Water is essential for life, but not all people can access tap water. In fact, many people use ground water, which is not measured its purity, to supply household, places of worship, public facilities, private offices, government offices, and etc. This problem was also observed on Al-Ikhwan Mosque building Jl. Masjid RT 01 RW 08 Rancagong Village, Legok District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. In addition, in this place the water installation was not available. Therefore, it was feasible to carry out community service activities in that location regarding to clean water supply and installation. The method of this project were (1) drilling to make wells as clean water supply, (2) Calculating the need for clean water as the basis in determining the capacity and the type of water pump, (3) building water storage (equipped with a floating sensor as a control media turn the pump on or off automatically), and (4) piping to support distribution system of clean water from well to tap. This method was expected to meet Indonesian National Standard of clean water installation system. This project was supported by lecturers / instructors as their responsibility to practice Tridharma of higher education. Cadets/students was also involved in this project so they can demonstrate their knowledge about standard of building facilities in society.

Based on Minister of State Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation No. 16 of 2009 concerning Functional Positions of Teachers and Their Credit Scores, the publication of scientific papers is one of the requirements for promotion for a teacher. Based on observations, teachers at MAN 3 Kulonprogo still need training on how to publish scientific papers. The publication of scientific work can be recognized as a requirement if the publication is recorded on a scientific work database such as the Google Schoolar and Science and Technology Index (SINTA). For this reason, teachers need to receive training to increase their knowledge of the benefits of indexing scientific journals. The strategy applied in this community service activity is the use of online lectures, practice questions, and questions and answers which are carried out through the Zoom Meeting program. After receiving the training, the knowledge value of the teachers participating in the training increased by 2.221 compared to before they were given material on Google Schoolar and the SINTA Index. In addition, the results of the Paired Sample T-Test showed a sig value of 0.048 and less than 0.05 (alpha 5%) indicating that this PKM activity had an impact on the teachers of MAN 3 Kulonprogo Yogyakarta, especially in terms of increasing their capacity to operate the Google Schoolar application and Science and Technology Index (SINTA) as a scientific publication indexation database.

This exploratory study delves into the intricate integration of these technologies and their profound implications for digital marketing. Our research uncovers the transformative potential of AI and blockchain in digital marketing. AI's capacity to automate and optimize marketing processes and blockchain's promise of enhanced data security and transparency offer businesses unprecedented tools for customer engagement and operational efficiency. However, this integration raises complex ethical concerns. Balancing the power of AI with responsible data handling and the immutable nature of blockchain with data privacy becomes paramount. HR professionals are pivotal in addressing these challenges as they guide the development of AI-related competencies within the workforce and foster a culture of ethical AI and blockchain use. The study envisions a future marked by even more sophisticated AI-driven marketing strategies and blockchain's disruptive impact on digital advertising. To harness these opportunities, organizations must invest in upskilling their workforce and consider the creation of hybrid job roles blending technical and creative skills. The management of earnings or Earnings Management defined as management activities for adjusting earnings according to specific objectives. Therefore, empirical evidence showing the impact of Institutional and managerial Ownership, intellectual capital, audit quality on income management is necessary. 14 transportation companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange were surveyed in accordance with the research criteria. A purposeful sampling method collected data. The SPSS 23 application tests the multiple linear regression hypothesis. Of the variables used in this study, only intellectual capital has a positive impact on profit management and can be used as one of the indicators in future research to measure income management actions.

Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel umur perusahaan, narsisme CEO dan kinerja keuangan terhadap laporan keberlanjutan dimana sampel dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data laporan keuangan serta mengunjungi website masing-masing perusahaan. Teknik dalam pemilihan sampel yang dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 10 perusahaan dengan periode penelitian 2017-2021. Metode analisis data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel umur perusahaan, narsisme CEO dan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laporan keberlanjutan. Secara parsial, umur perusahaan dan kinerja keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laporan keberlanjutan, sedangkan narsisme CEO berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laporan keberlanjutan.

Most students at the aviation vocational high school focus on learning about aircraft maintenance techniques i.e. Airframe and Powerplant and also Electrical Avionic. On the other hand, the aviation industry involves various fields of expertise such as navigation, aircraft maintenance, electricity, mechanics, civil engineering, etc. Furthermore, airport mechanical engineering becomes one of the most demanded competence in the aviation industry to fill vacancy as technicians in 340 airports in Indonesia. Therefore, the community service team carried out a training program for students at Dirghantara Aviation Vocational High School in maintaining air conditioner (AC) as one of the required competencies for airport mechanical technicians. The method used in this activity is which includes classroom learning and field practice. The result of this activity showed that the students obtained one of the airport mechanical competency i.e. AC maintenance skill. According to the evaluation, the training participants stated that the activity was valuable. They awaited that other mechanical competency education and training would be given
