Abstract

Hasil penelitian mengungkap: (1) Produktivitas usahatani cabe merah 9,05 ton/hektar yang tergolong tinggi; dan (2) Secara serentak luas lahan, umur, pendidikan dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktifitas cabai, sedangkan pengalaman berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of financial literacy and fintech on financial inclusion. Purposive sampling was utilized in the sampling procedure, and 97 responses were gathered. According to the findings of this study, Financial Literacy has a considerable impact on Financial Inclusion in MSME Actors. Financial technology has had no substantial impact on MSMEs' financial inclusion in Bandar Lampung City. This research can be used by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, in collaboration with companies that provide financial products and services, to conduct socialization activities to improve financial literacy among the general public, particularly MSME owners, and to complete consumer protection regulations for financial technology services.Keywords— Financial Literature, Fintech, Inclusion, MSME

Abstract

Multicultural education in Indonesia plays a strategic role in managing the nation's rich diversity of cultures, ethnicities, religions, and languages. From the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy, it offers a normative and ethical foundation to foster harmony amid differences. This study views multicultural education as a conscious effort to cultivate awareness and tolerance by appreciating the values of pluralism in alignment with core Islamic principles such as justice, equality, and respect for human rights. Islamic educational philosophy emphasizes the importance of tauhid (the oneness of God) as the foundation for shaping inclusive character that respects diversity. Through this approach, multicultural education aims not only to develop students’ intellectual competence but also to nurture their moral and ethical capacity to live peacefully in a pluralistic society. This study recommends integrating multicultural and Islamic values into the educational curriculum to cultivate a generation that is tolerant, socially just, and capable of embracing diversity as a national asset.Keyword : Pendidikan, Multikulrural, Filsafat

Abstract

Education is an important pillar in the formation of students' morals and characters. In Islamic education, moral and ethical values ​​must be instilled in the younger generation. The purpose of this study is to apply ideas about the axiology of Islamic education by using the Quizizz platform to encourage students' interest in learning. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach with students as research subjects. The results of the study showed that Quizizz increased students' interest in learning Islamic Religious Education. Quizizz showed increased student participation in class, increased their desire to learn, and better understanding of the subject matter. Thus, Quizizz is a good effective learning media to incorporate Islamic values ​​into digital-based education. Quizizz also offers interesting, attractive learning, in accordance with the development of the modern digitalization era which offers attractive features so that learning is more meaningful in implementing the axiology of Islamic Education according to the demands of the times. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly disrupted the learning process, requiring teachers to adapt in order to fulfill their roles as educators and mentors. Learning during the pandemic differs greatly from pre-pandemic methods, and teachers must choose appropriate strategies to ensure effective teaching continues. This study aims to explore the strategies employed by Islamic Education (PAI) teachers to enhance PAI learning during the pandemic at SDN 1 Nunggal Rejo, and to examine how the learning process was conducted during this period. This qualitative research was conducted at SDN 1 Nunggal Rejo using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were collected, processed, and analyzed to draw conclusions. The findings indicate that teachers implemented several strategic approaches, including goal-oriented instruction, structured procedures, and clearly defined learning activities. Teachers acted as facilitators, and although discipline and time management were challenging, learning continued through a combination of online and limited face-to-face methods. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengembangan Pojok Digital dilatarbelakangi oleh perubahan tren pemasaran pendidikan tinggi yang kini beralih ke ranah digital, di mana generasi Z lebih responsif terhadap komunikasi interaktif berbasis media sosial dibandingkan promosi konvensional. Konsep Program Pojok Digital dikembangkan sebagai sarana promosi digital interaktif melalui live streaming di platform TikTok, dengan konsep soft selling yang memadukan unsur edukasi, hiburan, dan komunikasi dua arah. Tujuan utamanya adalah memperkuat citra dan kesadaran merek (brand awareness) prodi, meningkatkan keterlibatan audiens, serta menarik minat calon mahasiswa baru. Program dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif antara dosen, mahasiswa, dan mitra eksternal, dengan pelatihan teknis, implementasi siaran rutin, dan evaluasi performa digital. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam performa media sosial, di antaranya pertumbuhan pengikut dari 3.200 menjadi 4.922 follower organik, total 37,1 ribu penayangan, dan lebih dari 470 ribu likes. Secara institusional, program ini berhasil meningkatkan citra kampus dan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan jumlah pendaftar mahasiswa baru hingga 120%. Implikasi kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa Pojok Digital dapat menjadi model promosi pendidikan berbasis interactive content marketing yang efektif, berkelanjutan, dan dapat direplikasi di berbagai institusi pendidikan tinggi lainnya.
