Cisaat Village , which is expected as a partner to increase the capacity of Cisaat Village Residents and Cisaat Village Tourists to disaster risks in the region as a whole. The increase in the capacity of tourism awareness groups to disaster risks is shown by increasing their knowledge in understanding the potential disasters contained in Cisaat Village. Abstrak Desa Cisaat merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Ciater, Kabupaten Subang. Terletak di ketinggian 0-1.500 mdpl di sebelah timur laut Gunung Tangkuban Parahu dengan luas sebesar 2.051,76 km2. Desa Cisaat menyimpan banyak sekali keindahan alam yang potensial untuk dijadikan objek pariwisata. Tidak hanya sesuai untuk pengembangan wisata alam, lokasi Desa Cisaat juga sesuai untuk dijadikan tempat pengembangan wisata buatan dan juga wisata budaya berbasis kearifan lokal sebagai salah satu mata pencaharian penduduk yang tentunya hal ini tidak hanya menguntungkan penduduk namun juga sangat menarik untuk mengundang wisatawan berkunjung ke wilayah tersebut sebagai salah satu referensi wilayah yang kaya akan objek pariwisata. Namun dengan lokasi yang terletak di dataran tinggi, tentunya Desa Cisaat menyimpan potensi bencana yang harus diperhatikan dan diantisipasi baik oleh penduduk setempat maupun wisatawan yang hendak berkunjung ke Desa Cisaat. Permasalahan yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara kepada Kelompok Sadar Wisata dan aparat pemerintah Desa Cisaat, mereka belum memiliki pemahaman terhadap potensi bencana yang terdapat di Desa Cisaat. Selain itu, mereka juga belum memiliki alur koordinasi berupa Forum Pengurangan Resiko Bencana yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah Desa. Oleh sebab itu dilaksanakanlah kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Kelompok Sadar Wisata terhadap resiko bencana di Desa Cisaat yang diharapkan sebagai kelompok ini dapat menjadi mitra untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Penduduk Desa Cisaat dan Wisatawan Desa Cisaat terhadap resiko bencana di wilayah tersebut secara keseluruhan. Peningkatan kapasitas kelompok sadar wisata terhadap resiko bencana ditunjukkan dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan mereka dalam memahami potensi bencana yang terdapat di Desa Cisaat.

Abstract

Abstract Jakarta is one of Southeast Asia's largest metropolitan areas. The population density will affect spatial planning, particularly settlements and open areas. Good environmental quality can bring social and psychological benefits to the city's officers and administrators, as well as contribute to the city's long-term viability. The Lenteng Agung Pingkal Park is one of tourist destinations in Jakarta. It lies on the riparian zone—a transitional area between rivers and land. Taman Lenteng Agung Pingkal, which is directly next to settlements, has dangerous landslide-prone areas if the employee and management teams lack the knowledge and skills to manage landslides. In addition to the problem of landslides, tourism activities in this region are not sustainable and have negative impacts. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to empower the employee and management teams of Lenteng Agung Pingkal Park in the development of ecotourism towards sustainability, so that the park's sustainability may be maintained. The implementation technique consists of giving park employee and management teams with training in landslide management and ecotourism management. Abstrak Jakarta merupakan salah satu kota metropolitan terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Jumlah penduduk yang padat akan mempengaruhi perubahan tata ruang, khususnya permukiman dan ruang terbuka. Kualitas lingkungan yang baik dapat memberikan manfaat sosial dan psikologis kepada petugas dan pengelolanya, serta keberlanjutan dari kota itu sendiri. Salah satu tempat wisata yang ada di Jakarta adalah Taman Lenteng Agung Pingkal, taman ini berada di zona riparian—daerah transisi antara sungai dan daratan. Taman Lenteng Agung Pingkal yang berbatasan langsung dengan permukiman ternyata memiliki titik-titik rawan longsor lahan yang membahayakan jika masyarakat dan pengelola tidak memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan penanganan longsor lahan. Selain permasalahan longsor lahan, kegiatan pariwisata yang dilakukan di wilayah ini belum berkelanjutan dan berdampak negatif. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberdayakan pengelola dan petugas Taman Lenteng Agung Pingkal dalam pengembangan wisata alam menuju ekowisata yang berkelanjutan, sehingga kelestariannya terjaga. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada petugas dan pengelola taman mengenai penanggulangan longsor lahan dan pelatihan pengelolaan ekowisata.
