Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi pada siswa kelas VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02 kecamatan Tembalang kota Semarang yang mengalami sibling rivalry. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah konseling kelompok dapat mengatasi sibling rivalry pada siswa kelas VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksperiment dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test dan pos-test design. Subyek penelitian ini, siswa kelas VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02 yang memiliki tingkat sibling rivalry tinggi yang diperoleh dari hasil DCM dan rekomendasi dari guru kelas yaitu terjaring 10 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologis berupa skala sibling rivalry. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sibling rivalry siswa sebelum diberi perlakuan berupa konseling kelompok dalam kategori tinggi (75.14%). Setelah diberikan konseling kelompok menunjukkan perbedaan, dilihat dari hasil pos test rata-rata sibling rivalry siswa menurun yaitu berada pada kategori rendah (42,95%). Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa sibling rivalry dapat diatasi melalui layanan konseling kelompok This research was conducted based on phenomena that occur in grade VI SDN Sendangmulyo 02 Tembalang Semarang who experienced sibling rivalry. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi di SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Semarang yang menunjukan adanya kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan siswa dalam mengikuti layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling terutama layanan format klasikal. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui tingkat kepuasan siswa tentang kualitas layanan konselor dalam format klasikal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampel sebesar 297 siswa dari pupulasi sebesar 1233 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala kepuasan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan siswa tentang kualitas layanan konselor lulusan Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Negeri Semarang dalam format klasikal memiliki persentase rata-rata sebesar 72,66 % dalam kriteria puas. Rincian kepuasan tersebut pada 5 indikator yaitu pada keandalan pelayanan sebesar 72,07%, daya tanggap pelayanan sebesar 74,92%, jaminan pelayanan sebesar 71,85%, empati pelayanan sebesar 69,58%, dan bukti fisik pelayanan sebesar 74,90%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa harapan siswa akan kualitas layanan konselor dalam format klasikal telah terpenuhi. This research is conducted based on some phenomenon happened in the Senior High School in Semarang regency that shows the satisfaction and unsatisfaction of the student in joining Guidance and Counseling service, especially in classical format service. The purpose of this study is to find out the degree of student satisfaction about the service quality of counselor in classical format. This is a survey research. This research is conducted with the sample of 297 students from the population of 1233 students. Reseacher use collecting data as a method with satisfaction scale. The data analysis technique is using data quantitative descriptive precentage. The result shows that the degree of student satisfaction about the service quality of the counselor of Guidance and Counseling graduate from Semarang State University in the form of classical format has 72,66% in average. The details of the satisfaction on five indicators, there are (1) 72,07% on reliability of service, (2) 72,92% on responsiveness of service, (3) 71,85% on assurance of service, (4) 69,58% on emphaty of service, and 74,90% on tangible of service. It shows that the student’s prospect of counselor service quality in the form of classical format is already completed.

