Abstract

Keterlambatan pembayaran gaji tukang seringkali menjadi kendala utama dalam kelancaran proyek konstruksi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang timbul akibat keterlambatan dan ketidakakuratan data hasilopname lapangan dalam pembayaran gaji tukang. Melalui studi kasus pada sebuah proyek konstruksi, penelitian ini menemukanbahwa keterlambatan pengiriman data, ketidakakuratan data, dan prosedur pembayaran yang tidak efisien menjadi penyebabutama keterlambatan pembayaran gaji tukang. Akibatnya, produktivitas pekerja menurun dan proyek berisiko mengalamiketerlambatan. Penelitian ini menyarankan implementasi sistem pelaporan digital, pelatihan bagi supervisor, dan peningkatankolaborasi antara berbagai pihak terkait untuk mengatasi masalah ini.

Abstract

Dengue fever happening most in tropical countries and considered as the fastest spreading mosquito-borne disease which is endemic and estimated to have 96 million cases annually. It is transmitted by Aedes mosquito which infected with a dengue virus. Therefore, predicting the dengue fever rate as become the subject of researches in many tropical countries. Some of them use statistical and machine learning approach to predict the rate of the disease so that the government can prevent that incident. In this study, we explore many models in the statistical learning approaches for predicting the dengue fever rate. We applied several methods in the predictive statistics such as regression, spatial regression, geographically weighted regression and robust geographically weighted regression to predict the dengue fever rate in Surabaya. We then analyse the results, compare them based on the mean square error. Those four models are chosen, to show the global estimator’s approaches, e.g. regression, and the local ones, e.g. geographically weighted regression. The model with the minimum mean square error is regarded as the most suitable model in the statistical learning area for solving the problem. Here, we look at the estimates of the dengue fever rate in the year 2012, to 2017, area, poverty percen­tage, precipitation, number of rainy days for predicting the dengue fever outbreak in the year 2018. In this study, the pattern of the predicted model can follow the pattern of the true dataset.

Abstract

The finished goods must be stored in a warehouse before the items are dispatched. Due to the increasing demand in 2020, there will be an increase in the quantity of items, which will cause the finished goods warehouse at PT X to reach capacity. This issue lengthens the flow through the warehouse and makes it easier for the items to sustain damage. To improve capacity, the firm is building a new finished goods warehouse, and it wants to organize the two warehouses so that the displacement time is as short as possible. This study utilized simulations to calculate the time and dedicated and class-based storage strategies to establish the layout. This study utilized simulations to determine the time and dedicated and class-based storage approaches to establish the layout. According to the findings, the dedicated storage technique has a total displacement distance of 703,952 meters and an average moving duration of 3.37 minutes per pallet. These findings are not as useful as the class-based storage technique, which has 705,961 meters and an average pallet turn time of 3.53 minutes.

Abstract

Indonesia, yang terletak di Cincin Api Pasifik, memiliki kerentanan tinggi terhadap aktivitas seismik. Kerentananini menekankan kebutuhan infrastruktur yang aman ketika gempa, terutama di tengah percepatan pembangunan berbasispariwisata. Perkembangan pesat villa, resort, dan hotel di Bali sebagai destinasi wisata utama menuntut desain struktur yangmengutamakan keselamatan, estetika, dan fungsionalitas. Penelitian ini membahas perencanaan villa dengan Sistem RangkaPemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) yang sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 2847-2019, SNI 1726-2019, dan SNI 1727-2020. Perencanaan villa ini mengintegrasikan profesionalisme, etika, dan keselamatan kerja (K3) dengan analisa iteratifmenggunakan program ETABS dan Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua elemen struktur memenuhi persyaratandesain berdasarkan SNI. Balok dan kolom dirancang dengan memperhatikan aspek kekuatan lentur, geser, dan aksial, sertamemenuhi prinsip Strong Column-Weak Beam untuk mencegah keruntuhan bangunan secara tiba-tiba. Pondasi bored pile dipilihberdasarkan jenis tanah sekaligus meminimalkan dampak terhadap lingkungan sekitar, sesuai prinsip etika. Desainmempertimbangkan K3 dengan penerapan faktor keamanan melalui metode Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) untukmemastikan ketahanan struktur.

