Abstract

Artikel ini membincangkan tentang strategi pencapaian standar layanan di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM). Lembaga PKBM ini dikategorikan sebagai satuan pendidikan nonformal yang memberikan layanan pendidikan di luar sekolah seperti pendidikan keaksaraan, pendidikan kesetaraan, pendidikan keterampilan bagi masyarakat.  Pencapaian standar layanan pada Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) akan dapat tercapai dengan strategi yang baik. Akreditasi adalah proses penilaian kelayakan program dan satuan/lembaga pendidikan baik formal maupun nonformal, termasuk PKBM. Hasil akreditasi menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan pelayanan pendidikan nonformal baru mencapai 67,79% dalam standar peengelolaan pendidikan. Strategi yang baik dapat dilakukan dengan melaksanakan langkah-langkah formulasi strategi, implementasi strategi dan evaluasi strategi. Standar layanan dapat diukur dengan kemampuan suatu lembaga menjadi lembaga yang efektif, dapat bertahan, berkelanjutan, dan kuat.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan dari penelitian adalah analisis pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada pendidikan nonformal program Paket C di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Mitra Buruh Nusantara. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisa pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada pendidikan nonformal Program Paket C di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Mitra Buruh Busantara Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Prosedur penelitian ini melalui wawancara dengan tutor PAI dan pengamatan pada proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Kompetensi Tutor Pendidikan Agama Islam pada pendidikan nonformal Program Paket C di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (PKBM) belum sesuai dengan kompetensi pendidik yang diharuskan 2) Untuk mengatasi kompetensi tutor yang masih cukup atau kurang seharusnya tutor diberikan pelatihan-pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Tutor Pendidikan Agama Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Tarbawi verse in KMA number 183 of 2019 on the Al-Qur’an Hadith subject matter at Madrasah Aliyah. This study uses a qualitative approach. The method used is the method of literature (library research). The research focuses on the study of literature on the analysis of the verses of tarbawi in KMA number 183 of 2019. In accordance with the main issues discussed, this research begins with an efforts to classify the verses of tarbawi in KMA number 183 of 2019 in the subject Al-Qur’an Hadith subjects at Madrasah Aliyah. For this purpose, two sources of data were: 1) primary data, namely data obtained from the Quran and KMA number 183 of 2019. 2) Secondary data is a source of support and complement to primary data, such as books, journals related to verses of tarbawi, and various other related sources with a research problem. The results of this study indicate that the tarbawi verses in KMA number 183 of 2019 the Al-qur’an Hadith subject at the Madrasah Aliyah are divided into two, namely first, the tarbawi verses in the Alquran Hadith subject at Madrasah Aliyah specializes in science, social studies, and language there are 18 verses. Secondly, the tarbawi verses in the Alquran Hadith subject at Madrasah Aliyah specializes in religious there are 23 verses.

Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini merupakan suatu gagasan yang layak dijadikan sebagai model kepemimpinan alternatif. Tukang ngulon merupakan kearifan lokal (local wisdom/ local genuin)masyarakat Bangka. Secara etimologi tukang ngulon berasal dari kata “Kulon” atau “Ngulon” yang diadopsi dari bahasa Jawa atau Sunda yang berarti barat (menunjukan arah). Ngulon dimaknai sebagai orang mengajak ke arah barat. Mengajak ke barat menurut pemahaman Melayu Bangka diartikan mengajak kepada arah kiblat (ibadah sholat), menagjak kepada kebaikan. Kepemimpinan tukang ngulon memiliki 5 karateristik; mengajak, menggerakan, membersamai, memotivasi, dan mengispirasi. Secara teoritis model kepemimpinan tukang ngulon lebih mendekati teori kepemimpinan transformasional, dan termasuk kepemimpinan yang effektif (effective leadership). Abstract This paper is an idea that deserves to be used as an alternative leadership model. The carpenter is a local wisdom (local wisdom/local genuin) of the people of Bangka. Etymologically, the ngulon artisan comes from the word "Kulon" or "Ngulon" which was adopted from Javanese or Sundanese which means west (showing direction). Ngulon is interpreted as inviting people to go west. Inviting to the west according to the Bangka Malay understanding means inviting to the Qibla direction (prayer worship), inviting to goodness. The leadership of the carpenter has 5 characteristics; invite, move, match, motivate, and inspire. Theoretically, the leadership model of the kuehman ngulon is closer to the theory of transformational leadership, and includes effective leadership.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Bait Qurany ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan untuk melahirkan para penghafal Al Quran dan bagaimana metode yang dipakai dalam menghafal alquran. Saat sekarang ini terdapat berbagai macam metode dan pendekatan dalam pembelajaran tahfidz, tetapi tidak semua metode itu dapat diaplikasikan untuk semua jenjang pendidikan berdasarkan usia peserta didik. Dari sini dapat dilihat kelebihan metode Jarimatika Al Quran yang menjadi ciri khas di pesantren ini untuk memudahkan menghafal Al Quran. Di pesantren ini terdapat 100 santri yang mampu menamatkan hafalannya selama masa pandemi corona ini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen, seluruh data yang dikumpul kemudian dianalisis pada dua tahap. Tahap pertama ketika proses pengumpulan data sedang berlangsung, dan tahap kedua seluruh data terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan cara deskriptif analitik. Untuk menjaga objektivitas data maka dilakukan perpanjangan ke ikut sertaan peneliti di lapangan, meningkatkan ketekunan pengamatan, pemeriksaan, sejawat melalui diskusi dan member chek.     Abstract The research conducted at the Tahfidz Bait Qurany Islamic Boarding School is to find out the strategies used to produce memorizers of the Al Quran and what methods are used in memorizing the Koran. Currently there are various methods and approaches in learning tahfidz, but not all of these methods can be applied to all levels of education based on the age of the students. From this we can see the advantages of the Al-Quran Jarimatics method which is a characteristic of this pesantren to make it easier to memorize the Al-Quran. In this pesantren there are 100 students who were able to complete their memorization during this corona pandemic. This type of research is qualitative research, collecting data through interviews, observation, and document study. All data collected is then analyzed in two stages. The first stage is when the data collection process is in progress, and the second stage is that all data collected is then analyzed by means of descriptive analytic. In order to maintain the objectivity of the data, an extension was made to the participation of researchers in the field, increasing the diligence of observations, examinations, colleagues through discussions and member checks.

Abstract

The problem of this research is learning Islamic Education on education nonfomal program package C in Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Mitra Buruh Nusantara. Research aims to analyze learning religious education Islam in nonformal education package C in Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Mitra Buruh Nusantara. Research methodology used in the method descriptive qualitative. Procedure this research through interviews with a tutor Islamic education and observation on the learning Islamic education. This research result indicates: 1) Competence tutor religious education Islam in nonformal education Progam Packaege C in PKBM have not been in accordance with competence educator the requisite, 2) To overcome competence tutor that was still quite or less should tutor the training to increase competence.

Abstract

This study intends to learn the leadership and management techniques used by Edward Sallis, the TQM champion at Darunnajah Boarding School, to gauge learners' level of contentment and then contribution of thinking to the following researchers. Case studies and other qualitative methods were used in this investigation.  Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School in South Jakarta employs a purely qualitative phenomenalogy design in their daily operations. Use data was collected by observation methods, in-depth interviews, and documentation in this study. Triangulating the data, or comparing the written data with the findings of interviews and existing observations, is one method for validating data. Data collection that has been done and data analysis process, this research found that the role of external consultants in schools at the duties of the South Jakarta Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School is to give assignments to educators and education staff during a certain temp, monitor and evaluate the performance of teachers who do not achieve learning objectives, provide additional hours, and impose sanctions for those who violate based on the management of Darunnajah. In improving the scientific competence of teachers, Islamic boarding schools provide opportunities for teachers to continue their studies from the Bachelor level to a higher level, such as Masters Two and Three. The results of this research have not been optimally carried out due to time constraints and so many problems that have been obtained. Because researchers hope that other researchers will continue so that the results are more comprehensive as what the researchers wrote about the benefits of research. Collective leadership produces excellent graduates, professional teachers, infrastructure, laboratories, canteens, student skills.
