Abstract

Penerapan enkulturasi pada anak usia dini sangat penting dalam membentuk identitas anak dan membantu mereka memahami perannya dalam masyarakat dan keluarga. Pendidikan antarbudaya dan bahasa juga perlu diterapkan pada pendidikan anak usia dini untuk mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi kehidupan di dunia yang semakin multikultural. Dalam mempelajari budaya dan bahasa yang berbeda, anak perlu diajarkan untuk menghargai perbedaan tersebut dan membangun sikap yang terbuka terhadap keragaman budaya. Pendidik dan orang tua juga perlu memahami pentingnya penggunaan bahasa dan budaya yang tepat dan familiar di lingkungan anak untuk membantu mereka memahami konsep keluarga dan masyarakat. Studi tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pentingnya enkulturasi pada anak usia dini dan pembelajaran antar budaya dan bahasa dalam pendidikan anak usia dini. Studi literature review ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis data melalui pendekatan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan enkulturasi pada anak usia dini sangat penting untuk membentuk identitas mereka dan membantu mereka memahami konsep keluarga dan masyarakat. Mengajarkan nilai-nilai yang berbeda dalam budaya yang berbeda juga dapat membuka pikiran anak-anak dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk hidup di dunia yang semakin multikultural. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi pendidik dan orang tua untuk memahami pentingnya penggunaan bahasa dan budaya yang tepat dan akrab di lingkungan anak serta mendukung pengajaran nilai-nilai yang berbeda di berbagai budaya. Kajian kajian pustaka ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan pendidikan anak usia dini dan memperluas pemahaman tentang pentingnya enkulturasi pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Indonesia has the fourth largest population in the world and the country with the largest Muslim-majority population. Indonesia also has many adherents of Christianity, accompanied by adherents of other religions and beliefs which have long coexisted in Indonesia. A life that liberates everyone to embrace their beliefs has long been happening in Indonesia as part of a culture of mutual respect, cooperation, and assistance in the community. Christian religious education supports freedom of religion, which is the fundamental right of every human being to choose what to believe without being forced by other people and the state. Christian religious education is the foundation taught in schools and churches on how God gave free will to humans. Therefore, freedom of religion is a gift that God has given that is inherent in human nature. Indonesia can be an example of how culturally and religiously they can coexist. The purpose of this study is to explain that the implication of religious freedom is the availability of Christian religious education at the school level. The research method used is library research which collects materials from books and journals and then manages them to take the formulations needed in writing this research. AbstrakIndonesia adalah negara yang dengan jumlah penduduk terbesar keempat di dunia dan negara dengan penduduk mayoritas Islam terbesar di dunia. Indonesia juga memiliki jumlah pemeluk agama Kristen yang tidak sedikit jumlahnya, disertai dengan berbagai pemeluk agama dan keyakinan yang lain dimana telah lama hidup berdampingan di Indonesia. Kehidupan yang membebaskan setiap orang memeluk kepercayaannya sudah lama terjadi di Indonesia sebagai bagian dari budaya saling menghargai, gotong royong dan saling membantu dalam komunitas. Dalam perspektif pendidikan agama Kristen memberikan dukungan akan kebebasan beragama yang merupakan hak dasar setiap manusia untuk memilih apa yang diyakini tanpa dipaksa oleh orang lain dan negara. Pendidikan agama Kristen menjadi fondasi yang diajarkan baik dalam sekolah dan gereja bagaimana Tuhan memberikan kehendak bebas kepada manusia oleh sebab itu kebebasan beragama adalah anugerah yang Tuhan berikan melekat dalam hakikat manusia. Indonesia dapat menjadi contoh bagaimana secara budaya dan keyakinan dapat hidup berdampingan secara bersama-sama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa implikasi dari kebebasan beragama adalah tersedianya pendidikan agama Kristen di  tingkat sekolah. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian pustaka yang mengumpulkan bahan-bahan dari buku-buku, jurnal kemudian mengelolanya untuk mengambil rumusan yang diperlukan dalam penulisan penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research explores the topic of pastoral leadership in managing congregational conflict in local churches, drawing insights from the passage in Mark 10:41-45. The aim is to understand the implications of this biblical text for contemporary pastoral leaders in dealing with conflict within their congregations. The paper begins by introducing the passage in Mark 10:41-45, highlighting its relevance and significance in the context of pastoral leadership and conflict management. It then examines the background and context of the text, followed by an analysis of its content and central message. This research explores the implications for pastoral leaders in managing congregational conflict in local churches. It emphasizes the importance of pastoral leaders adopting a servant-like attitude and prioritizing the needs and interests of others. This research emphasizes the importance of pastoral leaders embodying the principles of servant leadership and selfless service in their roles. This paper encourages pastoral leaders to reflect on these principles and apply them in their leadership practice in the context of their local churches.   Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi topik kepemimpinan pastoral dalam mengelola konflik jemaat di gereja-gereja lokal, mengambil wawasan dari bagian dalam Markus 10:41-45. Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami implikasi teks alkitabiah ini bagi para pemimpin pastoral kontemporer dalam menghadapi konflik di dalam jemaat mereka. Makalah ini dimulai dengan memperkenalkan perikop dalam Markus 10:41-45, menyoroti relevansi dan signifikansinya dalam konteks kepemimpinan pastoral dan manajemen konflik. Kemudian memeriksa latar belakang dan konteks teks, diikuti dengan analisis isi dan pesan sentralnya. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implikasi bagi para pemimpin pastoral dalam mengelola konflik jemaat di gereja-gereja lokal. Hal ini menekankan pentingnya para pemimpin pastoral mengadopsi sikap seperti pelayan dan memprioritaskan kebutuhan dan kepentingan orang lain. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pemimpin pastoral mewujudkan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan yang melayani dan pelayanan tanpa pamrih dalam peran mereka. Makalah ini mendorong para pemimpin pastoral untuk merenungkan prinsip-prinsip ini dan menerapkannya dalam praktik kepemimpinan mereka dalam konteks gereja lokal mereka.

