Abstract

Pembayaran pada game online sering kali dilakukan melalui situs pihak ketiga yang rawan penipuan. Beberapa pemain terpaksa harus memasukkan username dan password akun game mereka ketika melakukan pembelian item di situs tersebut, yang dapat menyebabkan akun mereka hilang. Pembelian item secara ilegal dapat menyebabkan akun game dibanned oleh situs game selama berbulan-bulan, sehingga item tersebut tidak dapat digunakan pada akun yang dimaksud. Metode yang digunakan adalah System Devolopment Life Cycle (SDLC) yaitu kerangka kerja atau model manajemen proyek terstruktur yang menguraikan fase-fase yang diperlukan untuk membangun sistem, dari awal hingga hasil akhir. Tujuan dari Software Development Life Cycle adalah untuk menciptakan proses produksi yang efektif dan berkualitas tinggi agar dapat memenuhi atau melampaui harapan klien sesuai dengan anggaran dan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Digiflazz semakin mempermudah pembelian, dikarenakan sistem yang akan memproses data pembelian item tersebut, Payment Gateway berfungsi sebagai alat pemroses pembayaran yang mempermudah pembelian dalam sebuah website, penulis memilih Tripay sebagai Payment Gateway dikarenakan biaya admin murah dan customer service yang sangat tanggap dalam mengatasi masalah.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data aset yang masih tersebar sering menimbulkan kendala dalam pencatatan, pencarian, pembaruan, pemantauan, dan rekapitulasi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang serta membangun dashboard monitoring data aset berbasis website pada PT Amsar Prima Mandiri. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Pengujian menggunakan black-box testing untuk memastikan fungsi utama berjalan sesuai skenario penggunaan. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan sistem yang mendukung pengelolaan inventaris, pembagian akses admin dan user, pengajuan ATK, pencatatan tiket kendala, manajemen akun, export data inventaris ke Excel, serta export QR Code inventaris ke Word. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa dashboard ini dapat membantu proses monitoring aset dan aktivitas operasional pendukung menjadi lebih tertata, terintegrasi, dan mudah dipantau.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data operasional yang efisien menjadi kebutuhan krusial bagi penyedia layanan perawatan hewan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada perancangan dan pengembangan sistem informasi administrasi berbasis web untuk PT Kumara Putra Indonesia (Loly Pet Station). Sebelumnya, pencatatan administrasi yang masih berjalan secara manual menimbulkan berbagai kendala operasional, seperti lamanya proses pencarian riwayat hewan, ketidakakuratan pencatatan transaksi, serta lambatnya penyusunan laporan administrasi. Pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak ini adalah metode Waterfall, yang mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, hingga tahap pengujian fungsionalitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah platform web terintegrasi yang memfasilitasi pengelolaan basis data pelanggan dan hewan peliharaan, penjadwalan layanan grooming dan penitipan, serta pencatatan arus transaksi pembayaran secara real-time. Evaluasi sistem menggunakan metode blackbox testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsionalitas telah beroperasi secara optimal dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Implementasi sistem ini secara signifikan menekan angka kesalahan pencatatan, meningkatkan akurasi data, dan mempercepat proses layanan pelanggan

Abstract

Ekspansi gerai Burger Bangor yang pesat berdampak langsung pada lonjakan volume tiket keluhan pada bagian IT Service Desk. Proses klasifikasi tiket yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual memicu terjadinya penumpukan antrean (bottleneck) dan keterlambatan penanganan (delay) operasional di tingkat gerai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengotomatisasi proses klasifikasi tiket keluhan IT tersebut menggunakan teknik Text Mining dan algoritma Machine Learning Random Forest. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari teks deskripsi keluhan riil yang dikategorikan ke dalam empat domain utama: Hardware, Software, Jaringan, dan POS System. Tahapan pemrosesan teks melibatkan case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, stemming, serta pembobotan kata menggunakan Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model Random Forest mampu mengklasifikasikan tiket secara otomatis dengan tingkat akurasi mencapai 90%. Implementasi solusi ini berhasil memangkas waktu sortir tiket dari hitungan menit menjadi kurang dari dua detik. Kesimpulannya, penerapan metode ini secara signifikan mempercepat response time penanganan masalah IT, meminimalkan kesalahan rute penugasan teknisi, dan menjaga stabilitas operasional harian pada seluruh jaringan gerai Burger Bangor

