Abstract

In the use of information technology in an organization, it is very necessary, especially for large organizations such as the Fire and Disaster Management Agency (DKPB). Guidelines for the Management of Information and Documentation Services in the Bandung City Government that are currently running have not utilized technology in the process of activities carried out by the DKPB. In practice, not a few information system developments fail, this is because they are not in accordance with the direction of goals and needs such as information systems should be built without referring to the provisions contained in Bandung Mayor Regulation No. 1340 of 2017 concerning public information. One of them is the use of internet technology as a medium of information. The purpose of this research is to provide input on the benefits of developing an architecture that can participate in advancing the management of information and documentation services at DKPB. Enterprise architecture planning is modeling the system using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The result of this design is a web-based application that provides information on official profiles, news, report galleries, services or contact us. It is hoped that this application can become one of the websites of the Fire and Disaster Management Service which can also be used by the public/users. The provision of web-based DKPB information will make it easier to obtain information and provide reports on current events. It is hoped that the public can use information media to obtain the required DKPB information.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan kredit konsumtif dengan menggunaka Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 di Bank BJB Kopo Sayati Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, studi pustaka dan website. Serta dengan metode pengembangan yang menggunakan metode waterfall. Permasalahan yang terjadi disebabkan oleh proses penerimaan data yang masih menggunakan cara manual yang rentan akan terjadi kesalahan ataupun kehilangan data. Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu 1) Adanya sistem pelatihan untuk para admin yang akan menggunakan sistem. 2) Sistem ini perlu pengembangan dan pemeliharaan agar tidak terjadi kerusakan pada sistem.

Abstract

In this modern era, disseminating information is easier and faster through the latest technology, including publications using information media. Little Ambulance is a social institution in the field of public health which requires information media to build public trust. Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a reference framework used to build an information architecture that suits the needs of Little Ambulance. Little Ambulance, by using this EA, is able to identify ongoing transactions and operations and also to design a blueprint for the future. The required information architecture includes information about location, news, volunteer search, and donation transaction reports. Creating this website can help Little Ambulance to gain trust, support and volunteers who want to join, as well as to ensure transparency of expenditure made by Little Ambulance in order to increase public trust.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the way companies build relationships with their consumers. One innovation that is increasingly popular in the world of digital marketing is the use of Augmented Reality (AR) technology. This study aims to analyze how AR can be used to optimize customer engagement through interactive and immersive experiences. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study methods, observation of IKEA Place app features, and semi-structured interviews with a number of active app users. IKEA Place was chosen as a case study because it is one of the pioneers in the application of AR in marketing furniture products. The results showed that AR technology in the application was able to increase consumer confidence in the product, facilitate visualization before purchase, and create a fun and personalized experience. In addition, the emotional engagement built through AR interactions also encourages long-term consumer loyalty. This finding indicates that AR is not only a visual aid, but also an effective experiential marketing strategy. The contribution of this research lies in the focus of analyzing consumer emotional engagement through AR interaction, which has not been widely reviewed in previous studies. The main difference from other studies is the specific selection of the IKEA Place case study, as well as the data triangulation approach (literature, observation, and interviews) to describe the user experience holistically. This research not only highlights the technology, but emphasizes the role of AR in building long-term relationships with consumers through meaningful and personalized experiences. This research provides recommendations for digital businesses to adopt AR to create added value and competitive differentiation in the digital economy era.

Abstract

Currently the world of technology and information is developing very quickly, including school information systems. The school information system is one of the information media that can be accessed by all elements of the school including teachers and students so that they can relate to each other in terms of teaching and learning activities and information that can be quickly disseminated to all students, so that students do not need to come to school. in this technological era from young to old all use smartphones to facilitate communication but PKBM Qomariah does not yet have the right information media. So an Android-based school information system application was made using Android studio. Android applications make it easier for teachers and students because they can be accessed on various smartphones. All teachers and students mostly have smartphones. With this application, teachers and students can get information from schools easily. The research method used is descriptive method by conducting observations, literature studies, and interviews. While the method used in making software is waterfall which consists of several stages, namely requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, system integration and testing, Operation and Maintenance.
