Abstract

This study aims to modify the calculation of severance reserves, the benefits of which are paid in accordance with Law number 6 of 2023 concerning Stipulation of a Substitute Law on Job Creation. This study seeks to modify the Projected Unit Credit calculation technique by considering Pension Constant which consists of Pension Factor, Work Term Reward Factor and Entitlement Compensation Pay Factor. In this research, the calculation of severance reserves is applied to PT A which has 24 permanent employees with an average age of employees is 29.67 years and the average work term is 5.83 years. The employee's salary during the valuation period has an average of IDR 2,776,214. This research tries to find the work mortality based on the number of working population and laid-off workers in Indonesia to be the basis for termination probability. The interest rate used in this research is the average return on bonds published by the Indonesian Bond Pricing Agency (IBPA) in five years, which is 0.063467. This research used TMI IV to define the probability of survival and death. This assumption can be used for all companies to maintain the company's financial stability by allocating reserves to pay severance pay in three possible cases, namely severance benefits upon retirement, severance benefit if employee leaves the company between valuation year and severance benefit if employee dies between the valuation year. Based on the calculation results, the reserve that needs to be stored is Rp. 1,186,723,329.18

Abstract

This research aims to calculate the limit number of workers and unemployment in each province of Indonesia which is estimated to use Carrying Capacity and calculate the employment growth rate of each province in Indonesia. This calculation will help to identify provinces in Indonesia where the growth rate of the working population is negative, the unemployment rate is positive. All of these calculations use the Verhulst Model Differential Equation. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the internet from the official website of the BPS-Statistics Indonesia regarding the Labor Force Situation in Indonesia from 2020-2023. The provinces with a lower working population growth rate, especially have negative value demands particular focus on labor absorption that are West Papua, Central Sulawesi that have high level warning status as well as Maluku and Bali that have medium level warning status. Besides the province with a greater unemployment population growth rate, especially has positive value demands particular focus on labor absorption that is Central Java that have medium level warning status

Abstract

Pada usia Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD), anak-anak sudah mulai diberikan uang untuk bekal sekolah, tetapi karena belum mengerti nilai uang, seringkali terjadi masalah pengeluaran berlebihan, kurangnya uang kembalian, atau bahkan kehilangan uang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya literasi keuangan agar anak-anak memahami konsep uang dan cara menggunakannya. Dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, dilakukan pengenalan literasi keuangan pada siswa PAUD melalui : 1) melakukan edukasi dan sosialisasi pengenalan mata uang Rupiah kepada siswa PAUD Al Muhajirin, 2) membuat game edukasi berbasis web dengan tema pengenalan uang dan 3) melakukan kegiatan role play restoran untuk memperkuat pemahaman tentang cara penggunaan uang. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan memberikan alat peraga materi pengenalan uang serta game edukasi yang dapat diakses di https://mengenalrupiah.netlify.app/. Game ini terdiri dari berbagai kegiatan, yaitu flash card uang, mengenal tampak depan-belakang uang kertas rupiah, mencocokkan gambar dan tulisan nominal uang, membedakan uang koin dan uang kertas serta menjumlahkan nominal uang. Kegiatan role play dilakukan melalui kegiatan jual beli seperti pengelolaan restoran sederhana. Dari 44 siswa yang hadir, 43 siswa (97,72%) menandai senang melakukan kegiatan bermain sambil belajar ini melalui penandaan gambar, sementara 1 siswa lainnya menandai gambar senang dan sedih sekaligus. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang uang dan mendapat respon positif dari orang tua dan guru.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to build a web-based expert system that can provide life insurance product recommendations. This expert system can be used to help people choose life insurance products that suit their own profile. This research began by conducting a literature study to determine the type of life insurance product and compiling a questionnaire which would later be given to experts. The results of this questionnaire are used as the basis for expert system knowledge which will later be processed using a forward chaining algorithm. From this process, 6 rules were obtained that can be used to recommend life insurance products. After the rules are obtained, a web based expert system is built using the PHP programming language. The expert system was tested using the black box method. From the test results, it is known that the system can carry out its functions well. Therefore, the website can be published on the internet and can be accessed at consurence.id.

Abstract

In the digital age, both adults and children are accustomed to using gadgets with Internet capabilities. The things that children access the most are games. In fact, using gadgets too often will have a negative impact on both physical and mental health. Instead of just playing games, children should be encouraged to learn how to make games. This has many benefits, including practicing computational thinking, problem solving, and perseverance. Therefore, this PkM activity was conducted with the aim of introducing coding skills to children. This activity was conducted online using Zoom. Participants learned together to create games using Scratch, such as those available at bit.ly/GameKasir. Of the 19 participants who attended, 100% were satisfied with the activities provided and were even interested in learning more about coding. This shows that PkM activities can introduce coding to children in a fun way, and can even motivate participants to continue learning coding.

