Abstract

Era modern membuat manusia kehilangan cintanya kepada yang lain, rasa saling menghargai dan mensejahterakan semakin menepis sehingga mengakibatkan rendahnya kepekaan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa mengenai pola asuh orangtua dan kepekaan sosial siswa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu korelasional dengan sampel 301 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala persepsi siswa mengenai pola asuh Orangtua dan skala kepekaan sosial siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara persepsi siswa mengenai pola asuh orangtua dan kepekaan sosial siswa di SMP Negeri (Rxy=0.02, p>0.05) dan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara persepsi siswa mengenai pola asuh orangtua dan kepekaan sosial siswa di SMP Swasta (Rxy=0.04, p>0.05). Implikasi hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan dalam pemberian layanan untuk meningkatkan kepekaan sosial siswa, seperti pada bidang pribadi dan sosial dapat diberikan layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik modeling simbolik agar siswa mendapat contoh atau model kepekaan sosial. Kata kunci : kepekaan sosial ; persepsi siswa ; pola asuh orangtua. Abstract The modern era of making man lost his love for the other, mutual respect and prosper more and shook off resulting in lack of social sensitivity. This study aimed to find out the relationship between students' perceptions about parenting style and social sensitivity of students. A research design used is correlation with sample 301 students using technique proportionate stratified random sampling. The data was gathered through questionnaire related to students’ perception of parenting style and scale of students’ social sensitivity. The results showed that there were no relationship between students’ perceptions of parenting style and their social sensitivity in SMP Negeri (Rxy=0.02, p=<0.05), and no relationship between students’ perceptions of parenting style and their social sensitivity in SMP Negeri (Rxy=0.04, p=<0.05). The implications of the results of this research can be used as input materials in the awarding of services to enhance social sensitivity, such as in the areas of personal and social services can be rendered content mastery with symbolic modeling techniques in order for students got examples or models of social sensitivity. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola relasi sosial teman sebaya dengan penggunaan media sosial pada siswa sekolah menengah pertama baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penrelitian ini sejumlah 213 dari populasi siswa berjumlah 542 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportionate stratified random sampling, Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala pola relasi sosial teman sebaya dan angket penggunaan media sosial, yang masing-masing realibilitasnya 0,837 dan 0,886. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara pola relasi sosial teman sebaya dengan penggunaan media sosial memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (r= 0,221 ; p < 0,05). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pola relasi sosial teman sebaya dengan penggunaan media sosial. Semakin tinggi penggunaan media sosial maka semakin tinggi pola relasi sosial teman sebaya siswa. This research has a purpose to know the relationship between the peer relation patern with social media utilizing by junior high school students either in partial or together manner. This research uses descriptive correlational quantitative design. The sample used in this research amount 213 from students population which are amount 542 by proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The instrument to accumulate the data uses peer relation patern and social media utilizing questionnaire, which each their realibility 0,837 and 0,886. The data analysis technique uses product moment. The result of this research shows that between the peer relation patern with social media utilizing has a significant relation (r= 0,221 ; p < 0,05). Conclusion, we can say that there is a significant relation between the peer relation patern withsocial media utilizing. The more high social media utilizing, the more high the peer relation patern of students.

Abstract

Through the empowerment of employees, the sharing of power will occur, where the sub-ordinates are collectively involved with the management/chairmen to carry out changes by implementing various managerial approach. A leader of an institution or organization can significantly strengthen the sub-ordinates’ self-confidence in their ability. With stronger sense of self of efficacy, the sub-ordinates will be more capable to conduct and succeed in carrying out various challenging jobs. The empowerment should have been pioneered following the globalization era and it needs to create win-win solution situation in an educational institution or organization so that every person will have ability and will have opportunity to be qualified in performance, creative, innovative and maximum self-development in carrying out jobs in their working environment.Kata Kunci: optimalisasi; pemberdayaan SDM; lingkungan kerja

