Abstract

Nowdays, coversion of religion is popular issue to discuss especially for Hindus in Bali as well as outside Bali. This paper conveys some alternatives of how to stay in our religion namely Hindu. There fore the purpose of this study, to analyze: (1) Reasons for the importance of the formation of religious attitudes of Hindu  youth in Taro Village; (2) Strategies for the formation of religious attitudes of Hindu youth in Taro Village; and (3) Implications for the formation of Hindu teenage religious attitudes towards religious knowledge, religious beliefs, and religious behavior. Theories used as scalpel are: phenomenological theory, constructivist theory, and eclectic theory of behavior. This research is classified as a qualitative research, with a multiperspective approach namely theological, phenomenological, psychological and ethnopedagogical. Data collection techniques with unstructured interviews, non-participation, observation, and study of documents. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques, the Miles and Hubeman cycle analysis models. Conclusions: (1) Reasons for the importance of forming religious attitudes of Hindu youth in Taro Village: increasing religious knowledge, suppressing religious fanaticism, forming religious tolerance, and making children morally noble; (2) Strategies for the formation of religious attitudes of Hindu youth in Taro Village, by: providing examples and modelling through a persuasive approach, by creating a religious atmosphere, by internalizing religious values, by habituation, and cooperation with partners. (3) Implications for the formation of religious attitudes: implications for increasing understanding of religion, strengthening of faith / belief (sraddha and bhakti) in religion, and religious behavior becoming more mature, religion becoming an attitude of life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bejudul “Substitution as Cohesive Devices in the Dialogue of the DramaPygmalion”. Sumber data yang diambil berasal dari buku drama Pygmalion yang ditulisoleh Bernard Shaw. Makalah ini menganalisis dan menduskusikan tentang jenis-jenissubstitusi yang terdapat pada dialog dan tujuan dari penggunaan substitusi tersebut.Alasan memilih drama Pygmalion karena drama tersebut sering digunakan dalambelajar bahasa Inggris dan sangat menarik untuk dianalisis. Teori utama yang digunakanuntuk menganalisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Cohesion oleh M.A.K Hallidaydan Ruqaiya Hasan di dalam buku mereka yang berjudul Cohesion in English (1976),yang mengklasifikasi substitusi menjadi tiga jenis, yaitu: substitusi nominal, substitusiverbal dan substitusi clausal. Dari hasil analisa ditemukan bahwa jenis-jenis substitusiyang terdapat pada dialog drama Pygmalion adalah substitusi nominal, substitusi verbaldan substitusi clausal dan substitusi tersebut menyebabkan dialog menjadi koheren. Darihasil analisa pembaca akan mengerti tentang jenis-jenis substitusi, jadi pembaca akanmemahami tujuan dari penggunaan jenis-jenis substitusi di dalam drama tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, iklim organisasi, dan kreativitas guru terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru agama Hindu, disamping itu juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh tiap-tiap variabel, baik pengaruh secara langsung maupun secara tak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana populasi yang digunakan sekaligus menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini, sehingga populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru agama Hindu di SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Kuta Selatan dengan jumlah 40 SD. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner model skala likert lima, dan analisis yang dilakukan dengan teknik analisis statistic deskriptif dan analisis jalur (part analisis).

Abstract

Kejahatan di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan setiap tahun. Pelaku kejahatan yang telah ditindak secara hukum ditempatkan di lembaga pemasyarakatan. Di lembaga pemasyarakatan narapidana diberikan pembinaan agar memiliki cukup bekal yang baik kedepannya, salah satunya adalah pembinaan rohani Hindu bagi narapidana Hindu. pembinaan rohani ini bertujuan untuk membentuk kepribadian yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pembinaan rohani Hindu terhadap mental spiritual, kecerdasan emosional, dan konsep diri narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Kerobokan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian didapatkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembinaan rohani Hindu terhadap mental spiritual (4,951˂3,125); (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembinaan rohani Hindu terhadap kecerdasan emosional (83,497˂3,125); (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembinaan rohani Hindu terhadap konsep diri (3,913˂3,125); (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan mental spiritual terhadap kecerdasan emosional (4,831˂3,125); (5) terdapat pengaruh signifikan mental spiritual terhadap konsep diri (8,173˂3,125); (6) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap konsep diri (3,739˂3,125).Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: ada pengaruh pembinaan rohani Hindu terhadap mental spiritual, kecerdasan emosional, dan konsep diri narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Kerobokan.

Abstract

Permainan tradisional Bali adalah salah satu aset budaya nasional yang harus dilestarikan karena permainan tradisional Bali merupakan bagian integral dari budaya masyarakat yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai sosial, spiritual, dan kearifan lokal. Sementara itu, konsep kecerdasan manusia, baik kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, maupun spiritual, semakin dipandang penting dalam membentuk kepribadian individu yang holistik. Pengintegrasian kecerdasan manusia dalam pelestarian budaya permainan tradisional Bali dapat menjadi salah satu solusi dalam menjaga kelestarian budaya ini serta meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran permainan tradisional Bali dalam pengembangan kecerdasan manusia dan pelestarian budaya; mendeskripsikan sistem pewarisan permainan tradisional Bali; dan mendeskripsikan sinergi antara kecerdasan manusia dan pelestarian budaya melalui permainan tradisional Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara kecerdasan manusia dan pelestarian budaya dalam permainan tradisional Bali dapat membentuk ekosistem budaya yang adaptif. Tradisi dapat dipelajari dan diwariskan dengan cara yang relevan di era modern. Melalui pendekatan ini, permainan tradisional dapat dipahami bukan hanya sebagai warisan budaya, tetapi juga sebagai media untuk pengembangan kecerdasan multidimensional generasi muda Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of leadership and organizational commitment on improving the quality of education in rapidly growing educational institutions, enabling them to effectively compete with other universities. The approach used is a quantitative method, utilizing questionnaires as the primary means of data collection. The study encompassed a population of 2,335 individuals, with a sample size of 335. The research results show that: first, from the results of these calculations, it can be seen that sig. research < sig. 5%, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0) and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (H1). This means that there is a significant influence of leadership on the quality of education at STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja. Second, from the results of these calculations, it can be seen that the research sig is < sig 5%. The null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Therefore, these findings provide support for the research hypothesis, which posits a significant influence of organizational commitment on education quality at STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja. Third, from the results of these calculations, it can be seen that the research sig is < sig 5%, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0).
