Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of motivation and competence on employee performance at the LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta Kramat Raya Campus. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method through questionnaires, with a population of 85 people and the sample is 85 people so that the sample calculation uses the census method. The first result of this study is that there is a significant positive effect between motivation on employee performance with an influence strength of 36.4%, the second result is that employee competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance with an influence strength of 45.5%, the third result is motivation. work and competence together affect employee performance by 49.6% while 50.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Motivation, Competence, and Employees’ Performance

Abstract

The aim of this research was to study the influence of organization behavior, trust and organization commitment.  The method used in this research was quantitative survey. Data survey was collected from 96 employees. Data analysis using path analysis. Based on hypothesis testing that has been done, it can be described as the following research findings: (1) there is a positive direct influence of organization behavior to organization commitment, (2) there is a positive direct influence of trust to commitment, (3) there is a positive direct influence between organization behavior and trust.

Abstract

Arsip memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam kelangsungan hidup sebuah lembaga. Manfaat arsip bagi lembaga antara lain berisi informasi yang berguna dalam pengambilan keputusan juga dapat dijadikan sebagai alat bukti bila terjadi masalah dan juga dapat dijadikan alat pertanggungjawaban manajemen serta dapat dijadikan alat tranparansi birokrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana prosedur pengelolaan arsip di PT XYZ. Penelitian  ini  dilakukan  dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi yaitu mengamati langsung objek yang diteliti, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prosedur pengelolaan arsip pada PT XYZ terdiri dari pembuatan konsep surat, mereview surat, menandatangani surat, mencatat ke dalam buku agenda, menyalin surat, mendistribusikan ke pihak terkait, mengarsipkan surat. Perbaikan dan pengembangan prosedur pengelolaan arsip terus ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kearsipan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Perhitungan harga pokok penjualan rumah tipe 21/60 PT. PPI adalah untuk mengetahui perhitungan harga pokok penjualan untuk dijual kepada pelanggan. Metodologi penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekan diskriptif yakni perhitungan harga pokok dengan menguraikan unsur-unsur yang terkait dalam menentukan perhitungan harga pokok tersebut berpedoman pada data-data  yang didapat di lapangan, wawancara serta melihat daftar pustaka yang berhubungan dengan pengkalkulasian harga pokok penjualan. Adapun tahapan selanjutnya pada pembahasan  pengkalkulasian harga pokok penjualan rumah tipe 21/60 pada PT. PPI mulai dari penghitungan beban bahan baku, beban tenaga kerja langsung, harga pokok produksi dan harga pokok penjualan. Hasil dari penelitian peneliti, diperoleh secara umum pengkalkulasian harga pokok penjualan rumah tipe 21/60 pada PT PPI sudah sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah akuntansi yang berlaku umum dan penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penentuan item-item beban yang termasuk ke dalam harga pokok penjualan dan pengkalkulasian bebannya sudah baik dan dapat menetapkan perhitungan harga pokok yang efektif dan efisiensi sehingga membantu manajemen untuk mengambil keputusan dalam menentukan harga jual rumah tipe 21/60 yang di produksi PT PPI. Kata kunci : Biaya Bahan Baku, Tenaga Kerja Langsung, Biaya Overhead, Harga Pokok Produksi, Harga Pokok Penjualan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to carry out an analysis and determine the magnitude of the influence of the Job Portal variable and the job seeker's perception variable on the interest variable in applying for a job in Tangerang City. Technological developments are increasingly advanced and growing rapidly, making it easier for job seekers to search for work online by utilizing Job Portals such as JobStreet. In the research that has been carried out, using quantitative methods to test hypotheses through multiple linear regression analysis is carried out in order to know and understand the magnitude of the influence of the independent variables, namely the Job Portal and perceptions of job seekers, on the dependent variable, namely interest in applying for jobs. The data collection process used a questionnaire via Google Form and distributed online to 96 respondents in Jatiuwung District, Tangerang City. From previous research, the research results explain that there is or is a significant and positive influence from the Job Portal variable and the job seeker's perception variable on the interest variable in applying for a job. The regression coefficient for Job Portal is -0.70, indicating that there is a negative influence on the Interest in Applying for a Job variable, while for the job seeker perception variable it is 1.214, indicating that it has a positive influence. Meanwhile, the results of the F Test indicate that the combination of these two variables simultaneously or as a whole influences the variable interest in applying for a job with a calculated F value of 544.749 and a significant level of 0.000. Based on the variables that have been studied, the R Square value is 0.920, indicating that there is 92% variation in interest in applying for jobs. Meanwhile, the remaining 8 percent of the variations are influenced by other components and are not explained or discussed in this research.
