Abstract

Rasio likuiditas dan profitabilitasberguna untuk mengetahui kelemahan-kelemahan yang menjadi kekurangan perusahaan dan dapat digunakan sebagai pembanding kinerja keuangan pada CV Delta Raya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada CV Delta Raya ditinjau dari analisis rasio likuiditas dan profitabilitas. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian dengan mengunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan yaitu laporan keuangan CV Delta Rayamulai dari tahun 2016-2017. Metode analisa data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kinerja keuangan berdasarkan rasio likuiditas pada CV. Delta Raya membuktikan bahwa nilai current ratio, cash ratiodan quick ratio dinyatakan tinggi sehingga perusahaan dalam keadaan sehat, sedangkan kinerja keuangan berdasarkan rasio profitabilitas pada CV Delta Raya membuktikan bahwa nilai gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on assetdanreturn on equity tinggi sehingga mengalami keuntungan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka CV Delta Raya penting menghitung rasio keuangan sebagai alat pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

ISS Indonesia is a part of one of the world’s largest facility service groups. Established in 1996 in Jakarta, ISS Indonesia has now become a leading cleaning and facilities service company. ISS Indonesia has five main business namely property services, cleaning, office support, catering, and security services. With more than 57.00 employees at total and cleaning services area as the biggest business of the company, the concern at the moment is to gain better performance. An engaged employee is the key to gain performance. When the employees did not perform at their best, we have to assess the lacking point from the employees.. As this research focuses in non- financial measurement, Employee Value Performance is the proven model that could determine employee engagement. The idea of this model is to search for an improvement in various employee expectation areas : leadership, job, development opportunity, rewards, fair value performance, culture and values.The result shows that all areas of the six variables need improvement. In the end, the improvement needed falls into Five Areas of Improvements: assignment improvement, evaluation and rewards improvement, team improvement, leader improvement, and training improvement. Keywords: performance, Employee Value Proposition, improvement

Abstract

Proses Pembayaran Sumbangan Biaya Pendidikan (SPP), Uang Persiapan Sekolah (UPS), uang perlengkapan dan daftar ulang (PnD) pada SMK Santo Petrus Ketapang masih mengalami kendala karena pengolahan data keuangan yang dilakukan oleh SMK Santo Petrus Ketapang masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan mencatat transaksi ke dalam buku, sedangkan untuk pelaporanya masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sederhana, sehingga rentan terjadi kesalahan dalam proses pencatatan transaksi. Kekurangan lain adalah proses pengolahan data transaksi yang lama, karena harus menghitung lagi jumlah transaksi satu persatu. Dalam laporan ini akan membahas tentang pengembangan sistem informasi pembayaran biaya sekolah berbasis web. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pembayaran administrasi sekolah, mempercepat dalam pengelolaan data dan terhindar dari kesalahan pemasukan data sehingga dapat mempermudah Petugas TU dan siswa dalam dalam memperoleh informasi terkait pembayaran biaya sekolah.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan berdasarkan perhitungan indeks Fire Weather Index (FWI) di daerah Kalimantan Barat data suhu udara, kelembapan relatif, kecepatan angin dan curah hujan pada tahun 2015-2019 berdasarkan data ECMWF ( European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts ) untuk mengetahui tingkat bahaya kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks FWI rata-rata tahunan tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2015 dengan nilai sebesar 1,74 dan pada tahun 2019 dengan nilai 2,23 yang termasuk kelas FWI sedang. Sedangkan FWI rata-rata bulanan terjadi pada bulan Juli, Agustus, September dengan nilai berturut-turut sebesar 3,37, 4,25, dan 3,55 yang termasuk dalam kelas FWI sedang. Nilai FWI yang tinggi akan diikuti oleh banyak titik api ( hotspot) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,98 yang memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sangat tinggi.

Abstract

The government must respect the human rights of every person in Indonesia. From many islands in Indonesia, there are several areas that are given special status, one of which is Papua. The government gives privileges because Papua is an area that is located at the very end of Indonesia and is vulnerable to provocations from outsiders. Of all the presidents who have served in Indonesia, they are very focused on addressing this issue. All efforts have been made and not infrequently these efforts are contrary to the law. The forms of legal violations that occur are dominated by violations of Human Rights (HAM). Talking about human rights violations, this cannot be separated from the view of international law. The international party is a very influential party in efforts to eliminate every act of crime against humanity. The issues that will be discussed regarding the gross human rights violations that occurred in Papua during the leadership of President B.J. Habibie to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and the perspective of international law in cases of gross human rights violations in Papua during the leadership of President B. J. Habibie to Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. The research method used is normative research. The gross human rights violations that occurred in Papua have met the elements of international crimes. Based on the perspective of international law, the Indonesian government is considered to be responsible for the gross human rights violations that occurred in Papua.