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemandirian dengan kematangan karir pada siswa sekolah menengah atas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 55 dari populasi siswa berjumlah 65 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan saampel purposive sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kemandirian dan skala kematangan karir. Adapun analisis data menggunakan product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemandirian dengan kematangan karir ( R=0,605, p=0,00<0,005). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kemandirian dengan kematangan karir. Semakin tinggi kemandirian maka semakin tinggi kematangan karir. Kata Kunci : Kemandirian, Kematangan Karir Abstract This research has a purpose to know the relationship between the independence with career maturity in high school student. This research used descriptive correlational. There are 55 sample of student taken from 65 population. The sampling technique used in study was purposive sampling. While the data collected using independence scale and career maturity scale. The data were analyzed using product moment. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the independence and career maturity (R=0,605, p=0,00<0,005). It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between independence and career maturity. Keyword: Independence, Career Maturity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain data showing the effect of group guidance using the storytelling technique on improving manners in fifth grade students of SD 3 Wates for the 2021–2022 academic year. This type of research is an experiment with a one group pre-test post-test research design. methods of data collection using interviews and questionnaires to improve manners The data analysis technique used is percentage descriptive analysis and the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study showed that there was a change in the level of politeness of students before and after participating in group guidance services using storytelling techniques. It can be seen that the results show an average increase of 15.2% from the initial results. Because the number of levels is the smallest, the value of Tcount is 0 and the value of Ttable is 8, also 0 < 8, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Asymp value. Its sig of 0.005 is less than 0.5. This means that group guidance services using storytelling techniques have a significant influence on improving the manners of fifth grade students at SDN 3 Wates, Kudus Regency.

Abstract

Intensitas ancaman bencana salah satunya ancaman banjir terus meningkat seiring waktu. Daerah yang berada di wilayah rawan bencana banjir ini harus siap menghadapi bencana tersebut terutama yang berdampak pada dunia pendidikan. Salah satu upaya mememperkecil risiko adalah dengan mitigasi bencana kepada dunia pendidikan. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 63 siswa kelas 4 dan kelas 5 SD Negeri Batursari 6 Kabupaten Demak. Pengetahuan merupakan faktor utama dalam kesiapsiagaan menghadapi bencana. Program pelatihan ini memiliki manfaat yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan bencana banjir, sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya kerugian maupun korban yang ditimbulkan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan siswa terhadap bencana banjir. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan, meliputi pretest, pelatihan, postest, dan evaluasi hasil. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan dengan tema anggap, tangkas, tangguh dalam menghadapi bencana banjir. Dari hasil tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan masukkan kepada stakeholder, kelurahan, dinas terkait, dan pemerintah Kabupaten Demak dalam mengedukasi, merancang, dan menyiapkan kebijakan mengenai mitigasi bencana.

Abstract

Street children are accustomed to living on the streets, in terminals, and in public places, often experiencing emotional stress. Their personalities become harsh, rough, and less sensitive. The solution offered is art therapy -based expression painting training as a way to channel hidden dreams and psychological burdens. The activity targets 15 street children at the Indonesian Gold Foundation Shelter in Semarang. Implementers include lecturers with visual arts expertise and counselors to ensure a more comprehensive and thorough training and mentoring. The program includes material presentations and creative practice in three face-to-face sessions, each lasting 5–6 hours. The expression painting approach uses a cycle-based art therapy that integrates cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects. The creative practice in each cycle uses art therapy stages including warm-up, recalling event, emotional expression and issues, restitution, and termination. The training results showed an increase in street children's creativity in painting. The first cycle was marked by hesitation and stiff expressions, while the second cycle demonstrated courage and diverse expressions through color and form. Participants were able to express their emotions in a painting and were able to appreciate it. This evidence confirms that the participants' creativity, sensitivity, and courage increased. The painting training has been able to reduce the psychological burden of trauma they experienced. The outputs include accredited articles, video highlights, local media news, and copyrights.