Abstract

Perubahan tingkat bunga aktuaria memiliki pengaruh terhadap proses perhitungan kewajiban program pensiun khususnya dana pensiun yang memiliki program manfaat pasti. Perubahan 1% (satu persen) tingkat bunga aktuaria  dapat memberikan pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap kewajiban. Perhitungan aktuaria terhadap kewajiban aktuaria tersebut juga akan mempengaruhi Rasio Pendanaan Dana Pensiun, di mana, Rasio Pendanaan adalah salah satu alat ukur untuk dapat menilai kemampuan Dana Pensiun untuk memenuhi kewajiban dalam membayar manfaat pensiun kepada pesertanya. Proses penentuan tingkat bunga ini perlu dilakukan dengan penuh kehati-hatian karena akan berdampak langsung pada rasio pendaaan Dana Pensiun dimana hal tersebut merupakan salah satu indikator kemampuan keuangan Dana Pensiun yang diawasi oleh regulator. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Rasio Pendanaan Dana Pensiun dalam mengidentifikasi Kualitas Pendanaannya dengan pengujian menggunakan tingkat bunga aktuaria yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif dan dilakukan dengan metode perhitungan Attained Age Normal (AAN). Perhitungan dilakukan dengan tingkat bunga aktuaria yang berbeda sehingga akan menghasilkan estimasi perbandingan Rasio Pendanaan dan Kualitas Pendanaannya selama tahun 2022 hingga 2026. Dari proses yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan data demografi Dana Pensiun pada tahun berjalan, dihasilkan penggunaan tingkat bunga yang lebih besar akan menghasilkan nilai kewajiban yang lebih rendah dan sebaliknya. Sehingga, penggunaan tingkat bunga yang lebih besar akan membuat Rasio Pendaaan dan Kualitas Pendanaannya semakin baik

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of online gambling cases among the young generation in Indonesia has a negative impact in that the younger generation is addicted to online gambling games that are easily accessible anywhere 24 hours a day, which only have a Wi-Fi network, through smartphones, and laptops. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach; the implementation time of this research starts from September 2024 to December 2024. The population in this study is the entire community attracted to the younger generation, namely those aged 17-29 years who use social media, such as Instagram. The research sample is the younger generation willing to become respondents by promoting a questionnaire on Instagram ads for 1 month. The number of respondents in the study was 90 respondents. The results of the study found that the majority of respondents who were exposed to online games under the guise of gambling were young generations aged 17-20 years. This age group is more vulnerable to social and digital influences due to the level of media literacy and self-control that is not fully mature. Involvement in online gambling is influenced by economic factors, such as low income and the assumption that gambling is an easy way to gain financial benefits. Technology, especially stable internet access, and social media is the main means that facilitate this engagement. Influence from friends, social media promotion, and the presence of influencers are the main drivers of respondents' involvement in gambling activities. Many respondents are exposed to online games through their social environment. Online gambling activities under the guise of gaming have had a negative impact, including difficulty controlling spending, increased addiction, and even a desire to go into debt to continue playing. It shows the addictive and destructive nature of gambling. Some respondents believe their skills or experience can increase their chances of winning. This belief encourages them to continue playing even though losses occur more often.

Abstract

Insurance and Actuarial are interrelated disciplines. However, the level of public literacy in these two fields still needs to be higher, even though both have the potential to create economic stability in Indonesia. Therefore, increasing insurance and actuarial literacy in society is critical. This service activity allows the community, especially SMA/SMK/MA students, to increase insurance literacy through participation in Olympic activities. A total of 256 participants competed in the preliminary round, of which 68 advanced to the semifinal round, and finally, only 12 in the insurance and actuarial fields advanced to the final round. The preliminary and final rounds were held offline, while the final round was held online. In the final round, the finalists answered questions from judges who were experts in the insurance and actuarial fields and provided explanations of their answers to the public via the YouTube channel. This Olympic activity received a good response from practitioners in the insurance sector, who were impressed by the finalists' ability to provide excellent answers

Abstract

Tabel Mortalitas merupakan salah satu instrumen yang digunakan dalam perhitungan premi Asuransi Jiwa. Tabel Mortalitas yang digunakan untuk menghitung premi Asuransi Jiwa sangatlah beragam. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan mengeluarkan Tabel Mortalitas dengan asumsi baru pada tahun 2022. Tabel Mortalitas ini dirancang secara ringkas dengan interpolasi menggunakan Metode Kostaki. Hasil interpolasi ini kemudian digunakan untuk menghitung premi Asuransi Jiwa Berjangka 10 tahun menggunakan teknik pembayaran True Fractional Premium. Dari hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan, diperoleh 6 tabel yang berisi harga premi Asuransi Jiwa berjangka 10 tahun dengan besaran bunga 5.75%. Tabel ini dibagi berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan 3 besar manfaat yang berbeda yaitu Rp. 300,000,000.00 , Rp. 500,000,000.00 , Rp. 1,000,000,000.00 dan didalamnya memuat 4 jenis pilihan pembayaran premi fraksional dalam setahun (Tahunan, Semesteran, Triwulanan, dan Bulanan).