Abstract

Case of accounting fraud has increased in many countries and organization. It brings a loss to firms and investors. This study aims to analyze the effect of Internal Control Effectiveness, Perception of Suitability of Compensation, and Individual Morality towards Accounting Fraud Tendencies. This study used quantitative method. Questionnaires used for collecting the data from Finance and Accounting Staff working at Private Companies in Tangerang and Jakarta. Total sampel used for this study are 109 sampel. The examination of hypothesis method using multivariate regretion. Result of this study indicates that internal control effectiveness and perception of suitability of compensation doesn’t have significant effect towards accounting fraud tendency. Individual morality significantly affect the occurance of accounting fraud tendency. Key Words: Accounting Fraud Tendencies, Individual Morality, Internal Control Effectiveness, Perception of Suitability of Compensation.

Abstract

One aspect that made the change and arrangement in curriculum 2013 is the standard of assessment witch tailored to the content standards, competency standards and the process standards. Nonetheless, in the end the arrangement of the assessment focused on learning. Skills assessment requires studant to demonstrate a certain competence. This assessment is intended to determine whether the knowledge has been mastered learners can be used to identify and solve problems in real life. Mastery learning for skills determined by the school, gradually continue to improve the school completeness criteria studied by considering the potential and characteristics of each school as a form of improving the quality of learning outcomes. The approach research is a qualitative research with descriptive methods. These results indicate that, the implementation of the curriculum 2013 there are still many obstacles. This constraint is caused by many factors. The dominant factor is the desire or willingness of teachers in applying the skills assessment system contained in this curriculum. There is still the need for the participation of various stakeholders in the success of the application of the system of assessment of skills in the curriculum 2013. The government should continue to socialize and training in enhancing the competence of teachers on aspects pence judgments of these skills.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' description writing skills with audio video media in fifth grade students at SD Negeri Slapajang II. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects were fifth grade students. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles with four components in each cycle, namely planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observations (observations), interviews, and description writing tests. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative analysis technique. Criteria for success seen from the process and product. The success of the process is measured based on improving the learning process in a better direction. The success of the product is measured based on KKM achievement and better student scores. The results of this study indicate that the use of audio video media can improve the description writing skills of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Slapajang II. Improvements can be seen in processes and products. Improving the quality of the process seen in student activities in learning. Improved process quality can be seen from the condition of students who are more active in asking questions, more enthusiastic, and more independent. Process quality improvement has a positive impact on product quality improvement.

Abstract

The cash flow statement is an integral part of the company's financial statements in each period. This indicates that the statement of cash flows is significant, especially in helping users of financial statements in decision-making. Therefore, the company must be able to prepare a cash flow statement following the provisions set by PSAK No. 2 which regulates the cash flow statement. This study aims to identify the cash flow statement of each healthcare sector company in 2021-2022 and its application following the provisions of PSAK No. 2. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method using purposive sampling techniques to collect secondary data that has been published by the IDX official website related to healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021-2022 period. The results of the research that has been conducted show that healthcare sector companies have implemented cash flow statements following the provisions stipulated by PSAK No. 2, but it is known that there are still several elements in the company's cash flow statement that do not follow the provisions specified by PSAK No. 2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan literasi matematika siswa pada materi aritmatika sosial pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Singkawang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Singkawang pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII A dan siswa kelas VII C. Jenis dan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Quasi Eksperimental berupa The Nonequlvalent Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji N-gain, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji t dua sampel, ketuntasan individu dan ketuntasan klasikal, serta persentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan literasi matematika setelah diterapkan pembelajaran LOK-R dengan yang menggunakan Discovery Learning pada materi aritmatika sosial, 2) kemampuan literasi matematika mencapai individu ketuntasan dan ketuntasan klasikal, 3) pembelajaran LOK-R dapat terlaksana dengan baik   This research aims to determine differences in improving students' mathematical literacy skills in social arithmetic material for class VII SMP Negeri 3 Singkawang students. This research was carried out at Singkawang 3 Middle School in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The samples in this research were class VII A students and class VII C students. The type and research design used was quantitative research with a Quasi Experimental design in the form of The Nonequlvalent Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The data analysis techniques in this research are the N-gain test, normality test, homogeneity test, two-sample t-test, individual completeness and classical completeness, and percentage of learning implementation. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) there is a difference in the increase in mathematical literacy skills after implementing LOK-R learning and those using Discovery Learning on social arithmetic material, 2) mathematical literacy skills reach individual completeness and classical completeness, 3) learning LOK-R can be implemented well.
