Abstract

The Web-Based Inventory Information System at CV Trio Jaya Sentosa is a final project aimed at addressing the manual issues in Inventory management at a cigarette distribution company, which has an impact on work efficiency, speed, and accuracy in report generation. This research employs observation, interviews, and literature review as data collection methods. The development method used is the prototype method. This system is built as a web-based application using the CodeIgniter 3 framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The web-based information system is designed to enable CV Trio Jaya Sentosa to manage transactions, employee data, and customer data. The system generates various types of real-time reports, including sales reports by person, sales reports, sales summaries, purchase reports, Inventory reports, goods retrieval reports, sales stock reports, and warehouse stock reports. During its development, the system involves user evaluation regarding functionality and user interface to meet the company's needs. Based on user evaluations, it is evident that this Inventory Information System can address manual issues, improve data processing accuracy and speed, and provide real-time information. A recommended using the system, it is to continually involve users in the maintenance and improvement processes to maintain performance and reliability

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum St. Elisabeth Purwokerto adalah sebuah lembaga yang bergerak pada bidang jasa pelayanan. Dalam kegiatan operasional sehari-hari, rumah sakit ini menggunakan aset peralatan teknologi informasi yang diatur oleh unit instalasi teknologi. Aset tersebut sering mengalami kerusakan baik ringan maupun berat, sehingga diperlukan pemeliharaan. Namun, pencatatan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan masih secara manual, sehingga kegiatan tersebut menjadi kurang maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun sistem informasi tiketing helpdesk berbasis website yang dapat mempercepat pencarian data pemeliharaan aset pada unit IT Rumah Sakit Umum St. Elisabeth Purwokerto. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metode prototype, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan framework Codeigniter. Sistem yang dibangun sudah melalui beberapa tahap pengujian dan evaluasi menggunakan paired sample t-test, black box testing, white box testing, dan pengujian manfaat menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian manfaat menggunakan ISO 25010 dengan meneliti beberapa aspek diantaranya functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, dan reliability. Aspek tersebut mendapatkan hasil rata-rata functional suitability 98,87%, performance efficiency 94,27%, usability 100%, dan reliability 100%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sistem yang dibangun dapat mempermudah staff unit IT RSU St. Elisabeth dalam melakukan proses pemeliharaan aset.

Abstract

Kampung Nopia, yang dikenal sebagai penghasil oleh-oleh khas Banyumas, memiliki potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata. Namun, metode pemasaran yang masih konvensional menjadi kendala dalam mengembangkan potensi tersebut. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan digital marketing para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Kampung Nopia melalui pelatihan pembuatan dan pengelolaan website. Program ini mencakup serangkaian tahapan, mulai dari persiapan, pengkajian, perancangan program, pelatihan, hingga evaluasi. Tahap persiapan dilakukan dengan melakukan koordinasi dengan paguyuban UMKM, tahap pengkajian dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara, dilanjutkan dengan tahap perancangan program untuk pembuatan website company profile Kampung Wisata Nopia. Setelah blueprint perancangan selesai, dilanjutkan ke tahap pembangunan program, untuk selanjutnya dilakukan pelatihan kepada para pengguna. Tahap terakhir yaitu evaluasi program dilakukan untuk mengukur keberhasilan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan teknologi digital, yang tercermin dari peningkatan nilai pretest dan posttest. Selain itu, terbangunnya website resmi Kampung Wisata Nopia memberikan dampak positif dalam memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dan meningkatkan daya saing produk nopia. Program ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam memperkuat ekonomi lokal melalui optimalisasi teknologi digital. Untuk keberlanjutan dan kesuksesan jangka panjang, komunitas Kampung Wisata Nopia disarankan untuk terus mengembangkan keterampilan dalam teknologi digital guna mengikuti tren pemasaran online yang terus berkembang. Selain itu, menjalin kemitraan dengan pihak eksternal, seperti influencer dan agen pariwisata, dapat meningkatkan eksposur Kampung Wisata Nopia sebagai destinasi wisata.

Abstract

The Wayang Sendang Mas Banyumas Museum has 1011 collections that will continue to grow over time. With so many collections, there are obstacles in the inventory process, especially in the collection data reporting section. The current inventory process is still carried out semi-manually, using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, resulting in less time efficiency in the process of making collection data reports. The purpose of this research is to prove that the existence of a Website-Based Collection Inventory Information System at the Wayang Sendang Mas Banyumas Museum can increase efficiency in the process of making museum collection data reports. This system was built with the help of the CodeIgniter Framework, the programming language used is PHP, and the system development method uses the prototype method, which is a technique for collecting specific information about the information needs needed by users quickly. The system that has been built is tested with several tests, including system testing using black-box testing and white-box testing methods; hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test; and testing the benefits using the ISO 25010 test model. The results of the benefits testing obtained a percentage of answers based on the criteria agree and strongly agree by 100% on the Performance Efficiency aspect. Based on the results of the benefits testing, it can be concluded that the system that has been built has succeeded in helping the museum in increasing efficiency in the process of making museum collection data reports.

Abstract

This research designs and implements a web-based PPDB Information System at SD Kristen 2 Purwokerto to overcome data inaccuracies, the risk of losing documents, and administrative inefficiencies due to manual systems. The system was developed using UML modeling, including use case, activity, and class diagrams, and enables more efficient and transparent online registration. The results of testing with Black Box Testing (Equivalence Partitioning) show that the system functions according to specifications. Testing the main features of login, registration, student enrollment, payment verification, and admin and principal data management produced appropriate outputs, improved efficiency and data accuracy, and strengthened system security. The system is proven to improve the quality of education services, with suggestions for the development of automatic notification features, user support, and improved data security to maintain the integrity of student information.

Abstract

This study presents the development of an automated Smart Waste Sorting, Shredding, and Compressing System to improve waste management efficiency. The system integrates capacitive and proximity sensors to classify waste into organic (leaves) and plastic categories with 100% accuracy in testing (20 plastic samples and 9 liters of organic waste accurately sorted). The shredded waste is reduced to 3 cm fragments, and subsequent compression achieves a 60% volume reduction, significantly optimizing storage and transport. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller for real-time control, supported by ultrasonic sensors and servo motors for precision. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the integrated design, highlighting its potential for sustainable waste management in communities and institutions. This innovation offers a practical solution to enhance recycling processes and reduce environmental impact through automation.

Abstract

Panti Wreda Catur Nugraha di Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan lembaga sosial yang merawat sekitar 30 lansia dengan berbagai kondisi kesehatan. Pencatatan rekam medis yang masih dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan data rawan hilang, sulit dianalisis, dan kurang efisien. Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dari STIKOM Yos Sudarso Purwokerto menyelenggarakan pelatihan pembuatan laporan rekam medis berbasis digital dengan memanfaatkan Google Forms untuk pengumpulan data dan Microsoft Word untuk penyusunan laporan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 20 pengasuh dan karyawan panti. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam menggunakan komputer, terbukti dari kenaikan nilai rata-rata dari 47 pada pre-test menjadi 60,5 pada post-test, dengan dua peserta mencapai nilai sempurna. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi digital peserta dan diharapkan dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan untuk mendukung peningkatan mutu dokumentasi kesehatan lansia di Panti Wreda Catur Nugraha.