Abstract

Marginalization and prejudice are major challenges in civilizations around the world. As a result, developing measures to foster tolerance among young people is essential in the fight against prejudice. Religious education and awareness initiatives are one approach to achieving this goal. Indonesia schools and colleges, for example, may play an important role in developing tolerance and understanding among young people. Lessons about diversity, inclusivity, and respect for others can be incorporated into teacher curricula. Teaching about the history of prejudice and its impact on various groups, as well as promoting critical thinking and open-mindedness can all be part of this. This research aims to raise awareness, and in addition to religious education, can help develop tolerance and understanding. These religious educational programs against discrimination can be carried out by government agencies, non-governmental organizations, or community organizations. Finally, it is very important to recognize that promoting tolerance and fighting discrimination is a long-term process that requires ongoing effort and commitment. Abstract

This research explores the impact of international standards on maritime education through the perspectives of 45 junior cadets. Utilizing qualitative methods, including interviews and observations, the study investigates the alignment of educational programs with standards set by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW). Findings reveal a strong perception of alignment with international standards among participants, emphasizing the importance of consistency and global recognition in maritime education. Additionally, the analysis highlights the relevance of curriculum content to professional needs, the significance of continuous professional development, and the availability of opportunities for career advancement within educational institutions. The research contributes to discussions surrounding the optimization of maritime education and underscores the importance of lifelong learning and professionalism in preparing junior cadets for successful careers in the maritime industry.

Abstract

Parents are fathers and mothers who are responsible for the education of their children and are responsible for all aspects of their children's lives from childhood to adulthood. In every family, especially parents, certainly expect the presence of a child. Children are a gift in the family, and children are the next generation for the family. Parents expect the presence of a physically healthy child, but there are also some parents who are presented with children with special needs without their intention and expectations, even though the presence of the child is beyond the expectations of the parents, the parents concerned are still responsible for the child and is responsible for the education of the child, especially in terms of his religious education. Children with special needs are children who have differences with children in general or the average child of his age. Children with special needs are children who experience limitations or extraordinariness, whether physical, mental-intellectual, social, or emotional, which has a significant effect on the process of growth or development compared to other children of the same age. Children with special needs need to get more attention from their parents, therefore parents are expected to pay attention to their every role and responsibility in paying attention to every aspect of their child's life, especially the educational aspect for the child because parents can influence a child's learning achievement in the world. education. This article was written with the aim of adding insight into the influence of parents on children with special needs on the learning achievement of Christian religious education in schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative taken from several sources of journals and books. It is hoped that parents can carry out their respective roles well and wisely so that their existence can affect children's learning achievements at school.   Orang tua adalah ayah dan ibu yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pendidikan anak-anaknya dan bertanggung jawab atas segala aspek kehidupan anaknya dari kecil hingga mereka dewasa. Didalam setiap keluarga terkhususnya orang tua pasti mengharapkan kehadiran seorang anak. Anak merupakan anugerah didalam keluarga, dan anak merupakan generasi penerus bagi keluarga tersebut. Orang tua mengharapkan kehadiran seorang anak yang sehat secara jasmani, namun terdapat juga beberapa orang tua yang dihadirkan dengan anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus tanpa kesengajaan dan harapan mereka, meski kehadiran anak tersebut diluar dari harapan orang tua, orang tua yang bersangkutan tetap bertanggung jawab atas anak tersebut, serta bertanggung jawab terhadap pendidikan anak tersebut, terlebih dari segi pendidikan agamanya. Anak berkebutuhan khusus merupakan anak yang memiliki perbedaan dengan anak-anak secara umum atau rata-rata anak seusianya. Anak berkebutuhan khusus adalah anak yang mengalami keterbatasan atau keluarbiasaan, baik fisik, mental-intelektual, sosial, maupun emosional, yang berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam proses pertumbuhan atau perkembangannya dibandingkan dengan anak-anak lain yang seusia dengannya. Anak berkebutuhan khusus perlu mendapat perhatian yang lebih dari orang tuanya, oleh karena itu diharapkan orang tua memperhatikan setiap peran dan tanggung jawab mereka dalam memperhatikan setiap aspek kehidupan anaknya terlebih aspek pendidikan untuk anak tersebut, karena orang tua dapat berpengaruh bagi prestasi belajar seorang anak didalam dunia pendidikan. Artikel ini ditulis dengan tujuan untuk menambah wawasan mengenai pengaruh orang tua terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus terhadap prestasi belajar pendidikan agama kristen di Sekolah. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif yang diambil dari beberapa sumber jurnal dan buku. Diharapkan orang tua dapat menjalankan peran mereka masing-masing dengan baik dan bijaksana sehingga keberadaan mereka dapat berpengaruh bagi prestasi belajar anak di sekolah.

