Abstract

This thesis describes the futsal passing learning model using cooperative learning type teams games tournaments for junior high school students. This research method uses Research and Development (R&D) research using ADDIE theory. In this study, 14 learning models have been created that have gone through validation tests from three experts from the field of learning experts, futsal experts and physical education teachers. The 14 learning models are divided into three parts, which consist of learning to pass using the inside, outside, instep foot. The results of this study are intended as a reference material for teachers in providing more models and methods that can be used in learning to improve learning outcomes and basic futsal passing technique skills for students. And as a reference for students who will later write a thesis with similar material. Keywords: Learning Model, Passing, Futsal, Teams Games Tournaments.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui corner kick yang digunakan dan bagaimana efektifitas corner kick yang digunakan untuk tim Sadakata Fc pada liga profesional indonesia tahun 2022. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis. Penelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui jumlah keberhasilan dan kegagalan dalam corner kick pada tim Sadakata Fc, teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan pengamatan dengan video dokumenter federasi futsal Indonesia. Waktu penelitian dan pengambilan data ini dimulai pada mei 2022 , dan waktu penelitian dilakukan setelah mendapatkan rekaman seluruh pertandingan putaran ke-1 tim Sadakata Fc melalui video dokumenter pada april 2022. Kesimpulan yang bisa diambil, dalam efektifitas corner kick yang dilakukan tim Sadakata Fc memiliki 4 kejadian berhasil dengan presentase sebesar 15,38% , dan 22 kejadian gagal dengan presentase 84,61%, selanjutnya keberhasilan yang dilakukan tim Sadakata Fc hanya 1 yang tercipta goal yaitu pada saat melawan IPC Pelindo, selanjutnya kegagalan paling banyak dilakukan pada saat melawan Blacksteel Manokwari. Abstract

Bola basket adalah salah satu cabang olahraga yang termasuk populer dan banyak digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Tembakan lay up adalah jenis tembakan yang efektif, karena dilakukan pada jarak yang sedekat – dekatnya dengan ring basket. Tujuan dari penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Lay Up Shoot Melalui Model Pembelajaran Variasi Lompat pada siswa SMAN 1 Jakarta. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan yang berbasis kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 36 subjek penelitian terdapat 32 siswa dengan persentase 88,9% sudah dalam kategori tuntas dan 4 siswa dengan persentase 11,1% dalam kategori tidak tuntas pada  siklus II. jumlah siswa yang berada pada kategori tuntas mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 22 siswa atau 61,1% pada siklus I, proses ketuntasan terjadi dalam dua kali pertemuan proses pembelajaran dengan materi yang sama, pada siklus II mengalami ketuntasan 88,9% dengan  pelaksanaan proses penelitian yang sampir sama dengan siklus I. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar dribble lay up melalui model pembelajaran lompat naik turun bangku siswa kelas XI  di SMAN setiap siswa dengan standar KKM 75 dan nilai ketuntasan seluruh siswa 88,9% pada siklus II, sehingga tidak perlu lagi dilanjutkan ke siklus berikutnya.

Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen karena sifat dari penelitian ini, adalah untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh metode latihan bermain small side games terhadap peningkatan passing dalam bermain sepak bola di Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Bintang 25 Kabupaten Bekasi. Jika nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,05 , maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Jika nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,05 , maka tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. 0,00 0,05 maka terdapat pengaruh variabel terhadap X terhadap Variabel Y. Maka dari itu H1 di terima sedangkan H0 ditolak. dari penjelasan perhitungan tabel diatas peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa hasil dari Uji T paired sample test terdapat hasil yang signifikan dan data berdistribusi normal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase perbedaan efektifitas pnf hold relax dan pnf contract relax terhadap fleksibilitas otot pinggang pada atlet tim nasional judo. dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif komparatif dan teknik eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet tim nasional judo Indonesia yang melakukan training center di ciloto, jawa barat, kemudian dilakukan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 atlet, yaitu mencari perbedaan dengan metode penelitian pre test dan post test. dilakukan 16 kali pertemuan untuk mendapatkan hasil skor penelitian, prosedur pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi untuk mengetahui antara perbedaan metode pnf hold relax dan efek pnf contract relax. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya efek pnf hold relax mempengaruhi peningkatan fleksibilitas otot pinggang, dan efek pnf contract relax mempengaruhi peningkatan fleksibilitas otot pinggang, tetapi kedua efek tersebut tidak memiliki perbedaan signifikan terhadap peningkatan fleksibilitas otot pinggang terhadap atlet tim nasional judo.

