Abstract

This study aims to analyze partially or jointly the effect of comfort, incentives on employee work ethic and analyze the most dominant variable in influencing employee work ethic at Graha Mekar Sehati Cooperative West OKU. The results of the regression analysis and the correlation between comfort and employee work ethic show the regression model Ŷ = 0.076 + 0.989X1 + e with a correlation coefficient of 0.809. The results of the regression analysis and the correlation between incentives and work ethic show that the regression model is Ŷ = 24.642 + 0.581X2 + e with a correlation coefficient of 0.466. The results of multiple regression analysis and the correlation between Comfort and Incentives together on Work Ethics show the regression model Ŷ = 1.096 + 0.954X1 + 0.068X2 + e with a correlation coefficient of 0.811. From the multiple linear regression equation above, it shows that the comfort variable (X1) is higher dominant influence on employee work ethic compared to incentives. This research was conducted on 30 respondents with the analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS software.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze partially or jointly Leadership, Work Atmosphere on employee work productivity and analyze the most dominant variables in influencing employee productivity at the East OKU Regency Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Office, the results of regression analysis and the correlation between leadership and work productivity. employees show the regression model = 26,338 + 0.586X1 + e with a correlation coefficient of 0.691. The results of the regression analysis and the correlation between work atmosphere and employee productivity show the regression model = 0.571 + 0.908X2 + e with a correlation coefficient of 0.931. The results of multiple regression analysis and the correlation between leadership and work atmosphere together on work productivity show the regression model = 2.676 + 0.115X1 + 0.821X2 + e with a correlation coefficient of 0.936. This research was conducted on 33 respondents with the analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS software.

Abstract

The attractiveness of consumer buying interest is an important thing in marketing, especially in the sale of traditional handicraft products, namely woven mats. The sustainability of production will continue if consumers continue to use these traditional products even in the midst of increasingly sophisticated technological advances that produce modern products. The purpose of the study was to analyze the attractiveness of consumers' buying interest towards the results of traditional handicraft products from woven mats. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of audit tenure, audit rotation, KAP size and audit committee on audit quality. Audit quality is measured by a dummy variable, namely using the average ROA. The population of this study are all Manufacturing Companies in the Basic Industry and Chemical Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique uses logistic regression. The results of this study show that tenure audits have a positive effect on audit quality. Audit rotation has a negative effect on audit quality. KAP size and audit committee have no effect on audit quality. Keyword : Tenure Audit, Audit Rotation, Size KAP, Audit Comitte and Audit Quality

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi Seksi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa / Kelurahan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Buay Pemaca OKU Selatan adalah bagaimana pengaruh fungsi koordinasi terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Seksi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa / Kelurahan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Buay Pemaca OKU Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuisioner serta studi kepustakaan. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh r = 0,099, setelah dikonsultasikan dengan standar konservatif ternyata 0,099 terletak antara 0,000 - 0,199 yang termasuk pada korelasi sangat rendah. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang sangat rendah antara fungsi koordinasi terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Seksi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa / Kelurahan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Buay Pemaca OKU Selatan. Kemudian untuk menjawab uji hipotesis yang diajukan pada bab sebelumnya mempunyai hubungan atau tidak, maka di uji dengan uji hipotesa dan didapat ( t ) tabel = 1,860, sedangkan ( t ) hitung = 0,280 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa ( t ) hitung ( t ) tabel atau    ( t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel ), sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan pada bab sebelumnya tidak dapat diterima dan tidak terbukti

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara parsial maupun bersama – sama pengaruh Lingkungan kerja, gairah kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai serta menganalisis variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama OKU Timur, Hasil analisis regresi dan korelasi antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan model regresi Ŷ = 26.179 + 0.546X1 + e dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.455. Hasil analisis regresi dan korelasi antara motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan model regresi Ŷ = 44.341 + 0.237X2 + e dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.261. Hasil analisis regresi berganda dan korelasi antara lingkungan kerja dan gairah kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja menunjukkan model regresi Ŷ = 24.845 + 0.511X1 + 0.057X2 + e dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.458 Dari persamaan regresi linear ganda diatas memperlihatkan kalau variabel lingkungan kerja (X1) lebih dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai dibandingkan gairah kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 32 orang responden dengan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan menggunakan software SPSS.husnimuhammad720@yahoo.com