Abstract

The Role of Christian education teachers in improving learning outcomes through picture and picture is one of the teaching aids for teachers to increase creativity and students in the learning process. By using the picture and picture learning model students will be more motivated, students' imaginations are stimulated, their feelings are touched, and a deep impression is obtained by students and then it influences students to want to improve. The use of picture and picture learning models can increase students' attention with new pictures. will feel happy about the subject matter, not only hear the names of Bible characters but can immediately see their pictures or photos. That is why it is very important to discuss the teaching of Christian religious education with teaching aids for elementary school students. In the teaching of Christian Religious Education, the use of learning models is not a new thing, during the Old Testament period, the use of teaching aids was still very limited. In the new covenant as a teacher, the Lord Jesus always looks for and finds various ways to deal with the situation of His listeners, namely with other models such as lectures, questions, and answers, so that they are more interesting and can be well received. In general, the existence of learning models appears so as not to be fixated on only one learning model. However, with the innovation, the picture and picture learning model are better for students to be able to remember each subject matter.   Peranan guru pendidikan agama Kristen dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar melalui model pembelajaran picture and picture adalah salah satu alat bantu mengajar bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran picture and picture siswa akan lebih termotivasi, imajinasi siswa di rangsang, perasaannya di sentuh dan kesan yang dalam diperoleh siswa dan selanjutnya mempengaruhi siswa ingin lebih meningkatkan  Penggunaan model pembelajaran picture and picture dapat meningkatkan perhatian siswa dengan gambar-gambar yang baru  siswa akan merasa senang terhadap materi pelajaran, tidak hanya mendengar nama tokoh-tokoh Alkitab tapi tapi langsung bisa di lihat gambar atau foto mereka. Itu lah sebabnya, pengajaran pendidikan Agama Kristen dengan alat peraga bagi siswa sekolah dasar sangat penting di bahas. Dalam pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen, pemanfaatan model pembelajaran sebenarnya bukan hal yang baru, pada masa perjanjian lama sudah memakai alat peraga sekalipun masih sangat terbatas. Dalam perjanjian baru sebagai guru, Tuhan Yesus selalu mencari dan menemukan berbagai cara dalam menghadapi situasi pendengar-Nya yaitu denan model yang lain seperti ceramah, tanya jawab, sehingga lebih menarik dan dapat di terima dengan baik. Pada umumnya keberadaan model pembelajaran muncul agar jangat terpaku pada satu model pembelajaran saja. Akan tetapi, dengan inovasi baru model pembelajaran picture and picture lebih baik untuk siswa dapat mengingat setiap materi pelajaran.

Abstract

This research investigates the transformative role of biblical, theological, Christian religion, and teenage education, focusing on high school students' engagement with the character of King David. Through qualitative descriptive methods, insights were gathered from participants in Christian schools and youth groups, highlighting the impact of biblical literacy on adolescents' spiritual development and moral reasoning. Findings underscored the significance of integrating biblical narratives and theological teachings in educational frameworks to cultivate a deep understanding of Christian values and virtues. The study advocates for holistic approaches that foster ethical leadership and personal growth among teenagers, emphasising the role of parental involvement and community support in nurturing adolescents' faith journeys.