Abstract

Berdasarkan penuturan guru BK di salah satu SMA di kota Cilacap yang pernah menjadi tempat observasi oleh peneliti, ditemukan fenomena terkait dengan layanan konseling individual di sekolah tersebut yang tidak sesuai dengan teori-teori mengenai konseling individual yang ada dalam bimbingan konseling. Contoh yang tidak sesuai dengan teori ketika proses konseling berakhir guru BK di sekolah tersebut tidak ada upaya tindak lanjut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat proses layanan konseling individual di SMA sekota Cilacap. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konselor yang ada di SMA sekota Cilacap. Teknik sampel untuk konselor yang dipilih praktikan adalah sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Validitas menggunakan rumus Product Moment. Uji reliabitilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan faktor internal penghambat berasal dari konselor dalam kriteria tinggi (71,74%) faktor eksternal penghambat termasuk kriteria tinggi yaitu norma (71,59%), sarpras (71,38%) dan lingkungan fisik (72,39%). Dapat disimpulkan hambatan yang ada dalam proses layanan konseling individual di SMA sekota Cilacap berasal dari faktor internal dan eksternal yang memiliki kriteria yang sama yaitu dalam kategori tinggi. The purpose of this study to determine inhibiting factors individual counseling service process In senior high school Cilacap derby. Pupolasi in research is senior high school counselors. Technical samples for counselor used saturated sampling. The instrument used a questionnaire. The validity of using Product Moment. Reliabitilitas test using Alpha. Methods data analysis using descriptive percentages. The results showed internal factor inhibitor derived from a counselor in the high criteria (71.74%) inhibitors external factors including the high criteria are the norm (71.59%), sarpras (71.38%) and physical environment (72.39%). It can be concluded that there are obstacles in the process of individual counseling services in Cilacap derby SMA comes from internal and external factors that have the same criteria that is in the high category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand there is whether a relationship between used of counseling facilities and infrastructure with effectiveness of individual counseling services in junior high schools 21 Semarang. The research is ex-post facto. The population is students who ever implement of individual counseling services in junior high schools 21 Semarang. The data collection technique uses a psychological scale. The data analysis technique uses the percentage of descriptive analysis and analysis of product moment correlation. The result indicates that used of counseling facilities and infrastructure in good criterion, effectiveness of individual counseling services in effective, and there is a positive and significant relationship between used of counseling facilities and infrastructure with effectiveness of individual counseling.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyzing the performance of counselors in implementing the guidance and counseling support activities which includes the planning, implementation and evaluation of senior high schools in Banyumas. The population of this research is senior high school Banyumas. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling and 6 senior high schools were selected as sample with the number of respondents 27 counselors. Data collection methods on this research using questionnaire instrument with 85 items and was supported by the documentation information. The analysis methods in research using descriptive percentages. Concluded that the performance of counselors in implementing the support activities of guidance and counseling including on good criteria.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomena that is in SMP 1 Semarang which indicates the level of students motivation is low. This study aims determine the level of success in overcoming the low learning motivation using group counseling.This type of research is action research guidance and counseling. Subjects were 8 from eighth grade students in SMP N 1 Semarang. Data collection tool used is the scale of learning motivation, observation, and interviews. The instrument has been tested for use in the study using the formula product moment validity and reliability with Alpha formula. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis with percentages and qualitative analysis.Results of research before obtaining treatment learning motivation is low at 44.4%, after the first cycle increased to 65% in the medium category, and after receiving the provision of the second cycle increased to 74% with the higher category. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that an increase learning motivation significantly after organized group counseling

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi pada siswa kelas VIII F SMP Negeri 2 Kajen yang memiliki kemampuan penyesuaian diri yang kurang di lingkungan baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh layanan informasi bidang sosial dengan teknik sosiodrama terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan metode pre-experiment. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuh kali pemberian perlakuan pada siswa kelas VIII F SMP Negeri 2 Kajen, dengan subjek penelitian 36 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala penyesuaian diri. teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyesuaian diri sisw pada kategori sedang dengan presentase (64%). Setelah diberikan perlakuan melalui layanan informasi bidang sosial dengan teknik sosiodrama terjadi peningkatan penyesuaian diri pada kategori tinggi dengan presentase (78%). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa layanan informasi bidang sosial dengan teknik sosiodrama berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penyesuaian diri siswa. This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that accurs in the students of class VIII F SMP Negeri 2 Kajen wich has the ability of self adjustment that is lacking in the new enviroment. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of the social information service with sociodrama technique against self adjustment of student. The type of research is experiment with pre-experiment method. This research was carried out with seven treatment times in the class VIII F SMP Negeri 2 Kajen, with subject research 36 students. Data collesction method used is the scale self adjustment. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of the percentage and the t-test. The results show student self adjustment in the medium category with a percentage (64%). After being given a treatment through social information service with sociodrama technique increase of self adjustment in the high category with percentage (78%). This show that the social information service with sociodrama technique affect on the increased self adjustment of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dan regulasi emosi dengan prokrastinasi akademik lembaga kemahasiswaan baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif kolerasional. Sampel yang digunakan 169 dari populasi 365 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara konsep diri dan prokrastinasi akademik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R = 0,394, F(4,164) = 7,523, p = <0,01), kemudian antara regulasi emosi dan prokrastinasi akademik juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R =0,129 , F(3,161) =8,756 p = <0,01). Begitu pula dengan konsep diri dan regulasi emosi dengan prokrastinasi akademik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R =0,523 , F(7,161) =8,661 p = <0,01). This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and emotion regulation with academic procrastination in student institutions either partially or jointly. This research uses correlational quantitative design. The sample used amounted 10 169 of the population 365 student with cluster sampling technique. The data analysis technique regression. The results showed that between self concept and academic procrastination have significant relation R = 0,394, F(4,164) = 7,523, p = <0,01), then between emotion regulation and academic procrastination also have significant relation (R =0,129 , F(3,161) =8,756 p = <0,01). Similarly, between self concept and emotion regulation with academic procrastination also have a significant relationship (R =0,523 , F(7,161) =8,661 p = <0,01).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktualisasi diri siswa kelas X yang salah dalam mengambil jurusan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok di SMA Negeri 1 Demak. Jenis pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode pre-eksperiment. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 14 siswa yang salah dalam mengambil jurusan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala aktualisasi diri yang diuji cobakan menggunakan validitas rumus product moment dan reabilitas rumus alpha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus kurva normal, analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan aktualisasi diri siswa sebelum dan setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok, perolehan hail sebelum diberikan layanan sebesar 270.71 dan setelah diberikan layanan sebesar 286.93, kenaikan aktualisasi diri siswa mencapai 16.22. Berdasarkan uji wilcoxon memperoleh nilai signifikan 0,001. Nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok efektif meningkatkan aktualisasi diri siswa kelas X yang salah dalam mengambil jurusan di SMA Negeri 1 Demak. This study aims to determine the increase of students of class X is wrong in taking the majors before and after being given guidance services group in SMA Negeri 1 Demak. Type in this research is experiment by using pre-experiment method. Population and samples in this study using non probability sampling with saturated sampling technique which amounted to 14 students who are wrong in taking the majors. Data collection techniques using self-actualization scale tested using the validity of product moment formula and reability of the alpha formula. The technique of data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis formula using normal curve formula, qualitative descriptive self-actualization analysis, and wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in self-actualization of students before and after being given group counseling services, hail acquisition before the given service of 270.71 and after given service amounted to 286.93, the increase self-actualization students reached 16.22. Based on the test wilcoxon get significant value 0.001. The value is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that the guidance of the group effectively improve self-actualization of the wrong class X students in taking the majors in SMA Negeri 1 Demak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik cinematherapy terhadap kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa dengan teman sebaya. Indikator perilaku interaksi sosial dengan teman sebaya meliputi kerjasama, persaingan, penyesuaian diri, dan mengurangi konflik. Jenis penelitian ini yakni eksperimen dengan desain one group pre-test and post-test. Subyek dalam penelitian ini yakni ada 10 siswa dari kelas X-IPS 1. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala interaksi sosial, dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan uji wilcoxon. Tingkat kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa dengan teman sebaya sebelum pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik cinematherapy berada pada kategori sedang (66,0%) dan sesudah pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik cinematherapy berada pada kategori tinggi (79,5%). Kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa dengan teman sebaya sesudah diberi perlakuan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik cinematherapy mengalami peningkatan sebesar 13,5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik cinematherapy berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa dengan teman sebaya kelas X-IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Demak dan mempunyai implikasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa dengan teman sebaya dengan baik. The ability social interaction students with peers before service delivery guidance technical group cinematherapy be in the and he 66,0 % ) and after service delivery guidance group to technique cinematherapy be in the high ( 79,5 %). The social interaction students with their peers be service after treatment guidance technical group cinematherapy increased by 13,5 %. The result showed that services guidance technical group cinematherapy exert influence over the capacity social interaction students with their peers class x-ips 1 public SMA N 1 Demak and have implications for upgrading social interaction students with their peers well.