Abstract

The development of information technology has significantly impacted data management, including monitoring and evaluating nutritional status. At Yayasan Al Rusyda, the monitoring process for the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) was still manual, causing delays in data processing, recording errors, and difficulties in report generation. This study aims to develop a website-based information system for monitoring and evaluating nutritional status using the Laravel framework and Laragon database. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, comprising requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The developed system is capable of assisting participant data management, nutritional status recording, Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation, and report generation more quickly and accurately. The testing results using the Blackbox Testing method indicates that all system features function properly according to user requirements. This system is expected to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and structure of nutritional status monitoring and evaluation processes.

Abstract

The Web-Based Tuition Fee (SPP) Payment Management Information System was designed and developed as a digital solution for financial administration at SMP Fatahillah. This internship project was conducted at the school located at Jalan Ciputat Raya No. 5, RT 04 RW 06, Pondok Pinang, Kebayoran Lama District, South Jakarta. The primary objective of this project was to develop a web-based system to support the digital management of tuition fee payments. The existing payment recording process, which relied on administrative books and physical SPP cards, caused several challenges. Recording errors, the risk of data loss, and difficulties in tracking payment information became significant issues. Delays in preparing financial reports were also unavoidable due to the manual system. The process of recording payment histories was often hindered by SPP cards that were frequently lost or not brought by students. Administrative staff also faced difficulties in verifying payment statuses when supporting documents were unavailable. The methods used in this internship project included observation, interviews, and literature studies to gather information regarding system requirements. The system development employed the Waterfall methodology, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The system was developed as a web-based application using the Laravel framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL database to support integrated, secure, and structured payment data management. The Web-Based Tuition Fee Payment Management Information System developed through this internship project provides three categories of user access rights: administrator, staff, and student. Through this system, student data management can be performed efficiently alongside the recording of every tuition fee payment transaction. Payment histories are stored systematically, and billing statuses can be displayed in real time. The system also facilitates the import of student data from Excel files. Faster and more organized payment reports are generated as the final output. A more structured and well-documented transaction recording system supports the accountability of school financial management. The system also assists administrative staff in managing payment data more efficiently, thereby improving financial information transparency. Furthermore, students can independently access the student portal to view their payment histories and billing information. The implementation of this system aims to promote effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accountability in tuition fee administration at SMP Fatahillah. Through this initiative, improvements in school financial governance and administrative service quality are expected to be achieved.

Abstract

The Alfatih Center Child Development Clinic faces challenges in administrative management, which is done manually, leading to inefficiencies in record-keeping and errors in data management. This study aims to develop and implement an integrated web-based information system to effectively and efficiently manage patient records, therapy schedules, and clinic information. The software development methodology used is Extreme Programming (XP), which includes the planning, design, scripting, and testing phases. The technologies used in the development of this system include PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The research findings indicate that the developed system enhances the effectiveness of administrative procedures, facilitates quick access to information, and minimizes data entry errors. This system also facilitates improved therapeutic services and simplifies public access to information about the clinic.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of local wisdom–based service quality management in enhancing sustainable educational quality through school image and teachers’ adversity quotient (AQ). The study addresses the limited empirical evidence integrating local wisdom into educational service quality management to support sustainable school development. The objective was to examine the influence of local wisdom on service quality management, school image, teachers’ adversity quotient, and sustainable educational quality. A quantitative explanatory survey design was employed involving 218 certified teachers from Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools (SDIT) in Tangerang City selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that all proposed hypotheses were supported. Local wisdom significantly influenced service quality management (β = 0.732), which subsequently enhanced school image (β = 0.681) and teachers’ adversity quotient (β = 0.594). Furthermore, school image (β = 0.417) and teachers’ adversity quotient (β = 0.385) significantly improved sustainable educational quality, with the structural model explaining 68.7% of the variance (R² = 0.687). The results also confirm that service quality management serves as the primary mediating mechanism through which local wisdom strengthens sustainable educational quality. This study contributes to the development of a culturally grounded educational quality management model and provides practical insights for school leaders and policymakers in promoting sustainable educational improvement.
