Abstract

Di era industri saat ini banyak perusahaan kosmetik yang memperhatikan perkembangan terkini dalam menghasilkan produk untuk dijual. Sebagai pemilik bisnis, tentu perlu memahami produk yang dijual. Konsumen mengharapkan produk berkualitas dengan harga yang sesuai. Penggunaan influencer yang berintegritas bisa menarik konsumen dalam membeli produk. Sebelum konsumen melakukan pembelian produk, maka mereka mempertimbangkan dari ulasan pelanggan sebelumnya untuk meyakinkan produk tersebut sesuai atau tidaknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah guna memahami pengaruh kualitas produk, influencer marketing dan customer reviews terhadap keputusan pembelian pada hand & body lotion viva kosmetik di Kota Batam. Peneliti menerapkan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Peneliti menerapkan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Data didapatkan dari proses menyebarkan kuesioner sejumlah 204 responden kepada konsumen yang melakukan pembelian produk hand & body lotion viva kosmetik di Kota Batam. Hasilnya menjelaskan variabel kualitas produk, influencer marketing dan customer reviews mempengaruhi signifikan dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk hand & body lotion Viva Kosmetik di Kota Batam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of online shopping experience, lifestyle, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Npure skincare products through the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform. The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive characteristics, which aims to systematically and objectively identify and measure causal relationships between variables. This study involved 204 respondents who are active TikTok Shop users and have experience purchasing Npure skincare products. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling with certain criteria, and considering the Jacob Cohen approach to ensure the adequacy of the sample size. The data processing process was carried out through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing to determine the magnitude of the influence of each independent variable on purchasing decisions. The results showed that online shopping experience contributed 29.7% of the influence on purchasing decisions, followed by consumer lifestyle with 29.0%, and product quality with 25.5%. Simultaneously, these three variables were able to explain 76.5% of the variation in purchasing decisions, as indicated by the coefficient of determination (R²), while the remainder was influenced by other factors outside the research model. Thus, it can be concluded that online shopping experience, lifestyle, and product quality partially or together have a significant influence on the decision to purchase Npure skincare on the TikTok Shop e-commerce.

Abstract

Retaining your best employees when the economy is unstable is not easy. Companies need special strategies to make their employees feel at home and productive. The study in this research uses the literature method. The results show that employee retention strategies include adjusting salaries and benefits, providing opportunities for employees to grow, improving employee welfare and creating a comfortable working atmosphere. These strategies not only make employees more loyal, but also help companies survive economic problems. In the end, companies that care about their employees will be stronger in the face of fierce business competition. In essence, taking good care of your employees is an important investment in your company's future.

Abstract

In the world of organizations and companies, employee performance is one of the key factors that determines the success of an entity. Employee performance is an effort that has been made by employees in carrying out the duties assigned based on their abilities and experience in completing their tasks. PT Galuh Buana Sukses is a company that provides heavy equipment rental and repair services, as for the heavy equipment rented by this company such as forklifts and cranes. Apart from being a service provider, PT Galuh Buana Sukses is also experienced in working on logistical support, construction support, oil & gas support and others. PT Galuh Buana Sukses experienced internal problems related to communication, work conflicts, and work discipline that had an effect on the performance of its employees. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of communication, work conflict and work discipline on employee performance at PT Galuh Buana Sukses both partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative research with saturated sampling techniques. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence of communication on employee performance. There is a positive and significant effect of work conflict on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. There is a simultaneous or simultaneous influence between communication, work conflicts and work discipline on employee performance at PT Galuh Buana Sukses.
