Abstract

Understanding the biomotor components in sports is essential in competitive sports, especially volleyball. This is because many athletes in the non-elite category do inappropriate training programs due to a lack of knowledge of the specific needs of biomotor components in volleyball, so the training program is ineffective. This study aims to provide an understanding of the main biomotor components that need to be developed through the right training program to support maximum performance in volleyball. The research method uses the context review method, a common form of review in literature studies quoted from relevant research results. This study examines the results of previous studies quoted from international journals such as ScienceDirect, PubMed, and journals from various universities in Indonesia. Based on the research results, the main biomotor components in volleyball are strength, speed, endurance, explosive power, flexibility, and coordination as well as agility and balance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen pusat kebugaran Antares Fitness & Aerobic Surabaya terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diterimanya melalui 5 faktor yaitu tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, reliability. Deskriptif kuantitatif serta dengan metode survei dan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian 20 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan mendapatkan hasil dari 30 pertanyaan dapat dikatakan valid apabila nilai korelasi ≥ r tabel 0,3598 atau probabilitas output SPSS ≤ 0,05. Uji reliabilitas instrumen dengan menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach dan diperoleh hasil koefisien reliabilitas antara 0,00 – 0,200. Analisis deskriptif diuraikan dalam bentuk persentase. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data penelitian secara keseluruhan tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan yaitu sebanyak 6 orang (30%) masuk dalam kategori kepuasan Sangat Tinggi, sebanyak 2 orang (10%) kategori kepuasan Tinggi, 1 orang (5%), dan 11 orang (55%) kategori kepuasan Sangat Rendah. Kesimpulan tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan Antares Fitness & Aerobic Surabaya dalam kategori kepuasan Sangat Rendah dengan presentase sebesar 55% yaitu 11 orang

Abstract

Volleyball is among the most popular and highly desired sport across different communities. Playing volleyball requires technical, physical, mental, and spiritual maturity. Vertical jump is one of the exercises that plays a major role in player performance during the match. Several studies have stated that dynamic stretching is a safer alternative before performing than static stretching. This study aims to see the effects of static stretching and dynamic stretching on the vertical jump performance of volleyball players at the Hero Gas Club, Ponorogo Regency. This study is a Quasi Experiment study with a one group pre-test posttest design. Data analysis used SPSS Version 29 by testing the hypothesis using the Paired Sample t-test. A total of 21 volleyball players at the Hero Gas Club, Ponorogo Regency participated in this study with an average age of 15-18 years (57%), with a height of 156-160 (48%), weight 50-55 (38%), and BMI in the normal category (73%). The average duration of volleyball player training is >2 hours (90%) with a frequency of 3-4 meetings per week (57%). Paired Sample t-test shows the p-value is at (p = 0.000, p < 0.05), so there is a significant influence between static stretching and dynamic stretching on the vertical jump performance of volleyball players at the Hero Gas Club Ponorogo Regency. Choosing the right exercise is very important to support athlete performance and prevent injury during the match.