Abstract

This research produces a futsal passing learning model product using a cooperative type of student teams-achievement division at SMP Pandu Siswa, aiming to provide variations of the passing learning model and also to provide students with passing technique skills. This study uses a research and development method (Research and Development) which refers to the ADDIE model. The product is validated by learning experts, futsal experts, PJOK teachers. From the results of research and development, the researchers managed to get 7 (seven) products for the futsal passing learning model. The data was obtained from the results of the validation test of the passing learning model for students with experts. The results of this study are expected to be a reference material for teachers in designing learning programs and can improve passing skills and knowledge, especially at SMP Pandu Siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the effect of the Discovery Learning model on physical education in high school by looking at the achievement of physical education learning objectives. The method used Systematic Literature Review, the results found a 200 journals from 2012 to 2022 which were selected gradually and systematically into 9 journals relevant to the research topic. The results of the study indicated that the Discovery Learning model in physical education in high schools has a positive outcomes for the students, this result can proven from the achievement of the objectives of learning physical education in high schools that have been set by the government in this case is Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia.

Abstract

Objective. The aim of this study is to develop a basic framework for a running program suitable for children under the age of ten, who are members of the BTB-Delapan futsal club. The program is designed to align with the growth and development aspects, as well as the specific characteristics, of this age group. It is presented as a physical activity game that emphasizes fundamental running movements. Material and Method. The BTB-Delapan futsal club has successfully implemented a rudimentary running technique for children under 10 years old. This was achieved through R&D research that utilized the ADDIE approach, which involves the following steps: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Result. This research has produced 13 game-based models that focus on the basic running movements of children under the age of 10. These models have been specifically designed to align with the growth and movement development characteristics of this age group, making them highly effective for use in training and improving the running techniques of children under 10. Conclusion. After undergoing a thorough review and enhancement process by qualified professionals, the fundamental game-oriented running motion model product has been deemed appropriate and fit for employment. Its technical specifications and performance metrics have been scrutinized to ensure its suitability for advanced users.

Abstract

Objectives. The objective of the research is to develop a game-based model for fundamental manipulative movements like throwing and catching. The model can be used in physical education classes in elementary schools to assist teachers in teaching these fundamental movements. The created model is expected to be an effective tool in enhancing the learning process of basic manipulative movements in students. Materials and methods. The ADDIE model was utilized in this research which involved five stages - analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research resulted in the development of a validated model for basic manipulative throwing and catching movements. The model underwent revision by basic movement expert lecturers, game experts, and elementary school physical education teachers, resulting in a total of 15 lessons. The data collection process consisted of documentation and observation, while data analysis was carried out descriptively. Results. At SD Negeri 19 Kebayoran Lama, a game-based model has been developed to teach third-grade students the fundamental skills of throwing and catching. The purpose of this research is to enhance the basic manipulative abilities of elementary school students through immersive and interactive gameplay. By utilizing a game-based approach, students are motivated to learn and practice the essential skills of throwing and catching. The game-based model provides a fun and engaging way to teach the students, which can lead to improved learning outcomes. This research seeks to contribute to the development of effective teaching methods that can enhance the learning experience of young students while promoting their physical development. Conclusion. The implementation of basic movement models in physical education is a valuable tool for teachers, particularly in the instruction of basic manipulative movements such as throwing and catching. This study examines a game-based manipulative throwing and catching basic movement model for Grade 3 students at SD Negeri 19 Kebayoran. The aim of this model is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of manipulative movements, while simultaneously engaging them in a fun and interactive manner. By employing this approach, educators can facilitate the acquisition of essential motor skills, improve hand-eye coordination, and promote physical fitness among students.

Abstract

Objectives. This Android application exemplifies the power of science and technology to provide quick and convenient access to a wealth of information. Specifically, it was designed to streamline the process of recording athletes' physical abilities. With the goal of creating a physical condition test that can be utilized in futsal, the researcher behind this project developed an Android application that assesses the player's level of fitness and simplifies data collection for coaches. Materials and Methods. The researchers utilized the research and development method employing the ADDIE development model. This approach involved five key stages, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The test results yielded by the application encompassed a total of 10 test instruments, which effectively measured 7 different aspects of physical condition. Results. A team of experts developed an Android-based application for futsal enthusiasts. The application underwent validation and feasibility tests, which included reviews from technology experts, futsal physical trainers, and futsal expert lecturers. To ensure the effectiveness of the application, 18 futsal coach respondents participated in the trial. The results showed that the application had a suitability rating of 96.67%, which was deemed to be very good. The rating was based on the application's ability to meet the needs and expectations of the users. Furthermore, the application scored 94.44% for attractiveness, which was also declared very good. This rating was based on the application's user interface, design, and overall appeal to the users. Overall, the application received positive feedback from the trial participants, indicating that it was an effective tool for futsal enthusiasts. Conclusions. The results suggest that the Android application developed is a suitable tool for coaches to efficiently access the physical test results of their players. This app can potentially streamline the process of monitoring and evaluating the performance of their team and aid in making informed decisions.