Abstract

The rapid development of online business in recent years has driven Store X to embark on a digital transformation. By the end of 2020, Store X relocate their conventional business to online business. The greatest obstacle and key to success for online business operators, such as Store X, is gaining and retaining consumer loyalty in the face of an increasing number of competitors. Therefore, the company must be able to identify the character (behavior) of its clients to provide appropriate treatment. Each customer's behavior is unique, which means they must all be treated differently. However, all this time, Online Store X has provided the same treatment (as much of a discount) to all its customers due to the lack of information regarding their customers’ characteristics. Therefore, in this study, customers of Online Store X were segmented based on their transactional behavior using online transaction history data from March 2021 to March 2023. Two customer analysis models, LRFM and MLRFM, will be combined with RM K-Means to find the best combination through Silhouette Coefficient values. The optimal number of clusters (k) is then determined using the Elbow Method. The results indicate that the optimal number of clusters for both combinations is K=3, with the combination of MLRFM and RM K-Means is the best combination. The finest combination has a silhouette coefficient value of 0.8609. Based on this combination, it is also known that 2,053 customers in cluster 3 are loyal customers, while 2,339 customers in cluster 1 and 2 are lost customers. The results of this study were also implemented on websites built for X Store using Python programming languages and MySQL databases, making it easier for companies to see data visualization.

Abstract

PT. X merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang farmasi. Sistem manajemen pergudangan yang ada pada PT. X saat ini belum berjalan dengan teratur dan efisien.Tata letak produk jadi yang ada pada gudang tidak memiliki standarisasi peletakan barang jadi. Hal ini mengakibatkan pekerja memerlukan waktu yang lebih lama dalam pemenuhan customer order. Oleh karena itu, penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah rancangan perbaikansistem pergudangan yang dapat mempersingkat waktu pemenuhan customer order. Hasil implementasi rancangan perbaikan sistem pergudangan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi waktu pekerja dalam pemenuhan customer order sebesar 94,4% dengan penataan ulang berdasarkanpendekatan class based storage dan penggunaan metode analisis ABC serta penggunaan sistemwebsite.

Abstract

Kebutuhan air bersih di Kecamatan Karangbinangun, Kabupaten Lamongan semakin meningkat sejalan dengan pertumbuhan penduduk serta berkembangnya kawasan pemukiman maupun industri. Dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih dan kesehatan masyarakat serta pencapaian target nasional 10 juta sambungan rumah, direncanakan pengembangan SPAM di Kecamatan Karangbinangun Kabupaten Lamongan. Pengembangan SPAM direncanakan berkapasitas 300 liter/detik untuk melayani 4 kecamatan yakni Karangbinangun, Deket, Glagah, dan Kalitengah. Lingkup kegiatan DED adalah perencanaan intake, Instalasi Pengolahan Air (IPA), Desain pipa transmisi dan distribusi, Reservoir utama dan distribusi. Sistem intake direncanakan Sistem Intake Condoit. Pipa transmisi menggunakan pipa HDPE diameter 500 mm sepanjang ± 100 m. IPA direncanakan IPA paket sebanyak 3 unit, kapasitas masing-masing 100 liter/detik. Volume reservoir utama sebesar 5.000 m3sebanyak 1 unit dan reservoir di Kecamatan Deket sebesar 2.000 m3. Panjang pipa JDU sepanjang ±14.600 m.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan penduduk yang cukup tinggi menyebabkan kebutuhan air bersih juga semakin meningkat, salah satunya di Kecamatan maulafa. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja jaringan distribusi air bersih di kecamatan maulafa. Evaluasi kinerja jaringan distribusi air bersih ditinjau berdasarkan aspek pelayanan danberdasarkan hasil kuesioner, Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi didapatkan bahwa hanya sekitar 22,58% (18840 dari 85455 jiwa) masyarakat Kecamatan Maulafa yang terlayani PDAM Kota Kupang atau masih sekitar 64615 jiwa masyarakat kecamatan maulafa yang tidak mendapat pelayanan dari PDAM kota kupang, total kekurangan kebutuhan air di kecamatan maulafa sekitar 140 liter/ detik. Hasil survey juga menunjukkan pelayanan dari pihak PDAM Kota Kupang masih kurang maksimal seperti distribusi air ke pelanggan tidak lancar/aliran airnya tidak mengalir secara kontinyu, kurangnya pemeliharaan operasional dari pihak PDAM.

Abstract

Resource efficiency lies at the heart of logistics performance, with unloading operations in storage facilities serving as a critical determinant of overall productivity. In less developed regions, the widespread reliance on basic rules-based systems such as FIFO often proves inadequate for handling operational complexities, leading to bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), constrained by limited resources, are compelled to optimize existing infrastructure rather than invest in costly upgrades. To address this challenge, the present study introduces a goal-oriented programming model designed to assign trucks to loading docks within specific time slots, thereby enhancing time efficiency. The model evaluates performance across four key metrics: waiting time, loading time, overtime, and equity. By leveraging goal programming, numerical prioritization of these objectives becomes possible, enabling flexible adjustments to meet operational needs. Furthermore, Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) is employed to incorporate variability into the dataset and assess model robustness under real-world uncertainty. Experimental results reveal that the proposed approach consistently outperforms traditional systems, delivering significant improvements in time efficiency. These findings highlight the potential of goal programming as a practical solution for planning in resource-constrained environments. The resulting model offers an adaptive, reliable framework that warehouse managers can implement without incurring substantial infrastructure costs.