Abstract

Panahan ialah olahraga yang menembakkan anak pahan ke permukaan target setepat mungkin, untuk mendapatkan akurasi yang tinggi diperlukan teknik memanah yang benar dan konsisten. Pada prinsipnya, disiplin panahan merangkum esensi dari dua domain, yakni kegiatan olahraga dan ekspresi seni. Karakterisasi sebagai sebuah aktivitas olahraga terjadi karena melibatkan aktivasi otot-otot yang bersifat fungsional, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada trapezius, tricep, dan deltoid, serta memerlukan tingkat ketahanan fisik yang signifikan. Sementara itu, penamaan sebagai seni menegaskan perlunya dimensi kehalusan jiwa, kesabaran, ketekunan, dan ketangguhan mental dalam pelaksanaannya. Aspek-aspek seperti fokus konsentrasi, koordinasi motorik, kekuatan fisik, respon cepat, daya tahan tubuh, keseimbangan, kekuatan otot lengan, dan ketahanan otot lengan menjadi faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi penampilan teknik dasar yang optimal dalam praktik memanah. Untuk mengoptimalkan pencapaian prestasi dalam bidang ini, penilaian SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats) terhadap cabang olahraga panahan di wilayah Kabupaten Trenggalek merupakan suatu langkah yang penting dan diperlukan. Analisis SWOT tersebut digunakan untuk mengetahui kekuatan yang dimiliki dicabang olahraga panahan Kabupaten Trenggalek untuk mendapatkan peluang kemenangan pada lomba yang diikuti. Serta mengetahui menanggulangi ancaman dari luar maupun dalam dan memanfaatkan peluang yang dimiliki untuk meminimalkan kekuarangan yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Sepuluh orang yang terdiri dari satu orang pengurus, dua orang pelatih, dan tujuh orang atlet menjadi subjek penelitian: Pengurus, pelatih, dan atlet panahan Kabupaten Trenggalek. Teknik analisis data yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode deskriptif presentase. Dari hasil presentase penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi atlet terhadap sumber daya manusia mendapatkan kategori tinggi dengan mean sebeesar 131,29 dengan kaetgori setuju, untuk persepsi atlet terhadap fasilitas berkategori setuju dengan nilai mean 131,86, lalu untuk persepsi atlet terhadap program latihan mendapatkan nilai mean 130,14 dengan kategori setuju, persepsi pelatih terhadap program latihan berkategori setuju dan tidak setuju dengan nilai mean 137,50, sedangkan pada fasilitas mendapatkan nilai 129,50 kategori setuju dan tidak setuju, kemuadian untuk pelatih sumber daya manusia mendapatkan nilai mean 62,50 berkategorikan setuju dan tidak setuju. Pada persepsi terhadap pengurus sumber daya manusia dengan nilai mean 61 dan pengurus terhadap fasilitas mendapatkan nilai mean 142.

Abstract

Early childhood motor development, particularly balance and coordination skills, is strongly influenced by the type of physical activities provided. One appropriate form of physical activity is push bike training. A push bike is a pedal-less bicycle that enables children to develop body control, maintain stability, and improve coordination through foot propulsion and balance regulation. This study aimed to examine the effect of push bike training on improving balance and coordination abilities in early childhood at the Surabaya Runbike Kids Club. The research employed a quasi experimental method using a Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The participants consisted of 10 children aged 5–6 years, divided into an experimental group and a control group, with five children in each group. The research instruments included a straight line walking test to assess balance and a lateral jump test to measure coordination. Data analysis was conducted using the Shapiro Wilk test, Levene’s test, Paired Sample t-Test, and Independent Sample t-Test. The results indicated a significant improvement in the experimental group for both balance and coordination skills. Significant differences were also found between the experimental and control groups in posttest scores for balance and coordination. In conclusion, push bike training is effective in enhancing balance and coordination abilities in early childhood.

Abstract

Fitness center is a business or service center that provides sports services and sports facilities for its customers. The level of member satisfaction can be seen from the quality of service provided. With the professionalism provided by personal trainers, members will have their own interest in the services and ethics that personal trainers do. This study aims to determine the level of member satisfaction with the professionalism provided by personal trainers at ATLAS CLUB SPORT Surabaya. This type of research is presented using a descriptive quantitative research method with a survey approach, where the questionnaire instrument is used as support for data collection. This study uses the Servqual method to measure the level of professionalism provided by personal trainers to members. This method includes several aspects, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy which are used to measure the professionalism of personal trainers. The study population was members who used personal trainer services totaling 100 people, and a sample of 25 people taken using the purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the tangible aspect and the responsiveness aspect received the highest scores, namely 88% and 87%. Meanwhile, the aspects of reliability, assurance, and empathy each received a score of 86%. With the results obtained, it shows that the personal trainer of ATLAS SPORT CLUB Surabaya has provided professional quality, very satisfying service and also understands what members need.
