Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of expectation of return and perception of risk towards the interest of investing on registered students investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. A survey with a quantitative approach is the method that this study used. The accessible population in this study is 100 students and using a sample of 78 students. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire. Through multiple linear regression analysis, the study found that expectation of return has a positive and significant effect on interest of investing, perception of risk has a negative and significant effect on interest of investing, and simultanously they have a significant effect on the interest of interest investing. The conclusion that can be drawn in this study is that the expectation of return and perception of risk affect the interest of investing

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Leverage, Firm Size, and Free Cash Flow on Earnings Management. The data collection method used is the Study Documentation method. The affordable collection in this study was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019 with 190 companies. Data collection by collecting data on the annual financial report on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) web. The sample used was as many as 128 companies using random sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, pre-requirement, classic assumption, and hypothesis testing. Multiple linear regression analysis indicates that variables have a relation. Descriptive statistics analysis indicates an overview of each variable. Pre-requirement test analysis indicates data is distributed normally. Classic assumption test indicates data acceptable. Moreover, the hypothesis test result concludes that all hypotheses are acceptable. Based on the analysis, it is shown that leverage harms earnings management. Firm size has a positive effect on earnings management. Moreover, free cash flow harms earnings management. Then the coefficient determination in this study was 12,4% which showed the ability of leverage, firm size and free cash flow influencing earnings management while the rest were influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether personality, entrepreneurial knowledge, and family environment affect the interest in entrepreneurship in class XII students of SMKN 1 Kebumen, Central Java. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The affordable population in this study were all class XII of SMKN 1 Kebumen majoring in accounting, totalling 143 students. The sample used was 105 students using the proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used to obtain data on the variables of personality (X1), family environment (X2), and interest in entrepreneurship (Y) used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. Then for the entrepreneurial knowledge variable (X2), secondary data is used in report cards for entrepreneurship subjects. The data collection results were then analyzed through multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS version 26. The results showed that personality, entrepreneurial knowledge, and family environment had a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial interest, contributing 35.1%.

Abstract

The study used secondary data obtained from the web www.idx.co.id. The analysis used in this study was using multiple linear regressions used to examine the influence of independent variables on dependent variables, a study population of 182 companies and a research sample of 48 companies selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that partially the cash turnover variable had an influence on profitability. Variables perputarn receivables have no influence on profitability and inventory turnover variables have an influence on profitability. Simultaneously variable cash turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover have an influence on the proditability of manufacturing companies. The results of the determination coefficient test of 9.1% while the remaining 90.9% were explained by other variables not studied in the study

Abstract

Academic procrastination is a behavior of delaying work or tasks done by a person and done intentionally and repeatedly that resulted in the task not being completed optimally and causing bad habits. This research aims to find out the influence of self-regulated learning, peer environment, and task aversiveness on academic procrastination in undergraduate students of the Educational Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The data collection techniques used in the study used questionnaires. The population in this study is a student of the Undergraduate Education Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The sample in the study numbered 177 respondents using proportional random sampling techniques. The coefficient of determination in this study was 34.7% with the results showing that there was an influence between self-regulated learning, peer environment, and task aversiveness on academic procrastination, the rest was influenced by other variables that were not studied

Abstract

Work readiness is one of the initial basic things that SMK graduates must prepare in preparing themselves in the work environment. This research aims to find about the effect of field work practices, self-efficacy, and the family environment on the work readiness of class XII students of vocational school of financial accounting and institutional accounting program in pasar minggu. This study uses survey and questionnaire as research methodology. The used population for this study is students of vocational school of financial accounting and institutional accounting program in pasar minggu; SMKN 25 and SMKN 8 Jakarta. this study uses 175 people with proportional random sampling technique as sample. the coefficient of determination in this study was 12.8% with the results showing that there was an influence field work practices, self-efficacy, and the family environment on the work readiness, the rest was influenced by other variables that were not studied

Abstract

The problem in this study is that there are differences in students' critical thinking skills between the Learning Cycle 7E and Problem Based Learning models. This study aims to determine the differences in students' critical thinking skills using the 7E Learning Cycle and Problem Based Learning models. This study uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods, and the data analysis techniques used are data analysis requirements testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this study conclude that the 7E Learning Cycle and Problem Based Learning models can improve the critical thinking skills of students majoring in accounting at SMK Persada Husada Indonesia Bekasi City. There is a significant difference between the 7E Learning Cycle model and the Problem Based Learning model in improving students' critical thinking skills at SMK Persada Husada Indonesia Bekasi City. Better results were obtained by the Learning Cycle 7E learning model compared to the Problem Based Learning learning model as evidenced by the average score of students on the posttest results. It was proven that the posttest results in Learning Cycle 7E were higher than Problem Based Learning. And the results of the study, for aspects of analyzing and concluding the two learning models were appropriate to use because respondents in the experimental class and control class did not find any errors during the posttest. Abstract

Currently, waqf management is focused on waqf management organizations and mosque-based organizations. The number of mosques in DKI Jakarta which reaches 3087 mosques shows that the potential for socialization and management of mosque-based waqf is very large. Therefore, it is considered important to conduct waqf governance training for mosque administrators in the DKI Jakarta area. With waqf governance training, it is hoped that mosque administrators can improve their competence in managing waqf. Good waqf management can encourage greater potential for waqf receipts. The number of mosques in Jakarta is large and tends to be close to the community, allowing the potential for waqf that can be managed by mosques to be even greater and can also be used directly by people in need around the mosque. Jakarta State University as part of community service activities seeks to contribute to the surrounding community through waqf governance training activities, in collaboration with the Association of Islamic Economists (IAEI) for the DKI Jakarta area

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to identify whether there is an effect between premiums, investment returns, and risk-based capital on profits in sharia insurance entities in Indonesia in 2019. Research Methodology: The research method applied was quantitative. The affordable population in this study was 45 sharia insurance entities registered with OJK 2019. The sample used was 40 entities by applying the simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique applied is a multiple linear regression test assisted by IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Results: By using the multiple linear regression analysis methods, the results of this study are that the premium has a positive and significant effect on profits, while investment returns and risk-based capital have Indonesia significant effect on profits. These results can contribute to sharia insurance companies developing the company’s premiums in increasing their profits. Limitations: The research objects used the 2019 period only. Therefore, it is appropriate for the next researcher to continue research with a larger range of research subjects and add other variables. Contribution: The results of this study can be useful for all insurance companies to create strategies in obtaining profits from several factors that have been studied.

Abstract

Pengaruh Kebiasaan Belajar, Fasilitas Belajar, dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Prestasi Belajar Administrasi Perpajakan siswa kelas XI Jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan di SMK Negeri 11 Kota Bekasi. Tesis. Jakarta. Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Konsentrasi Pendidikan Akuntansi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2022 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kebiasaan Belajar, Fasilitas Belajar dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Prestasi Belajar Administrasi Perpajakan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan di SMK Negeri 11 Kota Bekasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan belajar berpengaruh signifikanterhadap prestasi belajar. Sedangkan fasilitas belajar dan lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar.
