Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji efektivitas penerapan hubungan antar karyawan dan kondisi fisik lingkungan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 67 karyawan akademik Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi total menunjukkan 50,4% perubahan variabel dependen mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel independen, sedangkan sisanya 49,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain di luar penelitian. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan dari hubungan antar manusia dan kondisi fisik lingkungan terhadap kinerja

Abstract

Usaha tahu Bakso telah berkembang pesat  dan semakin banyak pelaku usahanya, sehingga menimbulkan persaingan  yang ketat di daerah Ungaran. Dengan persaingan yang ketat ini tahu baxo bu Pudji harus dapat bertahan  diantara munculnya kreatifitas-kreatifitas baru dalam perluasan produk tahu bakso. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: mengetahui potret usaha tahu Baxo bu pudji Ungaran dan mengetahui sumber daya perusahaan yang dimiliki usaha tahu baxo Bu Pudji sehingga mampu bertahan hingga saat ini. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Holistic Single Case Study yaitu penelitian yang menempatkan sebuah kasus sebagai fokus dari penelitian. Jumlah unit analisis hanya satu bahkan sama sekali unit analisisnya tidak dapat dijelaskan, karena terintegrasi dengan kasusnya. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana mendasarkan pada data-data yang digunakan responden atau informan kunci yaitu: Pak Pudji, Ibu Pudji, satu orang anaknya dan satu orang karyawan yang bekerja sudah lama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberanian usaha merupakan faktor penting dalam membangun kesuksesan usaha, juga didukung oleh kontrol kualitas yang dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Juga memiliki prinsip kepasrahan yang dapat menjadi pedoman seluruh stakeholder usaha itu. Kekeluargaan juga memilki makna yang sangat dalam bagi karyawan, pemilik serta pihak yang berkaitan dengan usaha maka usaha tersebut akan menemukan kesuksesan yang sangat luar biasa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide insight into how the management pattern of CSR programs that can improve the competitiveness of SMEs. The method used is qualitative research with phenomenological approach. The informants were chosen based on purposive, consisting of the Social Fund Management Team of Central Java Bank, the recipients of the UMKM program, and the intellectuals who will be represented by the academics. The results showed that the pattern of CSR leads to the form of partnership with the concept of community development. The form of partnership requires the participation between donors and beneficiaries. While the program formed through CSR of human resources, production and technology and financial capabilities

Abstract

The Community Service Program that we will carry out is located at RT 14 RW 09 Pedurungan Tengah Village with the target audience of UKM in the RT! 4 RW 09 area. Pedurungan Tengah Village, Semarang. These SMEs produce food products whose sales are increasing day by day and have a wider range of consumers. Products that have been sold in the market and are well known do not yet have a name or brand, SMEs do not understand the importance of a brand for a product. They only care about the important product sold. In this Community Service activity to introduce more about the importance of a brand for a product, socialization and an explanation of the importance of the name or product brand are given to differentiate it from other similar products.From the results of this dedication, it is hoped that participants will be able to understand the importance of brands for products that have been produced and make them start thinking about or designing names or brands for their products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the work environment, leadership and motivation on the performance of the Sewing Section employees of PT Hop Lun Indonesia. This research was a survey with a total sample of 93 employees. The data was collected through the distribution of a list of questions, while the later data will be analyzed using multiple regression tests. The results show that the work environment, leadership, motivation have a significant and positive impact on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.623 which means that the work environment, leadership and motivation factors have an impact on the performance of employees in the sewing section at PT Hop Lun Indonesia by 62.3% while the difference is 37.7. % can be influenced by other variables such as incentives and organizational culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, location and trust on Outpatient satisfaction at Pelita Anugerah Demak Hospital. The object of this research is PELITA ANUGERAH HOSPITAL DEMAK. The hypothesis of this study is the effect of service quality, location, and trust on outpatient satisfaction.The population of this study was known as 2,300 outpatients. The sample used in this study was 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that provides the opportunity to become a sample member with certain criteria. Methods of data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS version 22 which includes the validity test, reliability test, t test, F test and R2 test.The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely Service Quality (X1), Location (X2) and Trust (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Outpatient Satisfaction (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination of 0.552 it is known that in this study Service Quality, Location, and Trust affect the Outpatient Satisfaction of 55.2% while the remaining 44.8% is influenced by other variables not explained in the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Current Ratio (CR), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), dan risiko sistematis return saham tahun 2015-2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 perusahaan manufaktur makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah 11 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Current Ratio (CR), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham, sedangkan risiko sistematis berpengaruh terhadap return saham.

Abstract

PkM aims to disseminate science and technology and at KWT Ceria Pagersari Village, Patean District, Kendal Regency so that members of the Ceria Women Farmers Group can prepare financial reports correctly. It is hoped that the results of this PkM are that members of the Ceria Women Farmers Group will be able to understand financial statements and be able to prepare financial reports for the Women Farmers Group. The PkM technique uses extension techniques by presenting the material by the PkM team at the Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang (USM). Besides that, discussions were also held with members of the Ceria Women Farmers Group by the PkM Team of the USM Faculty of Economics. Feedback is done through filling out a list of questions. As a result, the realization of the PkM on the presentation of the material face-to-face and through filling out the list of questions has shown that the members of the Ceria Women Farmers Group have said that the PkM goals have been realized, because the Ceria Women Farmers Group members have benefited, namely the increase in skills related to report generation. finance. The Ceria Women Farmer's Group, Pagersari Village, Patean District, Kendal Regency, has been able to independently prepare its financial reports.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the decline in targets at PT. Mod Indi Semarang. For this reason, the problem can be formulated is how the sewing part efforts improve Employee Performance so that production is achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation on Employee Performance in the part of sewing production at PT. Indo Mod Semarang. The population of this study was 420 production employees at sewing PT. Indo Mod Semarang. The sample used in this study was 81 respondents using purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that provides an opportunity to become a member of the sample with certain criteria. Then the method of collecting data through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 22 which includes tests of validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a t-test, F test, R2 test. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the determination coefficient value of 0.884, it is known that in this study the Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation has a consequent on the variable employee performance of 88.4% while the rest, which is 11.6% is influenced by other variables that are not explained.
