Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the extent of the influence to which facilities, health and work safety affect the work productivity of employees in the field workforce of PT. Bakrie Pasaman Plantations Tbk West Pasaman Regency, West Sumatera. This study uses a qualitative method quantified through data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires directly to 52 field workers at PT. Bakrie Pasaman Plantations Tbk. The research instrument measurement uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 software. Data analysis includes instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of field workers at PT. Bakrie Pasaman Plantations Tbk, work health impacts the work productivity of field workers at PT. Bakrie Pasaman Plantations Tbk, and work safety impacts the work productivity of field workers at PT. Bakrie Pasaman Plantations Tbk in Pasaman Barat Regency, West Sumatra.

Abstract

This study was conducted to see how artificial intelligence is utilized in developing digital da'wah content. The main focus of this study is to understand how artificial intelligence (AI) is utilized in developing digital da'wah content and to identify the challenges faced by artificial intelligence (AI) in digital da'wah. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The SLR approach is applied to find, evaluate, and interpret all relevant research related to interesting phenomena in this topic, with an emphasis on appropriate research questions. By applying the SLR Method, journals can be analyzed and identified systematically, following the steps or protocols that have been set at each stage. The results of the study show that based on the SLR Method, the Artificial Intelligence/Chatbot that is most widely studied by researchers focuses on Websites and AI Applications. In addition, the most common challenges faced are ethical issues and data privacy security.

Abstract

ABSTRACT With the development of the BPR (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat) industry with the development of People's Credit Bank products and services, especially those based on information technology, the risk of using Rural Banks in money laundering and terrorism financing is getting higher. The prevailing provisions concerning the Application of Know Your Customer Principles (KYC) for Rural Banks need to be revised by referring to general principles that apply internationally in supporting efforts to prevent money laundering and prevent terrorism financing. so that the authors are interested in conducting research with the title: Implementation of Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 12/20 / PBI / 2010 in the Application of Know Your Customer Principles at Rural Banks. The creation of this journal is expected to provide an integral understanding of scientific concepts regarding the Application of Know Your Customer Principles at Rural Banks and contribute to ideas in the field of law in general and in particular in the field of banking law related to the application of the principle of knowing the customers of rural credit banks in the implementation of Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 12/20 / PBI / 2010. The method used in writing this journal is a normative research method with literature study through books, journal references, and laws and regulations that are relevant to the issues examined in the journal.
